We can't thank Right at Home enough for the support they've given our family. Having the same lovely carer come in four mornings a week has made such a difference to my mother-in-law. Seeing a familiar face has really helped reduce her anxiety and made her feel much more comfortable and settled.

Her carer helps her get up, washed and dressed with kindness, patience and respect. It's clear she genuinely cares, and that means so much to us.

We're very grateful for the care and support we've received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for compassionate, reliable home care.

Choosing Right at Home as the care company for my 89 year old Mum was based on finding them online, but it has turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.

Mum absolutely loves her carers. They are warm, kind, respectful, professional, incredibly supportive and genuinely care about her. She looks forward to their visits.

The office team is also fantastic, always doing their best to accommodate last-minute requests for extended or additional visits. Their flexibility has been invaluable to our family and has taken the pressure off us.

The care and support Mum receives have made a real difference to her quality of life. Knowing she is being cared for by people who genuinely care about her has given us enormous peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to any family looking for compassionate, reliable home care for a loved one.

They recently provided care for my mum, and the difference they made to her quality of life was incredible. They arranged three wonderful carers, each of whom was kind, compassionate, professional and genuinely cared about my mum's wellbeing. They all went above and beyond to help her, treating her with dignity, patience and respect, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
One thing that really impressed me was that they never sent a carer to my mum without arranging an introduction visit first. This made her feel comfortable and reassured, and it showed how much they value building trust and personal relationships.
Communication from the office was outstanding throughout. The team was always friendly, responsive and accommodating, and they did everything they could to meet our needs. It gave us real peace of mind knowing my mum was in such capable and caring hands.

Right at Home made a difficult time so much easier for our family.

All the 10 carers are nice people, interested and interesting. They keep the house tidy, cook for me and feed. They do shopping as required. Nothing is too much trouble.

We have used RAH for about 5 years to help care for our elderly mother who has complex needs . They have always listened and tried to help us address any concerns and also been flexible so we can address changes.
They are more expensive than some of the agencies we have used in the past but for peace of mind it is worth it.

The staff always seem friendly and caring.

Rah has been looking after dad since December 2025 following his return home from hospital and care. We've been incredibly impressed with the organisation and professionalism through this period with many last minute emergencies and changes of plans and someone always at the end of the phone. Right at Home have been providing care for Mum, who has dementia, for 5 months now. The overall service is excellent. Mum has regularly commented on the high standard of care, and carers are supportive and helpful.

My Dad has dementia and has started to need help at home, this transition has been quite stressful but Right At Home staff have been amazing and have lifted so much of the weight for me. The team that came to visit and assess Dad and then organise help were so caring and knowledgeable. The carers have all been lovely, they make Dad feel cared for and heard and he is treated with kindness and dignity. The communication has been excellent both via the App which allows me to check in on how Dad is doing, and via phone calls from staff letting me know when an issue arises. I feel very lucky to have found Right At Home.

All the carers supporting us from from Right at Home have been helpful, positive and efficient. All arrive when expected with a cheery smile and willing to help.
This has been a new experience for us as we have both had mobility restrictions in recent months. It has been most reassuring during this time to be able to rely on someone to assist by preparing a lunchtime meal and to help further around the house as required.

Right at Home stepped in at very short notice to help me for a few days so that I was able to move my 94 year old aunt from her home to mine. I've dealt with a few care companies (looked after my Dad at home) and another relative in their own home. Right at Home are by far the best I've come across. They combined expert practical support amd advice with compassionate care for my aunt, and for us too. Sadly my Aunt died shortly after the move and the H at H team supported us with that process

I've also found their office support team to be very efficient and helpful

I can't thank or recommend them enough for their help amd advice. Hopefully it will be a while before we need care again, but they would be first on my list. An amazing team - genuine find.
