Only company in my area that I trust to be there for me when needed. They've mostly been able to accommodate me, especially short notice. The lady who owns the company is understanding, patient, honest and always has done well to match me with someone suitable. I like to think everyone does their best to remember I'm non-binary also.

Highly recommend Ella's homecare. Stepped in at short notice for a period of 8 months during which we needed extra help over the nights. Ella's homecare was totally reliable and responsive to needs. There was good communication and I felt my brother was in very good hands. If we need more help in the future we will not hesitate to go back to Ella's homecare.

Overall we are very happy with the service provided by Ella Care for our elderly parents, who both have complex needs. The management team is quick to respond and very helpful when it comes to liaising with medical services, and the main carer is very good. There have been occasional communication issues around changeover of carers, but we have discussed ways to remedy this with management going forward.

We've been using Ella's Home Care for the past year to help with my father's daily needs, and the experience has been wonderful. The caregivers are punctual, respectful, and truly compassionate. They keep him engaged and safe, and the communication with the agency is always clear and responsive. It's been a huge relief for our family.

The director has been overseeing the care of both my parents for many months now. My father is ninety two and my mother ninety this year. Both have complex needs and she has been a steady and knowledgeable hand, providing solutions and advice without being at all heavy handed. My parents have become very close to two carers in particular and look forward to their visits, I believe their connection with these two will help with the transition to more permanent care and give them confidence to enjoy their later years.

I contacted Ella's homecare when I needed help to care for my husband who had terminal cancer. I had called lots of agencies. They all started by telling me what they could not do and how much they charged. The director of Ella's Homecare started by telling how they would support me and my husband. And they did help and their fees were reasonable compared with others. From the moment we established a relationship they were there for us. Everybody, from the director, to the care manager, to the field care supervisor, and the rest of the staff, showed respect and true dedication. The field care superviros spent her Bank Holiday weekend with us and even helped me to mop the floor when we got flooded due to a leak. She didn't have to, but she helped in any possible manner and established a special bond with my dear husband and me. Another staff member cared for my husband till the end and was always gentle and patient. Another staff member always tried to make herself useful. In the worst moment of our life Ella's Homecare was there for us in a beautiful way.

Responsive, efficient and flexible. Provided a great carer who was a great fit and made it easy to change hours as care needs diminished. Hoping for a healthy future, but would have no hesitation in using this provider again. Thanks very much.

Ella's homecare have been outstanding. All their staff are professional, caring and friendly, creating a great rapport with my aunt. Their communication with me was excellent - I always felt fully informed and confident that my aunt was receiving the best possible care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Our experience with Ella’s Home Care has been phenomenal. We had another care agency and therefore are able to compare the service between the two agencies and Ella’s was by far the better of the two. The carer is always on time and is always looking to help. My mother feels comfortable around the carer and is much happier now.

The service provided for a family friend, caring and companionate staff. Very reliable and friendly, I would highly recommend Ella’s homecare. The staff made sure the client was well-presented and had a good daily routine.

Overall a great company that’s tightly run and provides a very high level of care. I appreciate the involvement and responsiveness of the management team when it comes to managing constantly evolving medical needs, and the main carers have been excellent.

The manager of the business has been excellent in pushing the local authority, particularly Occupational Health, to provide additional assistance for my father. The carers have visited 3 times a week to help my father get up. They have been lovely and very willing to do anything else to help in the home.

Ella’s Homecare has been able to consistently provide high-quality care to my mum and dad in their own home for more than a year now. There are multiple, complex health conditions to manage, and they manage these at a far better level than would be received in a care home environment, enabling my mum and dad to have a much higher quality of life than would be possible otherwise.

Ella's Home care was completely amazing and gave my father exemplary care during his final months. They were also a tower of strength for the rest of the family as we dealt with bereavement. Their compassion and professionalism are second to none.

The team give my aunt excellent care and attention and are totally dedicated to her wellbeing. They manage every aspect of her life with a positive and friendly attitude, which she responds well to and which the rest of her family fully appreciate. They communicate any concerns with us in a timely way, and keep us updated as required.
