We have 24/7 line-in care in place for my 91 year old mother, who very much wanted to remain living in her own home, and this company has made that possible in the best way.
One of the things we value most is the consistency - it is the same carers providing the live-in care, not different people coming
in and out each day. This has made a huge difference to my mother's comfort and wellbeing. She is genuinely happy and feels at ease, and the carer has blended in so well that she feels like part of our family.
Communication has also been excellent. I am kept informed on a daily basis, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my mother is safe, cared for, and content.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Right at Home to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate live-in care that truly respects the person being cared for and their wish to stay at home.

As a family we were looking for extra support in their home for my elderly parents and we have certainly chosen very well! All the staff from first contact with the office have been very efficient and so understanding of their needs. The carer assigned has been the same each time and she is amazing.
She has made dad feel really comfortable with his personal care despite him being unsure of any requirement being needed. The carer is so kind to both mum and dad. Staying in their own home is their priority and we now feel this is possible with the help being provided. Cannot recommend the service provided by Right at Home enough.

After an unexpected very long stay in hospital, recovering from emergency surgery, my mum was left in the position of needing care to regain her mobility & help to regain her independence back.
I researched care companies & was impressed with Right at Home (Swindon). A lady came to see my mum whilst
she was in hospital to do an initial assessment & then came out to her house when she was eventually discharged.
The service she has received has been excellent, the carers are very caring, respectful, friendly & helpful.
My mum has a regular carer which she really likes having but says any of the carers that come are lovely.
The lady who did the assessment has liaised with my mum's private physiotherapist to help her carers to support my mum with exercises & getting back on her feet.
They are very good at adapting care needs quickly & easily.
My mum has gone from 3 visits a day at the start to now 1 visit a week to help her shower & clean the bathroom.

Right at home have been excellent care providers, providing thorough care and risk assessments with regular reviews. They are responsive to our contact with them, adding and changing care as needed. As none of us live locally, it is such a relief to know exactly what is happening via the app. The liaison
with the GP practice and other health and social care professionals is also really helpful.

I have not needed any care at home up until January this year 2025. I have 3 visits a week Monday Wednesday and Friday AM to help with my personal needs. The service I receive from the carers is very very good, they treat me with respect and dignity, which is very much appreciated as well as doing other
household tasks if they have the time, for which my wife and I are very grateful. Two of the carers come regularly and we have got to know them well, as well as being excellent at caring so we are very pleased with your service.

We researched care companies and decided on Right at Home for out parents care. The initial assessment was thorough, reviewing needs of our Dad and Mum separately. The communication has been good with the management side and actual carers. My parents have already built relationships with a few of the
carers and the enjoy the company, as well as care. My sister and I find the app and care notes beneficial. The last review was useful to follow up on anything missing. Thank you.

Michael Bowen

I am married to my lovely wife, Sue, and have four children to keep me busy. After many years working as an accountant in a variety of organisations, including EMI, TNT and BBC Worldwide, I am delighted to be moving into the world of home care. Whilst I am proud of what I have achieved in the past, my role as a Right at Home franchise owner is taking me into a whole new world where I can help to improve the quality of life for others.


Customer service has always been central to my work ethic, and so it is a bonus that I can put this to good use in such a person-centred way. It is also a joy to be working with the bigger team at Right at Home, who demonstrate their kindness and passion for care every day. To complement my work, I have become a dementia friend and now a dementia champion. I was amazed to discover how much can be done to improve the quality of life for those with dementia, so long as you have the right knowledge.


Our company values are based firmly on person-centred care, and everyone here at Right at Home Swindon is utterly devoted to maintaining those values. My incredible journey with Right at Home began in 2017. Starting as a caregiver and gradually advancing through the ranks, I'm proud to say that I now serve as the Registered Manager, a role I stepped into with passion and determination in October 2023.


Throughout my time here, I've amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience, bolstered by the completion of my Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care. This journey has been more than just a career path; it's been a calling—a calling to ensure that every individual under our care receives nothing short of the very best.
