Right at Home are a very approachable friendly and professional company. Carers are kind and considerate and pay attention to detail. They are well managed and fully briefed by admin staff-and they stick to the rules. There is always someone on the end of the phone and everyone is sympathetic and understanding. They deal calmly with some difficult situations and do not complain. If they see a problem coming ng they explain and offer constructive suggestions. Recruitment must be rigorous because all the carers we met seemed vocationally suited to the role this is a high end company so don't expect the service to be low cost. You get what you pay for. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

We have had carers for my dad for the last 10 months. All the carers who visited are professional, thoughtful, kind and showed dad the upmost dignity when dealing with his personal care. They not only cared for my dad but supported my mum greatly.
Whenever I phoned the office to increase his care package, or with a minor query, I was always able to get hold of somebody to talk too, even over the weekend. The whole team, both in the office and the carers always gave 100% and clearly it is more than just a job to them. I would recommend Home Care to anyone who needs that extra help at home, thus enabling you to keep your loved ones longer in the environment they are most comfortable in.

We have been using this care company for several years now and they have been taking excellent care of my mum with her care slowly increasing over the years as required. The company are an excellent, caring and professional team who I feel are second to none. They provide excellent communication and will always accommodate requests for extra care or a change of care at often short notice. The carers are friendly, caring and professional in their approach to my mum's needs always respecting her dignity at all times. My mum has got to know her carers and that makes a huge difference to my mum and her care. The online app is excellent for providing information on mum's care. I have also found the company to be very supportive towards me when I've needed it.
They office staff due a great job are always polite and act on any requests made promptly and efficiently.

My Dad has dementia and has been receiving care for 2 years now. We couldn't manage without 'Right at home' care. They get my Dad up and help him with his breakfast. Then they come in the evening to help him with his tea.

My Dad has dementia and has been receiving care for 2 years now. We couldn't manage without 'Right at home' care. They get my Dad up and help him with his breakfast. Then they come in the evening to help him with his tea. They also persuade him to shower, which he refuses to do for me. They are always punctual and they have an excellent App which details a detailed diary of my Dads care, so I know what's happening every day. They are also very flexible if we need an extra session, or need to move the time of his care if he has a hospital appointment. He has several carers who make regular visits so he has got to know them well.

I cannot praise Right at Home enough. Not only for the continuous, warm, friendly and respectful care the team have shown my Dad, but the care and support they have shown us as a family during what has been a very stressful time making sure my Dad has the right support in place, after he made the decision he wanted assisted living in his own home rather than moving into a care home.
My Dad has loved having the visits, they have helped him to feel less isolated as well as benefitting from physical care. We feel very lucky to have found the team and feel we can talk to them at any time about my Dad's evolving needs. Would highly recommend.

Have used Right at Home for providing companionship visits and care for my mum for the last 12 months and they have been excellent. Mum has really enjoyed their visits, she is treated with kindness and respect and whenever I've needed extra support for mum they've always been there and happy to help. I must mention particularly mum's favourite carer, she has been absolutely fabulous with mum, nothing has been too much trouble and she has always gone out of her way to help me support mum. She very quickly built a good relationship with my mum, who felt very comfortable and safe with her. I would highly recommend her.

I recently sought home care services for my older brother through Right at Home in Preston, Lancashire. Despite being far away in the USA, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and dedication. From my initial contact to his safe arrival at his rental, the team was outstanding. The management team was the best I dealt with from a distance. They provided a detailed care plan and cost estimates, which were immensely helpful in making informed decisions. They even arranged for a taxi service from the Airport and ensured seamless communication throughout the process.
Their all-round professionalism and commitment to high-quality care reassured me that my brother was in capable hands. The seamless handling of his arrival from five thousand miles away is commendable.

I've been with this firm 4 months this month, it has changed my life completely, I am treated like a queen by all the carers, office personnel and owners, I have never received this sort of care and respect from any other care providers in 18 years of receiving care, I would recommend this company to any person that would like to receive the same treatment I'm getting. They stay the full time, and nothing is too much trouble, if you have an emergency like yesterday I'd cancelled my teatime call because I was at the hospital for an operation it got done earlier than expected and the office replaced my call immediately, I live alone and this meant the world to me, please give this remarkable firm a chance, a big thank you.

It was such a shame that they couldn't provide the timeslots we required due to the distance between clients so we had to use another care provider. I will always recommend Right at Home.
