The manager and her team were always professional and very helpful with regards to my mum's care. All the carers visiting my mum were lovely and treated her with respect and kindness. Overall Experience

Right at Home has been extremely flexible and sympathetic during some very challenging times. They fitted in several extra care visits at very short notice. Without their help, I would not have been able to manage.

Overall Experience

After a hip operation under BUPA I had to arrange my own care. My second hip op so I knew what support I would need. RAH Portsmouth was the first company I contacted. I was impressed with the person I spoke to. My instinct was correct. I signed up for their discharge from hospital package, followed

by three weeks live in care, scaling down to two hourly visits a day and then one visit a day until able to go solo again. Everyone was brilliant. Coped with everything, including a hospital discharge that did not go to plan! The live-in carer was a star. Ditto the daily ladies. They were always on time and packed a great deal into those hours. When I had a potential problem with my feet swelling, a District Nurse was called to check them. Package was flexible. Tailored to my needs. Management kept in touch throughout. 1000 characters is not sufficient to fully describe how good RAH are. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Company that does exactly what it says it will.

Overall Experience

I approached using a carer with considerable doubt, although, as I am still comfortable and live on my own, I could not have been more wrong. The service I get here completely turned me around, it has given me complete faith in the carers who distinctively ensure that I am using the care-alarm system,

medication etc and on top of that, doing their tasks with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble, including home cleaning, running errands. I would not be without them; they are excellent.

Overall Experience

I have been very satisfied with the service provided for my wife, both in attendance and quality of service provided, and would recommend this service to others.

I have only one complaint and this relates to cancellation of service at short notice. Unfortunately my wife does not give me fourteen

days notice of any health problem , and emergency treatments are likely to occur. which require an immediate visit to the surgery. This means that I have to pay for a service She does not receive.

Tiptop excellent service and quality from all areas of care, from head office staff, and all carers supplied tailored to clients wishes, Any added services and times of visits required attended to with no problems, always courteous , followed up with home visit checks by owners and head office staff,

always someone on end of phone for any queries, totally satisfied would not go with anyone else.

We receive very good service ay all times. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it makes a huge difference. The office are most helpful too and the service is well worth the cost. We would recommend it to anybody.

Overall Experience

I have been extremely pleased with the customer service from RAH in respect of the care for my parents. They were very responsive and helpful to my initial enquiry promptly dealing with calls and emails with a personal touch. the initial meeting to clarify needs was professional, personable and well

conducted giving me and my parents the confidence to progress. They have delivered as promised and to our complete satisfaction, responding to feedback in a timely manner. The two care givers are professional, caring and proactive. My parents and I have no hesitation in recommending RAH .

After having a terrible experience with previous carers we thought we'd risk trying once more and chose Right At Home, we are so glad we did! They have been more than amazing caring for my great auntie and also a massive support to the family. The go above and beyond to get everything right. The communication

is fantastic, the carers are amazing and treat my great auntie like their own family member, they do so many little touches that are not on their "tasks" When my great auntie talks about the carers she always has a smile on her face and loves telling me all about their lives!
It's lovely to be able to relax and feel confident when the carers are there knowing that she's being looked after just as good as if family were doing it! Cannot recommend them enough!

Overall Experience

My parents have received care from Right At Home carers for over 4 years. Initially, the care was to support my father cope with my mother's advancing dementia. The carers were so patient with her and so empathetic with my father. They were able to persuade my mother to wash and shower. They also supported

her to continue to cook and clean safely. They afforded her dignity. There was impressive continuity of carers, enabling them to form a really close bond with my parents.
When my mother went into a care home, the carers continued to visit daily to support my father to manage alone in his home. They cooked, helped him dress and shower, assisted him with daily chores and provided much appreciated company and companionship. The management team worked hard to provide carer with whom Dad would hit it off. He so enjoyed the chats, jokes and camaraderie. He loved their cooking. The family so appreciate the kindness and care they showed Dad right until the end. It was life enhancing.

Overall Experience

Since Mum has needed extra care in the home, RAH has been excellent. The care package was set up in a very timely and efficient manner enabling her to leave hospital reasonably quickly. All the staff are professional, caring, efficient and friendly and the carers always arrive at the stated time. Recently,

Mum was not well, and RAH sorted out extra care for her and a carer stayed with Mum until she had been seen by her doctor. I would highly recommend RAH Portsmouth.

Since I have had to get care for my father, I have had nothing but amazing service from Right at Home. They came out immediately and care was arranged within the week and I have not been let down once, they go above and beyond and I have nothing but praise for all the staff both in the office and actual

Overall Experience

I have now had three different, permanent carers all of whom, in there different ways, have been outstanding giving/responding to my needs and care in different ways. They are all professional and provide TLC within carefully observed guidelines - which I like - as it shows respect for me and for my

needs.
The telephone number on my initial support pack was wrong which led to some confusion at first and meant that I could get through to the company to request a change. All sorted now.

Every member of Right at Home has been lovely and treated my dad with kindness, care and dignity. They keep my brother and I up to date with any changes in carer due to illness. The first care company we've had that actually cares and treats my dad like a human being.

Overall Experience

I contacted Right at Home after a recommendation from someone. We had social care looking after Dad and were not happy at all with some of the service's. Since Right at Home came Dad is so much better, they really understand his needs and is always perfectly matched to his carers, he can be a handful.

They always go above and beyond and I am always well informed if I need to know anything. We couldn't do with out them now. Emma has been brilliant with managing his care team.
