Right at Home Eastbourne have provided care for my father and his wife for 18mths and have provided care that has developed with their needs. Many of the carers are excellent cooks, all provide personal care in a kind and professional way, they are always looking for tasks to do that will help. In an emergency RatH has stepped in and provided emergency care so one person being cared for was not left alone. I would recommend them to anybody.

The team that looked after our cousin over the past 18 months were professional, and caring, and made her feel cared for and enabled her to stay in her home of 40 years as long as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Right at Home! From the support and help setting up overnight care for my mum, to the wonderful carers that look after my mum through the night - all have been truly outstanding. My Mum suffers with dementia but still wants to stay in her home of 40 years. After being really poorly and a hospital admission, I reached out to Right at Home to organize waking nights to help support mum with the transition from hospital to her home. They went above and beyond to get the paperwork, assessment, and the care set up at my mums in record time. I felt so supported and everyone I have dealt with has been so kind, caring, and professional. I am beyond grateful and would recommend Right at Home to anyone who is looking for outstanding support in the home for a loved one. My overnight carers feel like family - as do the whole office!

My sister-in law has had excellent care from Right at Home for the last 5years. All staff, carers and those in the office have not only supported her to stay in her home but included family within that support. All staff have been cheerful, kind and professional from the start. Care chat freely to her during their visit and she enjoys the time with them. When up to it she enjoyed outings out and about. Right at Home have also been reactive when difficult issues have occurred and put in emergency extra support time when necessary. Communication has been very good as I can read the care report after every visit, if there are any concerns they ring me. Sadly the time has come for her to move to a place best suited to her current needs. We will be forever grateful to all staff at Right at Home for their care, good humour, laughs and support they have given us all as a family. We highly recommend Right at Home.

My mother in law receives excellent reliable and loving care from the care team which enables her to enjoy being in her own home. The care also includes the family. The ladies are always friendly and happy to see us and the office staff are always on the end of the phone so willing to help and support. We are very lucky to be part of the Right at Home family.

It was only by reading the Right at Home web page reviews, the initial email and call. That our Mothers initial few hours a week needs could be accommodated. The great thing that there was an initial at home meeting with the Right at Home management. Which gave a two way assessment of what was needed and what could be provided. My mother and father inlaw have both received excellent support from the very beginning with Right at Home. A member of staff made a home visit & put them both at ease with her warm smile and friendly manner. The level of detail ascertained at this initial meeting ensured the care provided was just the way they both prefer things to be done in their own home. Another member of staff has also been highly praised for her thoughtful interactions with them both. She maintains dignity whilst offering just the right level of help & encouragement. Both of them spot the "little jobs" that have eased things for us as a family, especially recently when my mother inlaw has been transferred for palliative care. Welfare calls to check in with us for health updates show a genuine desire to care for them as real people. This is fundamentally at the heart of this wonderful care provider. Right at Home are an excellent care agency led by a highly professional manager who leads a team of carers who equally, take a highly professional approach to their work and deliver individualised care using sensitivity, together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Booking systems in place are excellent, and all administrative staff make you feel at ease when you speak to the on-call or send an email or speak to the Manager. Right at Home have a fantastic App where I can read clear documentation from all visits, along with up to date Care plans and helps to reassure me that all is well with my Aunty. Sometimes, organising care can be daunting but Right at Home you make it so much easier, and my thanks to you all.

It's been great to get such good service and above all help for someone in their own home beats any care home.

Right at Home took over the care of my 90 year old mother 5 months ago and I can highly recommend them. From the start they were very well structured, reliable and professional on the one side, while showing real care, patience, understanding and attention to detail with my mother. They gathered all the relevant information from the previous carers, then from my mother and finally from my wife and me. The daily reports are excellent and give us the feeling that we have experienced the visit ourselves. The carers have helped my mother be far more comfortable and have made a significnat difference on hygiene and self-care. Last but not least, they are incredibly understanding and patient when she has a "bad day". I could not ask for more and am very grateful. Thank you Right at Home.

I have had carers since May 2024. Many have been wonderful giving 150% to their jobs by understanding me in spite of my communication difficulties. They are like best friends, helping solve problems as they occur and including me in decisions. The office staff are excellent also, listening and responding to any concerns and again going to great lengths to help with problem-solving. I am hoping not to require residential care and know that the staff both office and carers will support me to achieve this. I have total confidence in them.

What an excellent company! My mum used them for four months earlier this year but has since had to go into full-time care. Over time she had several carers and each and every one was fantastic. They were very professional, friendly and caring. They managed all of mum's personal care, and also prepared breakfast and supper, and left everything tidy and clean. Mainly while doing these things, they chatted to Mum and spent time with her and she really enjoyed their company and help. Communication was great too. I was able to read their report immediately after each visit so I knew Mum was OK and they always contacted me if they had any concerns. I would highly recommend them.
