I engaged Right at Home (Mid Sussex) to provide care for my elderly parents six months ago. From the initial appointment, the service we have received has been of the highest standard. The team really took the time to not only understand my parents' needs, but also to understand them as people. The carers are wonderful and do a fantastic job. Mum has already formed a strong relationship with them and recently said: "They are not just people who come round to help, I consider them my friends!" I would also like to share how impressed I am with the management team. Communication is first-class, and any request is communicated to the front-line team quickly. Equally, I know I will be informed immediately of any issues or concerns the team may have. Living overseas, the service from Right at Home has been a game-changer! Thank you to all the team!

We've been very happy to use Right at Home's services for almost two years and have been very happy with all elements of the service provided. The carers are kind and helpful and are adaptable to our mum's increasing needs. The care was set up very quickly and efficiently in response to an urgent request. The carers were excellent, each one friendly and helpful. The only thing missing, and which would have been helpful, was advance guidance maybe in the form of a leaflet, as to what duties the carers could be asked to provide.

Whenever I phoned the office to increase his care package, or with a minor query, I was always able to get hold of somebody to talk too, even over the weekend. The whole team, both in the office and the carers always gave 100% and clearly it is more than just a job to them. I would recommend Home Care to anyone who needs that extra help at home, thus enabling you to keep your loved ones longer in the environment they are most comfortable in.

my mother has had RAH Redhill since June 2022 I have always been totally satisfied with the excellence service offered by RAH. Recently I decided totally on cost grounds to try a different care provider with the same CQC rating as RAH it was dreadful it made me fully appreciate the great work the team do at RAH Redhill. The care staff give my mum the best help you could ask for. The office staff are always really helpful and i have found e mails answered the same day and often within a hour. its a shame you can only give 5 stars
