Overall Experience

I have been using Q Leaf Care since 19th June this year but last year I also used them for my husband's care for most of the year. In both cases the carers are on the whole friendly, kind, efficient people. They allowed us to do as much as we could ourselves but always assisted with any difficulty.

In addition, when I needed to use them this year the office was quick to respond and put a care package together very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

I have found Q Leaf Care to be one of the best companies I have had. The office staff are extremely helpful, courteous and polite. If i have any problem or need to make adjustments to the times of my call they always accommodate these changes. If I leave a message they call back almost immediately.

I

have regular reviews of my care and and asked if the carers meet my needs and if there is anything that they can do ti improve their service.

My carers are always polite, helpful and understand my needs, this is helped by having one carer who is with me most of the time, unless holidays or day off. He works with other colleagues as I have two carers for my morning and evening calls. These additional staff members all know what care I need and always ask if there is anything else they can do for me. My carers are cheerful and very accommodating to my needs.

I am extremely satisfied with my care and cannot recommend this company any higher.

Overall Experience

I approached Qleaf Care for support with my father, who has dementia, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. From the very beginning, the team was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about dementia care. The staff made the whole process so much easier for our family, and my dad

has been treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine care. Their expertise really shows, and I would highly recommend Qleaf Care to anyone looking for high-quality, specialist care for a loved one.

I'm writing this review because I received truly excellent help from the company, and I believe others should know how supportive and reliable Qleaf Care has been.

Overall Experience

Q Leaf have been providing domiciliary care for our father since February 2024 via the Fast Track Continual Health Care scheme. His care needs and mobility have declined first slowly and recently considerably faster. I cannot praise QLeaf enough. From the management team through to the carers we have

had an excellent experience with them.
Their carers: Punctual, super smiley and warm, their genuine care is evident, they are tactful and gauge our father's mood and adjust their approach accordingly. He lights up when he sees them. They communicate very well with the family and are empathetic to what we are going through as well.
The management: available 24/7. Very efficient with communicating with us, The Pilgrims Hospice and the CHC funding team. As Dad's needs have changed sharply in the last few weeks, they have reacted very fast to the adjustments needed to his care. They are very fast at problem-solving too. It's very reassuring to have them on board.

Overall Experience

Mum has been in the care of Q Leaf Care for some 3 months now.
The service that has been provided is second to none. The care the staff have given to my mother has shown real compassion not only mentally but in all aspects of personal care and ensuring her dietary needs have been met. They have also

provided myself with the support that I've needed as well, going above and beyond what their time allows.

Overall Experience

An incredible care provider who went above and beyond to support my father-in-law with Motor Neuron Disease. The Qcare staff were so supportive and developed such a good relationship with the whole family that he really enjoyed their company. Whilst housebound the staff visits boosted his wellbeing

and kept him motivated. A huge thank you to Qleaf and its staff.

Overall Experience

I only require assistance with shopping, reaching and bending activities around the house i.e no personal care as such. The carers have been excellent but regrettably, the admin has not matched this. Why no acknowledgement of monthly payments by mail or email? No notification of change of times? Culminating

in no visit from carer on August 21st, the explanation being teething problems due to implementation of new system in progress.

The Q Leaf Care Team showed a very high level of care and support to my father who at the end of his life was bedridden. Best of all they supported my mother by removing the worry of care from her. Q Leaf Care stepped in at very short notice to provide carers for my mum when it became apparent that due to undiagnosed dementia she could no longer live alone.
Mum had no family locally and we needed someone reliable and nearby. From the outset Q Leaf were invaluable, not just in terms of practical

care, but also support and advice for me, when help and advice from both the NHS and social services was sorely lacking. The carers were always reliable and always kept me informed and the manager was always just a phone call away when I needed advice. A special thank you must go to the manager for being so unbelievably supportive and to Mum’s regular carer for being reliable, kind, and patient.
If you are fortunate enough to be able to self-fund care for a loved one, don’t wait for the NHS or Social Services who aren’t fit for purpose - take matters into your own hands and employ the services of Q Leaf Care. In my experience you cannot fault them.

Overall Experience

My father left the hospital, and all support service professionals advised that he would need to leave his home and be supported in a care home. As a family, we wanted to honour my father's wishes to stay in his home. Accordingly, we met with Q Leaf having been recommended by friends.
Q Leaf offered

us experienced care professionals who would look after my father's every need.
Q Leaf exceeded all expectations; all staff were incredible, warm, affectionate, professional, dedicated and punctual.
Our family cannot emphasise enough that without their devotion, my fathers's last year prior to his passing would have been thoroughly different, and he may not have lived as long.
I would recommend them to anyone seeking the very best in care professionals. In short, they are some of the best human beings our family have ever met.

My mum became unwell quite suddenly and this resulted in needing care for her. I was lucky enough to find Q Leaf and cannot express how grateful I am to all of the team. They understood my mum was not used to needing help and were just so kind and patient with her. My mum was mainly looked after by

one staff member in particular and I am sending a special thank you to her. The girls always came early or later if I needed help and were always at the end of a phone whenever I needed anything. If you are looking for carers I can wholeheartedly recommend these lovely, caring people. Thank you for all you did for my mum.

Overall Experience

Exceptional care provided for my elderly relative with dementia. What stood out for me was the extra care given to explain to my family what to expect as dementia deteriorates. All the team were polite and respected our home which meant a lot to us. I would highly recommend this agency.
