?? Within the Gleamlite Team:
- Build strong, professional relationships with colleagues
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive workplace culture
- Support day-to-day service delivery, adhering to Gleamlite policies, the Care Standards Act, and Health & Safety regulations
- Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times
- Communicate changes in care needs, schedules, or concerns to management
- Operate in a cost-effective and legally compliant manner
- Contribute to daily problem-solving and service improvement initiatives
?? Within Care Services:
- Deliver care in line with personalised care plans
- Record daily care activities accurately in logbooks
- Monitor and report any incidents, accidents, or risks promptly
- Promote and protect service user rights and wellbeing
- Encourage rehabilitation, self-care, and confidence-building
- Respect and support diverse cultural, linguistic, and religious needs
- Actively challenge discrimination and promote inclusion
?? Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
- Good literacy and numeracy
- Basic experience in care provision
Desirable:
- Previous work in health or social care
- Understanding of care requirements across different age groups

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to follow procedures and work independently when needed
