The Opportunity

We have an urgent requirement for a caring and reliable Home Care Assistant who can speak Bengali fluently. This is because a number of the people we support use Bengali as their first language, and clear communication is essential to deliver safe person-centred care.

Your role will include:

  •  Providing personal care and daily living support in clients’ homes

  •  Offering companionship and conversation in Bengali

  •  Supporting with meals, household tasks, and community activities

  •  Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

What we’re looking for:

  •  Fluent in Bengali (essential requirement to meet service users’ needs)

  •  Caring, patient, and dependable

  •  Good communication skills in both Bengali and English

  •  Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training provided

  •  Must have the right to work in the UK
