Role Overview
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. You will help maintain comfort, safety, and well-being, while promoting independence wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in a respectful manner.

  • Support with meals, mobility, and medication (after training).

  • Offer emotional support and companionship.

  • Follow care plans and record notes accurately.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.

Requirements

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided.

  • A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred, not essential).
