Your Key Responsibilities
Coordinate care rotas efficiently, matching carers to clients
Manage daily schedules, ensuring smooth service delivery
Act as a key contact for clients, families, and carers
Conduct care needs assessments and reviews in clients' homes
Build strong local relationships with professionals, families, and referral sources
Actively promote Spring Fountain Private Limited services through local networking, outreach, and follow-ups
Monitor service quality and compliance with CQC regulations
Contribute to marketing campaigns and help generate new leads
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience in domiciliary care coordination (minimum 1 year)
Understands care rostering systems ( Log My Care experience is a plus)
Is highly organised with great communication skills
Has a proactive attitude towards sales, marketing, and client acquisition
Is confident in carrying out home assessments and client visits
Can lead from the front — solving issues and motivating others
Is IT literate and confident with digital tools
Holds a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
KPIs Include:
Timely and accurate rota updates
100% compliance on care plans and medication audits

Skills / Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in domiciliary care coordination (essential)
- Strong understanding of scheduling and rota planning systems ( experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in dealing with clients
