Cannot recommend enough.

Very professional and caring and pleasant company.

It has really helped me as well, as I know on the days I am not there his 'bits and bobs' are done. Mainly washing up, cleaning the bathroom and making the bed. Another good thing is the extra touches doing things they have not been asked to do but see that they need doing such as putting out a new loo roll when the existing one is getting low, cleaning the kitchen floor etc

Having the carers from Right at Home has made a big difference to the quality of life for myself as carer and my husband. They are lovely, friendly people and are dedicated to looking after their clients in the best way possible. I'm sure it helps my husband as having different conversations helps to stimulate him, and breaks the usual routine of the day. It's reassuring to know that I can leave the house knowing he will be looked after and they always keep me updated on him.

Highly recommend this very reliable care company. Carers are well-trained and confident. We get along well with all our carers. The office staff are caring, flexible and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is comforting to know they will support us in an emergency too, and my husband's hospital passport has been a great help to other medical agencies. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We could not be happier with Right at Home's care support for my father. Without exception the carers are incredibly kind, competent, diligent and caring. They have all built a wonderful rapport with him and he says that he is cared for by "the creme de la creme". It's very clear that the company is extremely well run and genuinely cares about its clients and its people. They're the best!

We have had one person living in full time but also night carers. They have all been so kind to all of us especially our mother who had to get used to having people in her house 24/7. The staff in the office were efficient and friendly and they certainly take great care to make sure that every placement goes smoothly. We were particularly impressed by the way they took the trouble to visit us at home, and also Dad in hospital, before any arrangements were put in place.

I would not hesitate to recommend Right at Home and at a very difficult and emotional time for us they provided all the support we needed. Their service exceeded all our expectations and we feel that their carers have become friends in the short time we have known them.

My stepfather has dementia and his memory and self-care abilities have been very slowly deteriorating over the past three years. He lives in his own rooms in the family house with my husband and myself who are his primary carers. I have greatly appreciated the flexibility that Right at Home offers. We are able to go away for short or longer periods and have confidence that carers he knows and trusts will visit regularly at set times to provide company, check he is alright and carry out those tasks he may need help with. The carers are patient and kind as well as sensible and able to use their initiative.

My wife required 24/7 support when she was discharged from Rowans Hospice. Options open to us was to put my wife in a Nursing home or use live in care. We used RAH live in care for a period of 2 months. The care and support workers provided to us were 1st class. The care workers provide one to one support to my wife which aided her recovery to get back on her feet.

Setting up this service for my elderly neighbour I cannot fault the care he has received. The carers do a great job and it has improved my neighbour's living circumstances immeasurably. This service has done so much more in to exceed expectations.

To be honest if I didn't have their support I feel I would not be here now.

We can not thank all the staff at Right at Home enough for the support and care my mum and the family received. The live in carer was so good at caring for mum , we had no worries as to how she was being looked after . All the staff were very professional, helpful and supportive, we would have no problems recommending them as a company to provide care for your loved ones .
