After researching available carers in the area that would be appropriate for our needs, the selection process was made much easier as Right at Home contacted me back immediately following my request for further information. They were kind, caring & offered help with no pressure. This was back in October 2025.

Since then we have experienced an excellent service, management & more recently a review of the service being provided to ensure no changes to services being provided was required. My family are so very grateful for the lovely carers that go in three days a week to help with housework & to provide companionship. I have nothing but praise for all the lovely people that have assisted and helped make the family feel reassured that they are receiving the best care possible & I have certainly recommended them to others. Thank you all.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review.

We're delighted to hear that the initial process felt supportive and pressure-free and that this has continued through the service you have received since October. Providing consistent, compassionate care and regularly reviewing it to...

I have POA for my neighbour and we have been using Right at Home for some months. I have found them to be responsible a stable in their care of my friend. They arrive promptly and do their job but still have time to chat etc.
They communicate with me after each visit so I am up to date with his needs.

They are flexible with care and very responsive to me.

When the time came for a carer to look after me I chose Right at Home. They really look after me well and give me choice on breakfast, lunch and dinner. They help me to shower with dignity and choose my clothes.
They are always cheerful and have chats every day.

After reluctantly accepting we couldn't help my elderly father from a distance of 85 miles he finally agreed to having twice weekly visits, within two weeks due to ill health with less than 24 hours notice they managed to schedule him 3 x day visits to assist with medication. What an amazing service we have had from Swindon team, no problem is too large, all staff from the carer givers, to office team have been so helpful and friendly. They are true professionals who have shown us great compassion and understanding while we transition through what is a tricky time and we feel confident that this support will continue and most importantly my father can remain in his home which is where he wants to stay

Reply from Michael Bowen, Managing Director at Right at Home (Swindon)

Thank you so much for your kind words which will be shared with your father's care team. If there is anything you need we are always here to listen and help.

Happy with the attitude of most of the carers. They are considerate and helpful. It is easier for Marion that there are regular carers that she is used to.

We have 24/7 line-in care in place for my 91 year old mother, who very much wanted to remain living in her own home, and this company has made that possible in the best way.
One of the things we value most is the consistency - it is the same carers providing the live-in care, not different people coming in and out each day. This has made a huge difference to my mother's comfort and wellbeing. She is genuinely happy and feels at ease, and the carer has blended in so well that she feels like part of our family.
Communication has also been excellent. I am kept informed on a daily basis, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my mother is safe, cared for, and content.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Right at Home to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate live-in care that truly respects the person being cared for and their wish to stay at home.

As a family we were looking for extra support in their home for my elderly parents and we have certainly chosen very well! All the staff from first contact with the office have been very efficient and so understanding of their needs. The carer assigned has been the same each time and she is amazing. She has made dad feel really comfortable with his personal care despite him being unsure of any requirement being needed. The carer is so kind to both mum and dad. Staying in their own home is their priority and we now feel this is possible with the help being provided. Cannot recommend the service provided by Right at Home enough.

After an unexpected very long stay in hospital, recovering from emergency surgery, my mum was left in the position of needing care to regain her mobility & help to regain her independence back.
I researched care companies & was impressed with Right at Home (Swindon). A lady came to see my mum whilst she was in hospital to do an initial assessment & then came out to her house when she was eventually discharged.
The service she has received has been excellent, the carers are very caring, respectful, friendly & helpful.
My mum has a regular carer which she really likes having but says any of the carers that come are lovely.
The lady who did the assessment has liaised with my mum's private physiotherapist to help her carers to support my mum with exercises & getting back on her feet.
They are very good at adapting care needs quickly & easily.

My mum has gone from 3 visits a day at the start to now 1 visit a week to help her shower & clean the bathroom.

