Mum really looked forward to her visits from her Right at Home care ladies, they were always so cheery, helpful and made sure
Mum was comfortable and felt safe. She enjoyed their cheerful chats and news about what was happening in the world. There were a lot of jobs around her house mum couldn't manage which she felt comfortable asking her visiting lady to do, be it sorting her cupboards out, cleaning, making sure her bathroom was clean and safe as well as her bedroom, all done enthusiastically. They also would stay a little longer if mum needed, which I found very reassuring. Knowing mum had such competent ladies visiting her daily was peace of mind for me, and Anna (manager) at my local office, more than once listened to my worries about mum and gave me some good advice (and I'm
sure lowered my blood pressure).

Mum will miss her care ladies from RAH very much and we both are very grateful for their care and friendship. Thank you , from Maureen Blackham and Lesley Barrett.

We have been using Right at Home to help care for my mum,who has alzheimer,s for a while now and are extremely happy with the care she receives. The same two companions come every day during the week which was important for mum so she got to know them. It really means a lot to see how happy mum is when she sees them, her face lights up and that means so much to us as a family.
Every day they take mum out to various places where they know mum recognises and we feel Right at Home have provided excellent care and have listened to everything we asked for so a big Thankyou to Mark

I would definitely recommend Right at Home to anyone who wants a caring companion for their loved ones!

Overall Experience

Our lives were at a very low ebb, my caring alone for my wife, Beryl, was becoming very difficult with the mood swings that Alzheimer's can inflict on a loved one. Then after a Q&A with a man, my mind was made up, for he was from Right at Home. RAH's arrival changed our lives, making the last 2 years as memorable in a good way as the rest of our 41-year marriage. We had 4 "angels" Lesley, Marion, Stacy and Larisa. They all brought joy and good cheer with them on every visit to care for Beryl. After a spell in hospital and discharge, Adriana made it clear, "no matter when Beryl is home, we will be there". Always visits lifted our spirits, joyful noises, laughter, smiles never-ending. The Q&A was with Alister. Thank you to all at RAH.

Twice a month we have a visit from a friendly lady/carer who helps to bath my wife. It's a visit we both look forward to and whoever is on duty that day (although usually the same person), it's always a pleasure a see them, smiling and cheerful. They always treat my wife with dignity and regularly bring a little sunshine into her day.

Overall Experience

As a family we have had a very positive experience with RAH Wimbledon, Putney & Kingston. I have found them to be very professional whenever I have been in touch with the team who provide such excellent care for my 90 year old mother who is living on her own. They have worked hard over the last couple of years to find the right match for my mother. Her current caregiver is outstanding, we are all really pleased with how well she looks after mum, cheerful and friendly and a genuine help. The team have listened to any feedback we had and responded well, they have also been quick and reliable when we have needed to ask for extra help eg when mum was unwell or needs to be taken to appointments. Overall RAH are delivering well on our priority which is that our mum has the best care.

Overall Experience

I have always found the care managers both empathetic and understanding in dealing with a problem. They are reassuring and supportive and are alert to heading off a crisis before it occurs. The care workers themselves are reliable, conscientious, polite, punctual and a pleasure to work with, and my daughter (the client) is confident and relaxed in their company. Great teamwork!

Overall Experience
Following several short stays in hospital, my mother needed additional care needs when returning home. However, after an administrative mix-up at the hospital, my mother was discharged two days earlier than planned, and before the care in the community team had arranged home support. Therefore, at very short notice over a weekend, I arranged with Right at Home to be with my mother the very next day to enable her to have the necessary medication, as well as follow-up care over the course of the next two weeks.
I cannot fault the proactive nature of the service that the team at Right at Home gave me and my mother, and they have continued to do so ever since, often agreeing to alter the planned schedule at short notice.

I highly recommend this home care provider to anyone living in the Wimbledon area.

We have found that all employees at Right at Home, Croydon go above and beyond for our mother who has mixed dementia. We were so impressed with Hakeem's ethos and understanding when we first encountered him in January 2025. His team of carers have continued to care for our mother as her condition has declined. As her care needs have become greater, so have Right at Home's involvement. Not only is the care exceptional, but Hakeem ensures that anyone who joins their team shares his ethos and values. As a result, the care is of a consistently high standard, with carers that you can rely upon to forge strong positive relationships with clients and families alike. Their level of understanding and empathy is to be commended.

Hakeem's office team are of equally high quality; always on the end of the phone for communication purposes and to assist us with understanding and advice when making decisions as a family. We cannot recommend them highly enough, thank you for all you do to support us.

Right at Home provided care for my mother after her hip surgery in February 2026. My mother has dementia and so struggles with her mental health. Veronica was very proactive with liaising with the hospital, understanding mums needs and recommending improvements to assist with mums daily routine. I soon became very comfortable with the way Veronica supported mum at home which gave me peace of mind. In addition, Veronica has been very great with her communication back to me on mums health and recovery progress which was fantastic as I live in Australia and struggle with visibility on day to day issues which arise.

Overall Experience

I have been a service client of Right at Home, South Manchester since 18th October 2022, having a 1 hour care visit twice per week. The carers that have provided this assistance have treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. As a general rule, my Tuesday carer has been the same person except when she is unavailable due to holidays etc. She has become a very valued friend and I always look forward to her visits. Also as a general rule, my 2nd visit of the week has been on a friday, and the visiting carer would be one of the other very caring members of the team, all of whom I have the greatest respect for. In the past month or so I have altered my 2nd visit on a Thursday, with one particular person who has been helping me reorganise my flat by moving stuff around and, after a friend of mine assembled some storage shelves for me, she was able to completely declutter my kitchen and make it a more usable space. I would highly recommend this company as carers for anyone. Thank you

Overall Experience

Right at Home provide excellent care and service. We have been using them for 4 years and the staff are very friendly, kind and caring. They were very good when my mother became ill and have helped my father to transition to life without her. The support they provide allows my father to have the independence he wants so he can live his life on his terms. I recommend Right at Home for anyone looking for care of family.

Overall Experience

Right at Home offered a truly professional approach from the start. Managers listened carefully to the needs within the home and supported new carers in building relationships with my parents and training. Initially supporting my Dad with dementia, and then my Mum with failing sight and mobility issues, we have had an ongoing relationship with Right at Home over many years. My Mum built very positive relationships with caregivers and their gentle approach supported her to live as independently as possible within her home, whilst also supporting her to complete tasks which she struggled. Wherever possible, there was a continuity of care offered from two regular carers each week. Regular communication ensured Mum knew who would be attending and monitoring enabled changes to be made to care offered as needs increased. We would highly recommend the Right at Home team as providers of high quality care in the home offering compassion and kindness. Thank-you to all for many years of care
