Finding the perfect care provider is extremely difficult because of the very specific needs one has around client relationship sensitivities and particular care requirements. Ella's has done an amazing job of finding the perfect personnel to fully meet all our needs in every way. My elderly parents and our family are 100% satisfied with the way Ella's has met our complicated care needs. We have had wonderful staff to support my parents who have built close and trusting relationships and the organization has consistently provided the quality service and flexibility to meet our needs.

Overall we are very happy with the service provided by Ella Care for our elderly parents, who both have complex needs. The management team is quick to respond and very helpful when it comes to liaising with medical services, and the main carer is very good. There have been occasional communication issues around changeover of carers, but we have discussed ways to remedy this with management going forward.

We've been using Ella's Home Care for the past year to help with my father's daily needs, and the experience has been wonderful. The caregivers are punctual, respectful, and truly compassionate. They keep him engaged and safe, and the communication with the agency is always clear and responsive. It's been a huge relief for our family.

I contacted Ella's homecare when I needed help to care for my husband who had terminal cancer. I had called lots of agencies. They all started by telling me what they could not do and how much they charged. The director of Ella's Homecare started by telling how they would support me and my husband. And they did help and their fees were reasonable compared with others. From the moment we established a relationship they were there for us. Everybody, from the director, to the care manager, to the field care supervisor, and the rest of the staff, showed respect and true dedication. The field care superviros spent her Bank Holiday weekend with us and even helped me to mop the floor when we got flooded due to a leak. She didn't have to, but she helped in any possible manner and established a special bond with my dear husband and me. Another staff member cared for my husband till the end and was always gentle and patient. Another staff member always tried to make herself useful. In the worst moment of our life Ella's Homecare was there for us in a beautiful way.

Responsive, efficient and flexible. Provided a great carer who was a great fit and made it easy to change hours as care needs diminished. Hoping for a healthy future, but would have no hesitation in using this provider again. Thanks very much.

The manager of the business has been excellent in pushing the local authority, particularly Occupational Health, to provide additional assistance for my father. The carers have visited 3 times a week to help my father get up. They have been lovely and very willing to do anything else to help in the home.

Ella’s Homecare has been able to consistently provide high-quality care to my mum and dad in their own home for more than a year now. There are multiple, complex health conditions to manage, and they manage these at a far better level than would be received in a care home environment, enabling my mum and dad to have a much higher quality of life than would be possible otherwise.
