Field Care Supervisor
About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will play a pivotal role in
delivering high-quality care to customers in Exeter and surrounding
areas. Access to transportation is essential, as you’ll be conducting
care assessments, customer reviews, and representing the organization
in the community.
This role offers clear potential for career
progression, with a pathway to a Deputy Manager
position as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities

Direct Care Delivery
- Provide companionship, personal care (including toileting and bathing), manual handling, and medication administration.
- Promote the health and wellbeing of service users.

Field Care Supervision
- Conduct medication reviews, spot checks, and customer visits.
- Develop person-centred care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Participate in the on-call rota and address any concerns promptly to support the Registered Manager.
- Promote the business in the local community and spend one day per week working from the office.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it).
- Availability to work every other weekend and commit to supporting direct delivery of community when required.
- A robust background in the care industry, with leadership experience being an advantage.
- Evidenced right to work in the UK [Currently unable to offer sponsorship]
