I have been using Q Leaf Care since 19th June this year but last year I also used them for my husband's care for most of the year. In both cases the carers are on the whole friendly, kind, efficient people. They allowed us to do as much as we could ourselves but always assisted with any difficulty. In addition, when I needed to use them this year the office was quick to respond and put a care package together very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I have found Q Leaf Care to be one of the best companies I have had. The office staff are extremely helpful, courteous and polite. If i have any problem or need to make adjustments to the times of my call they always accommodate these changes. If I leave a message they call back almost immediately.

I have regular reviews of my care and and asked if the carers meet my needs and if there is anything that they can do ti improve their service.

My carers are always polite, helpful and understand my needs, this is helped by having one carer who is with me most of the time, unless holidays or day off. He works with other colleagues as I have two carers for my morning and evening calls. These additional staff members all know what care I need and always ask if there is anything else they can do for me. My carers are cheerful and very accommodating to my needs.

I am extremely satisfied with my care and cannot recommend this company any higher.

I approached Qleaf Care for support with my father, who has dementia, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. From the very beginning, the team was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about dementia care. The staff made the whole process so much easier for our family, and my dad has been treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care. Punctual staff, very knowledgeable and friendly, carer's take very good care of my wife. Staff always have conversation with my wife to see how she is feeling, excellent company,would strongly recommend Qleaf to anyone who wants the best for their loved ones.

The management: available 24/7. Very efficient with communicating with us, The Pilgrims Hospice and the CHC funding team. As Dad's needs have changed sharply in the last few weeks, they have reacted very fast to the adjustments needed to his care. They are very fast at problem-solving too. It's very reassuring to have them on board.

The service that has been provided is second to none. The care the staff have given to my mother has shown real compassion not only mentally but in all aspects of personal care and ensuring her dietary needs have been met. They have also provided myself with the support that I've needed as well, going above and beyond what their time allows.

An incredible care provider who went above and beyond to support my father-in-law with Motor Neuron Disease. The Qcare staff were so supportive and developed such a good relationship with the whole family that he really enjoyed their company. Whilst housebound the staff visits boosted his wellbeing and kept him motivated. A huge thank you to Qleaf and its staff.

I only require assistance with shopping, reaching and bending activities around the house i.e no personal care as such. The carers have been excellent but regrettably, the admin has not matched this. Why no acknowledgement of monthly payments by mail or email? No notification of change of times? Culminating in no visit from carer on August 21st, the explanation being teething problems due to implementation of new system in progress.

I am totally satisfied with the service that I have received, and the manner in which it was done.

The Q Leaf Care Team showed a very high level of care and support to my father who at the end of his life was bedridden. Best of all they supported my mother by removing the worry of care from her. My father loved the staff and the dignity they gave him. My mother and I fully recommended all the Q Leaf Care Team

If you are fortunate enough to be able to self-fund care for a loved one, don’t wait for the NHS or Social Services who aren’t fit for purpose - take matters into your own hands and employ the services of Q Leaf Care. In my experience you cannot fault them.

I would recommend them to anyone seeking the very best in care professionals. In short, they are some of the best human beings our family have ever met.

My mum became unwell quite suddenly and this resulted in needing care for her. I was lucky enough to find Q Leaf and cannot express how grateful I am to all of the team. They understood my mum was not used to needing help and were just so kind and patient with her. My mum was mainly looked after by one staff member in particular and I am sending a special thank you to her. The girls always came early or later if I needed help and were always at the end of a phone whenever I needed anything. If you are looking for carers I can wholeheartedly recommend these lovely, caring people. Thank you for all you did for my mum.

Exceptional care provided for my elderly relative with dementia. What stood out for me was the extra care given to explain to my family what to expect as dementia deteriorates. All the team were polite and respected our home which meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend this agency.
