Absolutely fantastic first class organisation currently providing carers 3 times a day for my mum. All carers have been very professional, polite and caring whilst demonstrating a can do and truly caring attitude. Nothing has been too much trouble. You will struggle to find better and I cannot recommend highly enough. Well done and thank you to all concerned.

We contact Right at Home, Petersfield when my fathers dementia was overwhelming our family to care for him. They were wonderful and not as expensive as we thought they would be. All the carers have been wonderful and taken the time to help both my father and my mother.

Unlike some other care companies, RAH is very flexible on changing carer visits needed. Only 2 working days notice needed to effect a change without paying the fee.

Excellent, reliable and most importantly friendly caring staff. They enable a 103 year old independent lady to stay in her own home. We have been using Right at Home for three years and from the outset it has been the same allocated Carers who cover the majority of the four daily visits.

We had right at home for approx 5 to 6 years caring for my mother. All through they were very accommodating, even at short notice they always seemed to manage someone to come in and look after mum for us. The staff themselves were very caring and also became good friends, some still in contact with us now. Very happy to recommend them both as a company and as people.

It has really helped me as well, as I know on the days I am not there his 'bits and bobs' are done. Mainly washing up, cleaning the bathroom and making the bed. Another good thing is the extra touches doing things they have not been asked to do but see that they need doing such as putting out a new loo roll when the existing one is getting low, cleaning the kitchen floor etc

Having the carers from Right at Home has made a big difference to the quality of life for myself as carer and my husband. They are lovely, friendly people and are dedicated to looking after their clients in the best way possible. I'm sure it helps my husband as having different conversations helps to stimulate him, and breaks the usual routine of the day. It's reassuring to know that I can leave the house knowing he will be looked after and they always keep me updated on him.

Highly recommend this very reliable care company. Carers are well-trained and confident. We get along well with all our carers. The office staff are caring, flexible and nothing is ever too much trouble. It is comforting to know they will support us in an emergency too, and my husband's hospital passport has been a great help to other medical agencies. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We could not be happier with Right at Home's care support for my father. Without exception the carers are incredibly kind, competent, diligent and caring. They have all built a wonderful rapport with him and he says that he is cared for by "the creme de la creme".
