Having discussed my mothers care package and her thoughts with her - I wish to offer my feedback. Spring Fountain care agency have support my Mother to the highest of standards & I can only say 10/10. All the staff involved have been 100% caring, compassionate, professional with adequate time keeping. I wish to offer my gratitude in how each member of staff have supported not only my mother but the kindness they have given to both me and my father at was, is an extremely difficult period for all the family. Thank you Spring Fountain.

My mother has had Spring Fountain for 12 months. The standard of care is as good now as it was at the very beginning. The manager leads from the front and is hands on. We are very comfortable with the team of carers. They are a ray of sunshine to my mum. My mum knows her time is limited but somehow they bring light into her life.

From day one we have found the company to be dependable and caring. The manager makes sure that she familiarises herself with the client's needs and passes it on to the members of her staff who are keen to help my husband and myself to the best of their ability. They endeavour to arrive at the allotted time and ring if there is a problem. They really do live up to their description of "carer".

Spring Fountains has been a shiny light in the dark for my family. They have been outstanding in every way in the five days they were with us. They became part of our family absolutely outstanding, dedicated, and hard workers. I don't know what we would've done without them they were like angels in disguise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You're the nicest people. I know you deserve every credit you get. My husband had the best care ever and I'm very grateful for that thank you one and all.

We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you for your unwavering support and care. Thank you for everything.

Spring Fountain have been amazing! Such a hard time for family, they show compassion, dignity, love, care at all times, treating everyone with utmost respect. From the word go Spring Fountain made us feel at ease and looked after us all as well as our precious family member. I really cannot put into words how we felt as soon as Spring Fountain walked through the door. Amazing company, amazing carers. Highly recommend.

The team at Spring Fouontain have been amazing in the care and comfort they have offered to my mum and family during this difficult time. Their communication has been clear and coherent, making sure we are aware and well-instructed on the entire process. I only wish all care received was/is at the same level we have been shown through this hard time.

The care received by my partner was second to none. They are discreet, thoughtful, caring and very professional. Vast amount of knowledge and although these have been the hardest days of my life they are so comforting in helping on the journey, being at home was the best move.

I visited my friend on numerous occasions when her carer was present, also twice when another carer was present but can’t remember her name. They were making huge efforts to ensure my friend's bedroom was as homely, comfortable and full of memorabilia to help her in her struggles with dementia. Encouraging her to go for walks and we even went to a dance class which they were very keen for my friend to do. Their obvious care and consideration was very genuine and impressive. I would have no hesitation for them to look after my family.

Manager presented well and with a nice persona. Her client is pleased with her input. We have only had the said company support us for last few days. To date, Client is pleased. Thank You. We will continue forward with a view that the client may need extra care as her health deteriorates. We hope from the past few days' care, we continue in the same vein. As a Family we are pleased that Spring Foundation has given us a peace of mind that all is well after client's support in the evening.

I am very pleased with the care that Spring Fountain staff provide for my relative. All the staff are caring and helpful and I honestly don't know what we would do without them.

Loss of care provision for 8 weeks, my wife had to cope, despite working full-time with own disabilities. Spring Fountain are a small family-run agency and took over from 1st week of June. The manager visited prior to 1st visit; she undertook 1st visit duties herself in order to ensure she fully understood my individual care needs. Comprehensive care plan, specific to me agreed rather than usual brief generic one. Carers are conscientious, genuinely care. Engaging with cheerful manner. Manager even phoned leg ulcer clinic to ensure foot/leg care still sufficient, given recent foot ulcer and widespread infection. Also attend for 'domestic' visits. Spring Fountain are dependable, provide exceptional standard of care and hygiene, incorporate personal preferences regarding complex care. Refreshing change to usual franchise agencies. I look forward to their beaming smiles and cheerful entrance each day. You won't regret engaging them.

My husband was without care for 8 weeks. When Spring Fountain was awarded the contract for his care, the manager attended prior to starting the contract and took comprehensive notes to prepare a Care Plan for his care. She also came and did the care herself on the 1st day to make sure that she understood his care needs fully. All of the staff are so polite and put us both at ease. I can now go to work knowing my husband's carers are taking really good care of him. Spring Fountain are the best company we have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The manager has even spoken to the District Nurse about the care they provide, which shows how conscientious they are. They note any changes and caught a wound early to prevent further infections. I would recommend Spring Fountain to anyone who requires care.

Unprofessional. Daily notes were not updated and went missing. Instructions on how to mobilise and transfer my mum from her neurological physio were ignored. My mum was not washed for a full week (during a heat wave). The manager was rude and ignored the confidentiality policy, which was broken to family members. House was left untidy and dirty. The staff did not communicate well with my mum and rarely spoke. Overall a very badly run unprofessional set-up.

The care that my mum receives from Spring Fountain Carers is exceptional. Their focus is to care from the heart, and they not only demonstrate true professionalism in respecting Mum's wishes but they go the extra mile to provide companionship. I have noticed Mum's health and well-being improve, and I have 100% peace of mind in knowing that she has the "gold standard" of care provided by Spring Fountain. Communication, privacy and trustworthiness are all outstanding.

Spring Fountain is by far the best caring company I have ever experienced. The compassion and professionalism shown are outstanding in every way. Previous to the care from Spring Fountain, I experience many infections, but since their consistent care, monitoring and daily bathing, I am in much better health, both physically and mentally. The staff are so friendly; they never let you down and consistently go the extra mile to ensure my well-being at home.
