I can't speak highly enough of the team at Right at Home Bromley. From the outset, their approach has been thoughtful, professional and genuinely caring. They take the time to understand individual needs and tailor the support accordingly.

The carers themselves are kind, patient and reliable, and always treat people with dignity and respect. What stands out most is the consistency and quality of care from the Bromley team, alongside very good communication and responsiveness whenever needed.

I'd particularly like to thank Claire, Mercy and Tracy.

I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home Bromley to anyone looking for compassionate, well-managed home care.

I came to this company after a recommendation by word of mouth. I only sat down and completed my assessment at the end of last week and had my carer allocated by the Wednesday. I've had 2 different carers so far and both have surpassed what I could've expected. Both girls have been such a pleasure to have in my home and for the first time in my life I have been able to fully trust people I have only just met. This is because the girls who work for this company take their job seriously but know how to have fun. Both days I have been laughing and been more proactive in my home. The level of independence is second to none, to which I would only describe the care as professional but personal. I feel I have made the best decision to have "Right at home" as my carers and I look forward to everyday I have with them. I can't thank Debby and the team enough, you have all changed my life for the better and have given me my independence back, so thank you!

I was the first client of this company and it has proved to be all we hoped for. Good management with real interest in providing the best care for their clients. They are growing carefully recruiting excellent staff and have staff development programs and ensure the right staff to meet increasing client demand.

I am a full time carer for my husband & Right @ Home provide respite care for me once a week, sometimes more.
Everyone is very helpful & caring. For example, the General Manager, Michael visited last week when I wasn't well. He rang later in the day to check that I was ok and ask if I needed anything.

All the carers are very capable & say how much they appreciate the way the managers work as part of the team covering shifts when necessary.

I needed a Carer overnight after a procedure at Hospital which involved a general anesthetic and needed overnight care. The carers were very quick to draw my attention to a nasty blister on my Dad's leg back in March this year. Given that my father is a diabetic, I was very grateful to them drawing this to my attention so I could arrange an appointment with his doctor/nurse.

They have also been extremely helpful when my Dad needed an urgent prescription picked up over a weekend and went out of their way to ensure my Dad received his medication despite issues with the pharmacies. I cannot thank them enough given that I don't live in West Sussex and was unable to travel down to Dad's due to my own health issues.

The carers are very good, they do what I ask and listen to me and what I want. I do as much as I can as possible and they do everything they can to keep me independent.

Shilah and Lynn are my regular carers and are excellent. We have good conversation throughout the visit, they are also very good at knowing what needs doing and where things go.

All the staff are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful at all times: the service is completely reliable and communication at all levels is excellent. Your help and support is invaluable in enabling us to meet the needs of daily living.

Having been retired for may years, we find the service fees take up a significant part of our disposable income, however we understand your running costs and overheads all have to be covered and everything these days is expensive! Thank you again for a super service#!

What a joy dealing with the staff at Right to Home. Always cheerful and friendly and, at the same time, providing an excellent service. The team have been working with my sister who is presently in a nursing home. They have been providing additional support to my sister in the form of a car and driver/carer twice a week, providing my sister with mobility and companionship. Due to problems with her eyesight she has had to give up driving. Besides providing the transport the carers have helped my sister with sorting out around her house and at the same time provided companionship.

I've been a client of 'Right at Home' for almost 2 years now and have been very satisfied from day 1! The Carers, as well as the people who run the Agency have been extremely good with me. I'm not an easy client and I don't envy them. I often don't know what I want. I'm not organised at all, but their patience, warmth and caring have supported me in many a 'dark' moment. I have nothing but good to say about all their Carers. Obviously, I prefer some to others but whoever comes here, I know I can depend on their expertise so that if I need or want anything, they're available with instant help. I can't ask for more than that.

I spent my life helping others and it feels weird to have to depend on people now but I am so grateful that I have them. I now pretty much have one Carer who comes regularly but even when she's not able to, and others come, I feel very much at home with them. I would recommend RAH to anyone who needed excellent caring.

We have been extremely happy with every aspect of the care provided by Right at home Somerset. From our first meeting with their representative to discuss my parents requirements to the contact with the office staff and the day to day support offered by the carers has been exceptional. As I used to work for the NHS in elderly care I was expecting the worst when in came to helping my parents organise support in their own home. I can honestly say the service provided has been a blessing to them and to myself. It is helping to maintain them in their own home and has bought some laughter and joy to their days now they are house bound. The carers have been responsive to requests eg picking up prescriptions but have also been proactive in identifying things that will help my parents. This approach has been welcomed by them and allowed me to relax and feel there are options to help me in helping them. It has helped me to become a daughter again. Thank you

Right at Home Exeter and Exmouth have been providing excellent care for my uncle with their friendly, helpful, reliable, kind, patient and efficient team, right from our first meeting a few months ago. The daily visits ensure that my uncle has whatever help he needs with personal care, household tasks and shopping, varying day to day as required. At one point he had a difficult period of illness lasting several weeks and the team stepped up without hesitation to look after him, providing the extra care and support he needed. Overall Experience

I have two fantastic carers that came to me each week. They know exactly what I want and things that need to be done around the bungalow and what I need for lunch without having to ask me. They both show care and respect for me at all times. The office notifies of time and change of people.

Overall Experience
We have reached out to Right at Home Harrogate when we were looking for some support for our father.
From our first interaction we were made feel at ease and reassured.
Our father was reluctant to have some help, however after having the support he loves it.

Living so far away makes it difficult to do things but Right at Home made it easy for us. Thank you
