Role Overview
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in
supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care,
and companionship. You will help maintain comfort, safety, and
well-being, while promoting independence wherever possible.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) in a respectful manner.

Support with meals, mobility, and medication (after training).

Offer emotional support and companionship.

Follow care plans and record notes accurately.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
Requirements

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential — full training provided.

A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred, not essential).
