As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead and support our care team.

Role Overview:
As the Care Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our care service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, delivering exceptional care to our clients, and providing leadership to care staff. You’ll be the key point of contact for both clients and carers, ensuring care plans are tailored, updated, and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of care coordinators and support workers.

  • Ensure all care services meet CQC and internal quality standards.

  • Conduct client assessments, develop person-centred care plans, and review them regularly.

  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor scheduling and rotas to ensure appropriate staffing.

  • Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the care team.

  • Handle safeguarding concerns and incident reporting in a timely and professional manner.

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within domiciliary/home care.

  • NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
