My Dad has loved having the visits, they have helped him to feel less isolated as well as benefitting from physical care. We feel very lucky to have found the team and feel we can talk to them at any time about my Dad's evolving needs. Would highly recommend.

Have used Right at Home for providing companionship visits and care for my mum for the last 12 months and they have been excellent. Mum has really enjoyed their visits, she is treated with kindness and respect and whenever I've needed extra support for mum they've always been there and happy to help. I must mention particularly mum's favourite carer, she has been absolutely fabulous with mum, nothing has been too much trouble and she has always gone out of her way to help me support mum. She very quickly built a good relationship with my mum, who felt very comfortable and safe with her. I would highly recommend her.

The management team was the best I dealt with from a distance. They provided a detailed care plan and cost estimates, which were immensely helpful in making informed decisions. They even arranged for a taxi service from the Airport and ensured seamless communication throughout the process.
Their all-round professionalism and commitment to high-quality care reassured me that my brother was in capable hands. The seamless handling of his arrival from five thousand miles away is commendable.

I've been with this firm 4 months this month, it has changed my life completely, I am treated like a queen by all the carers, office personnel and owners, I have never received this sort of care and respect from any other care providers in 18 years of receiving care, I would recommend this company to any person that would like to receive the same treatment I'm getting. They stay the full time, and nothing is too much trouble, if you have an emergency like yesterday I'd cancelled my teatime call because I was at the hospital for an operation it got done earlier than expected and the office replaced my call immediately, I live alone and this meant the world to me, please give this remarkable firm a chance, a big thank you.

Satisfactory. Carers are good. Happy to do anything we ask and friendly. Disappointed with inflexibility regarding medications. Also, we have received three invoices so far, two of which were incorrect.

Mum has had care for a number of years from Right at Home, and we always found them to be very professional and responsive to her needs. The fact that carers were dedicated and that the same person was made available to provide the care each week was very important to Mum as she was able to establish a relationship with her carers. The office staff are also efficient and respond to requests/problems quickly and professionally. I would recommend them as a care company.

I am passionate about delivering the highest standard of care to our clients, listening to their preferences and choices ensuring they are receiving person-centred care. I believe it is important to maintain our client’s independence and support them to remain in their own homes.
I believe it is important to support our Caregivers, working closely as a team and giving them the support and guidance they need to provide outstanding care to our clients whilst giving them the opportunity to develop their skills and careers.
After a career in helping businesses and teams improve their performance, I lead a culture excited and committed to constant and never-ending improvement in the quality of the service we provide.
I have worked in the NHS since I graduated, initially qualifying as an Allied Health Professional (Dietician). I have had 13 years of Senior Manager experience in the NHS in the Community, Acute Care and Tertiary care. My last role was Head of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals at the Liverpool Women's Hospital, responsible for 450 staff.
I am passionate about Quality and Governance and led an improvement plan in the Theatres service at Liverpool Women that enabled the resumption of the Good rating by the CQC.
My role in Right at Home Preston & South Ribble enables me to bring my skills and experience to the home care sector in the area and to work with our care team to constantly uphold and improve the standard of the person-centred care we provide so that we are the 'go-to' home care provider in the Preston & South Ribble areas.
