We contact Right at Home, Petersfield when my fathers dementia was overwhelming our family to care for him. They were wonderful and not as expensive as we thought they would be. All the carers have been wonderful and taken the time to help both my father and my mother.

Right at Home have been caring for Mum for seven years now. During that time Mum's dementia has got worse and her needs more complex as she has aged. The team from RAH have been quite exceptional in all that time. The length and frequency of the visits has increased and the carers are always briefed about what is required. They manage all of Mum's day to day needs but also find time to engage with her through reading, jigsaws, and simple games depending on how Mum is feeling that day. The small care team know Mum extremely well and are able to anticipate her needs, always remaining cheerful, vigilant and sympathetic. Kevin and Leisa work constantly behind the scenes too, liaising with District nurses and other health professionals as is required as well as popping in on Mum with medicines or even the occasional treat! As a family they have brought us great peace of mind as well as useful advice over the years. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough - a truly wonderful company!

Acting as Power of Attorney for an elderly lady with Dementia and considerable health issues, I have used Right at Home since May 2018.
The whole team, managers and carers are truly remarkable.
I live a long distance away, but I can relax in the knowledge that my lady is safe in their hands.

They will notice and respond to any changes; they deal with any problems that may arise without fuss or drama and truly have the best interest of the client at the heart of everything they do.

I used the service on August 2026. I was collected by Right at Home Harrow from my home in Moss Lane at 10:30am and taken to the Right at Home and given lunch and care (including playing Bingo). There were 5 of us and a carer and I felt it was very well run and very enjoyable. I was taken back to my home at 2:30pm and I was very thankful for a happy morning at a very good lunch.

I contacted Right at Home when I needed extra help to care for my husband who was terminally ill. The care manager was efficient, professional and also very kind and sympathetic, as were his two carers. My only regret was that I hadn't arranged for their help earlier.

My parents were resisting having support at home but I found the professional, flexible and respectful approach has helped them accept support which has increased their independence and is keeping them at home. Always responsive and thiughtful in communication. I live a long way away from my parents so brings me great peace of mind that there is this additional support which can be increased if and when needed.

Very pleased with the service. The carers came in 4 times a day, to look after our aunt. She had Dementia and could be very difficult and stubborn at times, but they accepted it. The only reason we had to cancel the service, was she started to wander on her own. She is now in a care home

Having to arrange care for my father who has dementia was a difficult decision but everyone at Right at Home made the experience very positive. They listened to what my father needed and included him in all decisions.
The carers have been very patient, caring and professional. Dad looks forward to seeing them every day, especially his main carer who he has formed a really strong bond with. The meals they prepare are always delicious and they spend time talking to him and listening to his many stories about family, friends and life experiences. They always have his welfare in mind and support him with whatever he needs. This has really helped his wellbeing.
Right at Home have also been very flexible when he has appointments or needs to change his routine.
I can highly recommend them.

I feel reassured knowing Dad is in such kind, capable and compassionate hands.

My friend's mum needed care at home and was worried about where to start looking. She came across Right at Home and she was provided with the right information of the care package that met her mum's needs. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and showed genuine care and concern.

Right at Home have provided excellent care for my mother. After a hospital stay at the end of last year it was very important for her that she was able to stay in her own home - support from a Right at Home carer has enabled her to do this. The care she receives is excellent, both providing the physical support she needs, but also helping in many other important areas, such as nutrition, hygiene etc. And her carer not only gives invaluable support, she is also great company for my mother.

Starting using Right at Home to care for my Dad at the end of June after using another company who we were not happy with.

Right at home have been excellent all their carers have been great, very efficient and have brightened my Dads days up so much. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

Right at Home have provided the most wonderful care for my Aunt. Her needs have evolved over time and care has adapted seamlessly, increasing as required in a proactive and effective way. My mum is almost 99 and is mostly confined to bed so can find the day quite long. Mum has companionship calls and the carers who come are kind, patient, professional and very respectful. They take time to ensure that mum is safe and comfortable and read to her and chat to her. I have peace of mind, when mum has the visit as I know she is being cared and catered for properly. The carers focus on mum and what she needs,

Right at Home have provided care for my mother for the past 6 months.

I am very pleased with everything they provide for her and myself and are very professional. The carers are lovely and make sure everything is attended to including medication, getting dressed, personal hygiene, cleaning and washing when required and keeping mum company including small walks weather permitting. I am glad I chose Right at Home and would recommend them to anyone making the important decision to select the right company for your loved ones.

Nothing is too much trouble from both the professional companions and the office team of Right at Home Camberley & Woking. Always cheerful and a can do attitude for Mum. All of the team are kind and thoughtful and tend to Mums needs with thought and care. Always available on the phone to resolve queries and the whole team are always keen to do whatever needs to be done to improve Mums life and keep her smiling. I have no idea what I would do without them - they are extended family. Thank you from Mum and I.