Michael Bowen

I am married to my lovely wife, Sue, and have four children to keep me busy. After many years working as an accountant in a variety of organisations, including EMI, TNT and BBC Worldwide, I am delighted to be moving into the world of home care. Whilst I am proud of what I have achieved in the past, my role as a Right at Home franchise owner is taking me into a whole new world where I can help to improve the quality of life for others.

Customer service has always been central to my work ethic, and so it is a bonus that I can put this to good use in such a person-centred way. It is also a joy to be working with the bigger team at Right at Home, who demonstrate their kindness and passion for care every day. To complement my work, I have become a dementia friend and now a dementia champion. I was amazed to discover how much can be done to improve the quality of life for those with dementia, so long as you have the right knowledge.

Our company values are based firmly on person-centred care, and everyone here at Right at Home Swindon is utterly devoted to maintaining those values. So, if you want a friendly face to call in and help you with everyday tasks around the home, personal care, or simply to chat to then we have the perfect person waiting for you.

My incredible journey with Right at Home began in 2017. Starting as a caregiver and gradually advancing through the ranks, I'm proud to say that I now serve as the Registered Manager, a role I stepped into with passion and determination in October 2023.

Throughout my time here, I've amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience, bolstered by the completion of my Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care. This journey has been more than just a career path; it's been a calling—a calling to ensure that every individual under our care receives nothing short of the very best.

My commitment to excellence isn't just confined to the office; it's a driving force that fuels every aspect of my life. Whether I'm strategising ways to enhance our services or spending cherished moments with family and friends, my passion for providing top-tier care never wavers.

And when it's time to unwind and recharge, you'll often find me seeking thrills and laughter at theme parks. After all, life is about balance, isn't it? Join me on this journey of compassion, dedication, and joy as we continue to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Together, let's create moments that matter!

My name is Chloe, and I am the Care Co-Ordinator here at Right At Home. I began my journey at Right at Home as a Care Assistant in 2020. I then completed my diploma in health and social care in 2022, a milestone that allowed me to progress to my current role of care coordinator in 2023. I have always had a passion for looking after others and find immense joy in making a positive impact on people's lives.

When I'm not at work, you can find me dancing - a hobby I've enjoyed since the tender age of 3. I also have a love for travelling and exploring different parts of the world, experiencing new cultures, and making unforgettable memories along the way. I believe in embracing life to the fullest and am always eager to learn, grow, and connect with others.

Shiane Boateng Job Title: Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator Joined: 2025
Shiane Boateng

I joined Right at Home Swindon in 2025 after graduating in 2024, and I’m proud to be part of a team that makes such a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My role focuses on sharing the incredible work our CareGivers do every day and helping local families understand the high-quality care we provide. Marketing in the care sector is all about building trust, raising awareness, and showing the heart behind what we do.

Outside of work, I love staying active at the gym, travelling to new places, and going to music festivals and concerts.

How do you make sure our messaging reflects the quality and heart of our care?

I always aim to make our content feel genuine and reflective of the care we give. It’s not just about promoting services, it’s about sharing the stories and moments that show the compassion and connection between our CareGivers and clients. I take the time to listen to what’s really happening on the ground, then bring that to life through our messaging.

How do you highlight the voice of our clients and team in your work?

For me, the best way to show who we are is through the words of the people who experience it every day. I regularly gather feedback, quotes and stories from both clients and CareGivers. Their voices help others see the human side of what we do, and just how much care and thought go into every visit.

What role does marketing play in building trust with families?

Marketing is often the first time someone comes across Right at Home, so it’s important that what they see is warm, clear and honest. I focus on building trust by showing who we are, how we work, and the values that guide us. Whether it's sharing our CQC rating or introducing our team, it's all about helping families feel confident in choosing us.

How do you help promote openness, transparency and values-led care?

Everything I put out is grounded in our values. I make sure our communication is open, easy to understand, and reflects what really matters to us. Whether it’s a social media post or an email campaign, I keep things down-to-earth and authentic, so people feel they’re getting a true sense of who we are and what we stand for.
