Bluebird Care Sussex Weald are looking for committed & reliable individuals to join our team on a part-time OR full-time basis. You must be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week and alternate weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families.
- Drive to clients' homes as needed, providing home care services with compassion.
- Utilize IT skills to manage schedules and documentation efficiently.
- Foster a supportive environment through effective communication and understanding.

What you’ll need:
- Full Driving Licence
- Access to your vehicle which you must insure of business use.
- The right to work in the UK

No Domiciliary experience necessary, although we do welcome those with previous NHS, Carer or Support Worker experience. We have found individuals with Early Years’ and Cleaner experience have great transferable skills to become an amazing Care Assistant.
