Excellent staff nothing is too much trouble. My mother is very happy with the care and support she receives. The management will go out of their way to help you and are always available when needed. No complaints whatsoever. Here's to many more years of care and support from Right at Home (Swindon).

Right at Home are a good care company. They have a great set of carers; very knowledgeable and respectful. I feel that any problems get sorted out by the office straight away. Carers have good training, they brighten my day and it's great to have company.

Life has been difficult for everyone of late due to all the additional problems/provisions required because of Covid-19. I have found a wider variety of carers because of this but on the whole, we have maintained a high level of continuity. The carers do care. They are professional and competent in their work and I value them highly. I have recommended Right at Home (Swindon) to other people in need.

My mother has always lived alone since losing my dad. A year ago she was forgetful with her medicine and meals. She has slowly become more forgetful and has been identified as having dementia. I looked for an organisation who could help with the day to day things like managing medicine, meals, cleanliness, but also understood the illness we have been managing. I lean quite heavily on their knowledge and have been overwhelmed at the caring nature of the staff. They have gone the extra mile by hairdressing, taking Mum on wheelchair walks, helping me with shopping lists and just being her friends. We are now entering the loss of memory stage where she doesn’t recognise her house. The carers are helping me through this difficult time. All of this has been undertaken during this extremely difficult time for the carers of COVID-19.

I have been generally very pleased with the service provided by Right at Hime and one lady, in particular, has established a very helpful and caring relationship with my wife. She covers most of our visits. Other ladies have varied a little in their duties but their visits have been relatively few and unfamiliar with our home and have proved an initial problem as well as reaching common areas of interaction in their chats with my wife, no real concerns however. The only real headache has occurred in occasional lapses in scheduling such as the time I had a cataract operation in November.

Whilst my father was still in hospital, Right at Home set up a care package that started the minute he returned home. He has a small team of regular care-givers who provide him with meals, companionship and support 3 times a day. They are excellent! Always several steps ahead of the game. They are even able to motivate him to do a bit of exercise while they prepare meals. My father appreciates them and so do I! My stress levels and worries have decreased significantly. The office staff/managers are also very helpful and proactive.

We have found the company very flexible and accommodating for extra shift requests at short notice and have a good cancellation policy.
All the staff are very personable and some go above and beyond to meet my father's needs and well-being.

One carer, in particular, has a wonderful relationship with dad and us as a family as dad lives with us to the point where we have been able to take short holidays and employ the carer to join us to enable dad to enjoy a break with us too. This last year would have been much more challenging without the support of this wonderful team of carers.

I chose this care service through the website and I was not let down. You lived up to your ethos.

My mum had exemplary care and was treated with dignity and respect as was I. It is a difficult decision to entrust care to others of your loved ones and I felt I could trust each caregiver to support my mum through her complicated illness. My mum loved the company of carers. Thank you.

The company is very good, I have never had care before. The carers are smart and polite and treat you nicely. They take a lot of care to help me with health issues which I get very worried about. I'm scared each day as I get a lot of pain as I try to do things I should not.

Michael Bowen

I am married to my lovely wife, Sue, and have four children to keep me busy. After many years working as an accountant in a variety of organisations, including EMI, TNT and BBC Worldwide, I am delighted to be moving into the world of home care. Whilst I am proud of what I have achieved in the past, my role as a Right at Home franchise owner is taking me into a whole new world where I can help to improve the quality of life for others.

Customer service has always been central to my work ethic, and so it is a bonus that I can put this to good use in such a person-centred way. It is also a joy to be working with the bigger team at Right at Home, who demonstrate their kindness and passion for care every day. To complement my work, I have become a dementia friend and now a dementia champion. I was amazed to discover how much can be done to improve the quality of life for those with dementia, so long as you have the right knowledge.

Our company values are based firmly on person-centred care, and everyone here at Right at Home Swindon is utterly devoted to maintaining those values. So, if you want a friendly face to call in and help you with everyday tasks around the home, personal care, or simply to chat to then we have the perfect person waiting for you.

My incredible journey with Right at Home began in 2017. Starting as a caregiver and gradually advancing through the ranks, I'm proud to say that I now serve as the Registered Manager, a role I stepped into with passion and determination in October 2023.

Throughout my time here, I've amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience, bolstered by the completion of my Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care. This journey has been more than just a career path; it's been a calling—a calling to ensure that every individual under our care receives nothing short of the very best.

My commitment to excellence isn't just confined to the office; it's a driving force that fuels every aspect of my life. Whether I'm strategising ways to enhance our services or spending cherished moments with family and friends, my passion for providing top-tier care never wavers.

And when it's time to unwind and recharge, you'll often find me seeking thrills and laughter at theme parks. After all, life is about balance, isn't it? Join me on this journey of compassion, dedication, and joy as we continue to make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. Together, let's create moments that matter!

My name is Chloe, and I am the Care Co-Ordinator here at Right At Home. I began my journey at Right at Home as a Care Assistant in 2020. I then completed my diploma in health and social care in 2022, a milestone that allowed me to progress to my current role of care coordinator in 2023. I have always had a passion for looking after others and find immense joy in making a positive impact on people's lives.

When I'm not at work, you can find me dancing - a hobby I've enjoyed since the tender age of 3. I also have a love for travelling and exploring different parts of the world, experiencing new cultures, and making unforgettable memories along the way. I believe in embracing life to the fullest and am always eager to learn, grow, and connect with others.

As of 2024, I have embarked on a new journey as a Team Leader within our office team. In this role, I am dedicated to supporting our caregivers through regular supervision and conducting thorough client reviews. Shiane Boateng Job Title: Marketing & Recruitment Coordinator Joined: 2025
Shiane Boateng

I joined Right at Home Swindon in 2025 after graduating in 2024, and I’m proud to be part of a team that makes such a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My role focuses on sharing the incredible work our CareGivers do every day and helping local families understand the high-quality care we provide. Marketing in the care sector is all about building trust, raising awareness, and showing the heart behind what we do.

Outside of work, I love staying active at the gym, travelling to new places, and going to music festivals and concerts.

How do you make sure our messaging reflects the quality and heart of our care?

I always aim to make our content feel genuine and reflective of the care we give. It’s not just about promoting services, it’s about sharing the stories and moments that show the compassion and connection between our CareGivers and clients. I take the time to listen to what’s really happening on the ground, then bring that to life through our messaging.

How do you highlight the voice of our clients and team in your work?

For me, the best way to show who we are is through the words of the people who experience it every day. I regularly gather feedback, quotes and stories from both clients and CareGivers. Their voices help others see the human side of what we do, and just how much care and thought go into every visit.

What role does marketing play in building trust with families?

Marketing is often the first time someone comes across Right at Home, so it’s important that what they see is warm, clear and honest. I focus on building trust by showing who we are, how we work, and the values that guide us. Whether it's sharing our CQC rating or introducing our team, it's all about helping families feel confident in choosing us.

How do you help promote openness, transparency and values-led care?

Everything I put out is grounded in our values. I make sure our communication is open, easy to understand, and reflects what really matters to us. Whether it’s a social media post or an email campaign, I keep things down-to-earth and authentic, so people feel they’re getting a true sense of who we are and what we stand for.
