My Dad has been receiving care for a month. The carers have consistently put my Dad at ease and maintained his dignity. They have brought peace of mind to my Mum who is his main carer. As a family we would recommend to others.

Right at Home give me the support at the drop of a hat whenever I call and ask fir care for mum.
My Dad has loved having the visits, they have helped him to feel less isolated as well as benefitting from physical care. We feel very lucky to have found the team and feel we can talk to them at any time about my Dad's evolving needs. Would highly recommend.

All the carers are lovely and amazing with Mum, I really do appreciate everything they do for her nothing is ever too much trouble. The office and behind the scenes staff are always extremely happy to help, when you call the office they always get back to you when they say they will. Right at Home are a fantastic care company, who I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to employ carers to look after their loved ones.
My wishes are recrded to enable the carers I prefers. Occasionally this does not happen.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We do everything we can to schedule calls at preferred times with preferred carers however, short notice sickness can necessitate changes so that all of our clients receive the care they require. We do everything we can to minimise disruption.

As you may notice the 'Value for Money' square is no ticked. This is because I feel overall services are now too expensive. However it is split into two sections - the carers who are very good and the organisers whose efforts are rather chaotic at times

The carers go above and beyond to make sure you retain your dignity whilst receiving the best care possible. I am very happy to recommend the Right at Home care company to everyone. The office does everything possible to fit your care around any appointments or plans you have. Everyone is friendly but professional.

Right at Home visit my sister twice a day. She was reluctant to accept care at first but through their warmth & friendliness, she regards them as friends. Although physically fit she suffers from dementia. They are good at finding misplaced items and ensuring she eats. They supervise medication and change her hearing aid. They give me peace of mind.

Have used Right at Home for providing companionship visits and care for my mum for the last 12 months and they have been excellent. Mum has really enjoyed their visits, she is treated with kindness and respect and whenever I've needed extra support for mum they've always been there and happy to help. I must mention particularly mum's favourite carer, she has been absolutely fabulous with mum, nothing has been too much trouble and she has always gone out of her way to help me support mum. She very quickly built a good relationship with my mum, who felt very comfortable and safe with her. I would highly recommend her.

The team at Right at Home East Lancashire and Ribble Valley - and they are a team - have been providing care and support to my wife for a couple of years on a daily basis. Both she and I can not speak highly enough of this friendly, caring, professional, local and truly wonderful group of human beings who provide tailored personal care and support to my wife at our home. They are reliable and go the extra mile every time without asking. The office team are supportive, approachable and proactive. The carers are without exception amazing, caring and loving in equal measure. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else needing care and support. I know I can trust them with my wife's welfare and well-being.
