Job summary
We are a family run service that supports clients in Hertfordshire to remain in their own homes, we provide outcomes based personalised care, including, personal care, preparing food and drink , assisting with medication, companionship and sometimes night support.
Our aim is to ensure our clients are able to remain in their communities and to be able to continue to participate in activities and events as they choose.
You will be given full training, a detailed induction, shadowing and will be supported in the community by our supevisors and care managers. We aim to enable you to reach the goals you set yourself for your career and we will regularly meet with you to ensure you are achiving these.
You will have regular clients , you must be a car driver and have access to a car.
