After researching available carers in the area that would be appropriate for our needs, the selection process was made much easier as Right at Home contacted me back immediately following my request for further information. They were kind, caring & offered help with no pressure. This was back in October
2025.
Since then we have experienced an excellent service, management & more recently a review of the service being provided to ensure no changes to services being provided was required. My family are so very grateful for the lovely carers that go in three days a week to help with housework & to provide companionship. I have nothing but praise for all the lovely people that have assisted and helped make the family feel reassured that they are receiving the best care possible & I have certainly recommended them to others. Thank you all.

We have been using the service since January. Right from the start the service has been excellent. We have been listened to and our requirements have been fully met if not more so. We were told that our Mum would have one or two carers each week and this has not changed enabling her/ them to build good
relationships. The two carers go above and beyond. The app is really useful for knowing how mum has been and what the carers have done with her. In addition we can email the office and get a prompt reply. I would highly recommend this company.

I was initially very hesitant about having carers come into my home, but Becks and Anna B have completely changed my perspective.
From the very beginning, they both made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are kind, professional, and genuinely caring in everything they do. It's clear they truly care
about the people they support, and that makes such a difference.
They have been amazing not only with me but also in how they've integrated so naturally with my family. Having them in our home has been an absolute pleasure, and I feel very lucky to have such wonderful carers from Right at Home.

We initially contacted RAH for professional advice and care for our Mum who is still living independently. Mum and I met her companion in her home with Georgia. I could tell immediately how caring and warm she was and most importantly, Mum seemed to bond with her straightaway. This was such a relief
for me, as we were going away and I was riddled with guilt and worry about leaving Mum. Mum's companion visited a couple of times before our holiday, which enabled me to relax a little and Mum to get to know her more, and I could gently ask Mum if she was happy. Whilst away, Mum and her companion phoned me twice a week via a messaging app, which was amazing. I thought this was so kind and thoughtful and it reassured me so much. Mum's carer is a true professional who obviously is gifted in caring for people. She is so aware of Mum's situation and makes her feel safe and happy. Occasionally Mum wears the same jumper etc., which her carer notices. In a lovely manner together they choose a different outfit. She brushes her hair, massages her hands, and makes sure she looks lovely. She makes Mum feel special. She also prepares her lunch and they sit together with a cup of tea... the perfect friend! Mum's companion also works so hard in cleaning her bathrooms, kitchen, hoovering etc. She fills her bird feeders and takes her shopping for a few items. She will accompany Mum to the senior group if Mum doesn't have her keep fit class. Mum's carer is so professional and genuinely kind. I feel we are blessed to have her looking after our mum. Mum has completely bonded with her and looks forward to her visits. Mum has a new friend now... which is the very best compliment. Thank you for sharing her with us, as we are so lucky to have her in our lives.

Very accommodating. Mum had recently had a stay in hospital and so care package was suspended until she was discharged.
Caroline visited day after discharge and organised appropriate short term care. Once completed another visit to establish home visits going forward.
Nothing was too much trouble
and we were very grateful for the standard of service provided during a stressful time.
Would recommend highly.

On the whole the help I have received from your Carers has been very good. Some of your Carers are exceptional whilst others are good. I have been impressed by the time keeping of all the Carers & on the occasions when they have been running late through no fault of their own I have been kept informed.
The weekly schedule of Carers has worked very well & it is convenient to know in advance who will be delivering care on each visit. I would have no hesitation to recommend your Company to anyone I know who requires care.

Courtney and Debra have been supportive from the very start with arranging care for my Nan who was extremely reluctant to care services at the beginning. I am so happy with the care from Right At Home, it gave me a great deal of peace of mind whilst I was away, especially I was able to read the daily reports into my Mum's care knowing all was ok. The girls who looked after my Mum gave an exceptional service. When I came home my Mum was very happy, she
said the girls were so lovely and caring, she felt she had known them for a long time, even though it was only for a short respite care. Thank you to every one who gave such an excellence service. I would definitely recommend Right at Home.

John needed assistance mainly to shower and dress. These needs were met very well by RAH. He also enjoyed their company whilst I could do other things away from home.

This is care the way it should be.
Every carer knows their job inside out,and actually take the time to talk to my uncle.
Attention to detail is 100%.
Any health issues are instantly recognised and dealt with eg specimens sent,GP or pharmacist contacted.
Faulty or missing equipement is dealt with.
Food
is whatever he fancies-either shop bought or made from scratch-they are excellent cooks.
They make sure he drinks enough,eats regularly,clean and tidy the flat,put shopping away.
They communicate with each other and with me.
I really cannot praise the team enough and am overjoyed that we found them-I now never ever worry about my uncle because he is in very safe hands .

I have been using Right at Home for over 4 months.
I am very pleased with the care and attention I have received. The Carers are all friendly and professional in their approach. They arrive on time. I am always pleased to hear the key in the lock to be greeted by a cheerful Carer.
The staff at the
office are helpful and supportive, and have dealt with any problems I may have.

The service was seamless, from my wife's discharge from hospital, to the arrival of her carer, organised by Right at home. The latter fitted herself around the family's needs and went over and above to ensure that she did everything that she could to make my wife's recovery easy and without worries

Right at Home have provided home care for both my parents since April 2025.
Since then my father is now in a nursing home due to his complex needs. They now provide excellent care for my mother. Mum can be quite difficult at times and they send a carer who understands her needs and can communicate
with her in Punjabi.
Highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for care.
