At Falcon-Care Preston, we have exciting opportunities for Community Care Assistants to join our growing team. As a key member of our frontline care staff, you’ll provide essential support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.

Your Duties Will Include:

• Personal care and hygiene support

• Medication support and management

• Dementia care

• End of life care

• Social and emotional support

• Light domestic duties

• Complex care support

• Shopping and errands

Requirements:

 Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Available to work alternate weekends
 Able to work between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm (flexible shifts available)
Must have a smartphone for rota and care system access
A kind, patient and compassionate attitude
