Choosing Right at Home as the care company for my 89 year old Mum was based on finding them online, but it has turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.

Mum absolutely loves her carers. They are warm, kind, respectful, professional, incredibly supportive and genuinely care about her. She looks forward to their visits.

The office team is also fantastic, always doing their best to accommodate last-minute requests for extended or additional visits. Their flexibility has been invaluable to our family and has taken the pressure off us.

The care and support Mum receives have made a real difference to her quality of life. Knowing she is being cared for by people who genuinely care about her has given us enormous peace of mind. Right at Home have been providing care for Mum, who has dementia, for 5 months now. The overall service is excellent. Mum has regularly commented on the high standard of care, and carers are supportive and helpful.

The office are very responsive to all queries and ensure that I am quickly updated with any concerns, which is very reassuring.

Whenever I phoned the office to increase his care package, or with a minor query, I was always able to get hold of somebody to talk too, even over the weekend. The whole team, both in the office and the carers always gave 100% and clearly it is more than just a job to them. I would recommend Home Care to anyone who needs that extra help at home, thus enabling you to keep your loved ones longer in the environment they are most comfortable in.

All the carers are lovely and amazing with Mum, I really do appreciate everything they do for her nothing is ever too much trouble. The office and behind the scenes staff are always extremely happy to help, when you call the office they always get back to you when they say they will. As you may notice the 'Value for Money' square is no ticked. This is because I feel overall services are now too expensive. However it is split into two sections - the carers who are very good and the organisers whose efforts are rather chaotic at times

The carers go above and beyond to make sure you retain your dignity whilst receiving the best care possible. I am very happy to recommend the Right at Home care company to everyone. The office does everything possible to fit your care around any appointments or plans you have. Everyone is friendly but professional.

Right at Home visit my sister twice a day. She was reluctant to accept care at first but through their warmth & friendliness, she regards them as friends. Although physically fit she suffers from dementia. They are good at finding misplaced items and ensuring she eats. They supervise medication and change her hearing aid. They give me peace of mind.
