I cannot praise Right at Home enough. Not only for the continuous, warm, friendly and respectful care the team have shown my Dad, but the care and support they have shown us as a family during what has been a very stressful time making sure my Dad has the right support in place, after he made the decision
he wanted assisted living in his own home rather than moving into a care home.
My Dad has loved having the visits, they have helped him to feel less isolated as well as benefitting from physical care. We feel very lucky to have found the team and feel we can talk to them at any time about my Dad's evolving needs. Would highly recommend.

All the carers are lovely and amazing with Mum, I really do appreciate everything they do for her nothing is ever too much trouble. The office and behind the scenes staff are always extremely happy to help, when you call the office they always get back to you when they say they will. Right at Home
are a fantastic care company, who I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to employ carers to look after their loved ones.

A reliable service with experienced, helpful carers. A schedule of times and days plus carers names is usually sent out timeously.
My wishes are recrded to enable the carers I prefers. Occasionally this does not happen.

We do everything we can to schedule calls at preferred times with preferred carers however, short notice sickness can necessitate changes so that all of our clients receive the care they require. As you may notice the 'Value for Money' square is no ticked. This is because I feel overall services are now too expensive. However it is split into two sections - the carers who are very good and the organisers whose efforts are rather chaotic at times

A 11% increase in the cost of employment in April 2025 due to the national minimum wage increase and a significant increase in employers' national insurance contributions has put significant cost pressures on the whole of the sector, resulting in an unavoidable increase in rates. Thank you for your feedback about the organisation. We constantly work hard to create consistency, but unplanned sickness / prolonged absence does impact this.

The carers go above and beyond to make sure you retain your dignity whilst receiving the best care possible. I am very happy to recommend the Right at Home care company to everyone. The office does everything possible to fit your care around any appointments or plans you have. Everyone is friendly but

Right at Home visit my sister twice a day. She was reluctant to accept care at first but through their warmth & friendliness, she regards them as friends. Although physically fit she suffers from dementia. They are good at finding misplaced items and ensuring she eats. They supervise medication and
change her hearing aid. They give me peace of mind.

Have used Right at Home for providing companionship visits and care for my mum for the last 12 months and they have been excellent. Mum has really enjoyed their visits, she is treated with kindness and respect and whenever I've needed extra support for mum they've always been there and happy to help.
I must mention particularly mum's favourite carer, she has been absolutely fabulous with mum, nothing has been too much trouble and she has always gone out of her way to help me support mum. She very quickly built a good relationship with my mum, who felt very comfortable and safe with her. I would highly recommend her.

I recently sought home care services for my older brother through Right at Home in Preston, Lancashire. Despite being far away in the USA, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and dedication. From my initial contact to his safe arrival at his rental, the team was outstanding.

team was the best I dealt with from a distance. They provided a detailed care plan and cost estimates, which were immensely helpful in making informed decisions. They even arranged for a taxi service from the Airport and ensured seamless communication throughout the process.
Their all-round professionalism and commitment to high-quality care reassured me that my brother was in capable hands. The seamless handling of his arrival from five thousand miles away is commendable.

The team at Right at Home East Lancashire and Ribble Valley - and they are a team - have been providing care and support to my wife for a couple of years on a daily basis. Both she and I can not speak highly enough of this friendly, caring, professional, local and truly wonderful group of human beings
who provide tailored personal care and support to my wife at our home. They are reliable and go the extra mile every time without asking. The office team are supportive, approachable and proactive. The carers are without exception amazing, caring and loving in equal measure. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else needing care and support. I know I can trust them with my wife's welfare and well-being.

A great service with caring, trustworthy and reliable staff. They've worked with us through issues brought about by my dad's condition with sensitivity and consideration. The office staff keep me up-to-date with any information I may need and are always friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend them.

I've been with this firm 4 months this month, it has changed my life completely, I am treated like a queen by all the carers, office personnel and owners, I have never received this sort of care and respect from any other care providers in 18 years of receiving care, I would recommend this company to
any person that would like to receive the same treatment I'm getting. They stay the full time, and nothing is too much trouble, if you have an emergency like yesterday I'd cancelled my teatime call because I was at the hospital for an operation it got done earlier than expected and the office replaced my call immediately, I live alone and this meant the world to me, please give this remarkable firm a chance, a big thank you.

My help comes for two hours each Tuesday. She is punctual and polite and I appreciate all the things she does for me. I look forward to her visit and pleasant company and my house is clean and tidy, which I couldn't achieve myself.
