A truly professional service from carers and management alike. We were listened to from day one when the care plan was established and all needs and expectations were met from there on during daily visits. Carers were punctual, knowledgable, kind and compassionate and Dad was treated with dignity. The carers were a breath of fresh air and adapted readily to changing care needs, nothing was to much trouble. Management did their utmost to help us as circumstances changed and were understanding during all contact. We are grateful for the excellent level of care provided and for the support from management that we received during a difficult time.

I am very grateful to Right at Home for the care and support they have provided for my mum since her diagnosis of dementia. Right at Home Eastbourne have provided care for my father and his wife for 18mths and have provided care that has developed with their needs. Many of the carers are excellent cooks, all provide personal care in a kind and professional way, they are always looking for tasks to do that will help. In an emergency RatH has stepped in and provided emergency care so one person being cared for was not left alone. I would recommend them to anybody.
Suffice to say my 'back-up' carer was extremely professional, punctual and skilled at her job. She possessed excellent communication and interpersonal skills and was a pleasure to work with.

Right at Home have looked after my mother in her home for many months. The carers were reliable, kind and accommodated my mothers wishes. On occasion they stayed longer and liaised with ambulance staff to ensure she received the care she needed. They also kept us informed of any issues or concerns.

I've been with Right At Home (Sefton) since moving into my bungalow independently at the beginning of year. The office staff and management are very professional, supportive, and understanding of my circumstances as I work from home and have an active social life.
The carers I've had are friendly, professional, focused on their tasks, hygienic and wear clean uniforms. Right At Home (Sefton) have really understood that I require consistency because of my job and daily responsibilities meaning that I have the same carers throughout the week. This is so helpful to me as it makes it so much easier for me to go about my day.
The office staff and management are really communcative and if I have a query or concern I can speak directly to them and feel confident that it will be resolved. The Care Planning app is great for knowing who is coming for each call and it helps me to feel reassured.
I'm really satisfied with Right At Home (Sefton's) service and would highly recommend them.

I engaged Right at Home (Mid Sussex) to provide care for my elderly parents six months ago. From the initial appointment, the service we have received has been of the highest standard. The team really took the time to not only understand my parents' needs, but also to understand them as people. The carers are wonderful and do a fantastic job. Mum has already formed a strong relationship with them and recently said: "They are not just people who come round to help, I consider them my friends!"
