Bluebird Care (Sussex Weald) has been providing personal care support to our elderly father for over three years. During this time his dependency has increased and his care needs have intensified. Throughout this period the agency has provided consistency in staffing, which we believe to be essential,
at the same time offering flexibility. The advice and support staff give to us, his family, has been valued highly and their experiences and observations are always helpful in resolving potential problems. We feel that our father is being well cared for as a family, thanks to the assistance of his Bluebird team and we feel confident that this can continue for the foreseeable future. Being able to remain in his own home is extremely important to our father and Bluebird Care's role facilitates this. We are grateful and pleased that this is the case.

Bluebird Care recently looked after my father, and the care that was delivered was second to none. Great information and support offered right from the beginning. This meant that we could start spending quality time with my father rather than having to worry about him as much. If I ever had a problem,
they were sorted quickly. Thank you so much for making his last months stress free, and supporting us at the same time.
