The communication is excellent. They constantly assess my sister-in-law's needs which gives us confidence that all her needs are met. Without their care, she would not be able to live in her own home which she wished.

We first met one of the carers who was very helpful and easy to chat with - then another carer who was the same. The carer has been twice and she is super helpful and very nice. I particularly like her informal, chatty style. This is my first experience with a carer (apart from my husband!) and I was
a bit apprehensive about the formalities. These have been swept away by the carer, who is just my sort of person. Practical, friendly and efficient. She treats me as an equal, not as a 'client'. Well done to all concerned!

I have been a client since April 2023 and have an excellent team of carers in place. I am currently undergoing Beam Radiotherapy for Prostate Cancer stage 2. I am supported by two carers over the next 6.5 weeks, 20 sessions three times per week, due to other serious conditions.
The management at all
levels provide a supportive service.

Bluebird Care stepped in when I really needed help with my mum. All the carers that have visited and sat with her have been wonderful. My mum's condition is quite complex, and she struggles to speak and make herself understood, but all of the carers have given her time to express herself and have given
her the best possible care.
I can't thank them all enough on behalf of my mum, but also me, as their care gave me time for myself. Thank you.

Bluebird Care Sussex Weald have become part of the extended family and I cannot imagine being without them. They have enabled my father to continue living in his home of over 50 years with dignity and independence. Before that, they cared for my mother who have significant physical needs and consistently
showed her warmth, compassion, kindness and humour, which she appreciated.

My mother receives care twice a week. This has proved invaluable to aid her independence. The carers are always kind, thoughtful, attentive and give a first-class level of care. Nothing is too much trouble, whether it is just a cup of tea and a chat giving emotional support or more complex medical care.

Bluebird Care have taken care of Mum for the last 3 or 4 months. She's suffering with dementia and without the Birdies looking after her extended medication needs and giving her a reason to get up in the mornings (she loves the company and chat although she's pretty much deaf!) she'd not be able to
lead the independent life she wants.
The app provided to us is very useful for monitoring Mum and any day-to-day issues she may have.
