Right at Home, South Trafford, cared for my father for 4 years. Care started with twice-weekly visits for general care and companionship, moving to four times per day as my father became frailer, and finally a live-in carer who remained with my father until his death last summer. All carers were experienced, supportive, kind, compassionate and friendly, Dad was very fond of them. They often supported Dad (and me) beyond their specified roles eg waiting with me for ambulances until the early hours of the morning. Many of the carers came to Dad's funeral which was much appreciated.

We have been very happy with the standard of care provided by Right at Home. Recently my wife had an infection and the carers really excelled during this difficult time. They were proactive in their approach, and their skill and experience was apparent. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to their efforts my wife could stay at home and recover.

We have been using the Right at Home Tyneside care team for a few months now and am more than happy with the service they are providing. Dad was reluctant at first but now looks forward to the companionship a couple of time a day. All of the carers go out of their way to make him feel comfortable and looked after and it puts our minds at ease, living out of the area, knowing that the carers are there. Thank you

Unlike some other care companies, RAH is very flexible on changing carer visits needed. Only 2 working days notice needed to effect a change without paying the fee.
