We used Right at Home for daily breakfast and dinner visits for my father who had dementia. The staff were friendly and always on time. They always took time with my father, who could be quite challenging at times. Unfortunately his dementia progressed quite quickly, so he had to be placed into residential
care, but I would definitely recommend Right at Home. I found them very easy to deal with.

They have been amazing for me. The communication between myself and the team has been great which makes me feel comfortable. My care worker has been wonderful and given me quality service. They always treat me with dignity and give me the same person so I and my family have built up a great rapport.
I would definitely recommend them.

The three ladies who care for my wife are truly exceptional - always kind, compassionate and respectful, as she nears the end of her life. They support her with great tenderness and dignity. A small suggestion - a uniform or name badge could add more professionalism, though it in no way takes away from
the outstanding care they provide.

My mum's carer is excellent with her. He knows just how she likes her coffee and tea. He always encourages mum to try and eat well. He is always polite and caring, and takes so much time to chat with mum, he makes her laugh all the time. He really helps mum around the house and goes above and beyond
to fulfil her needs and requirements. He is very professional and we are so thankful he is here to help mum when we are not able.

The care is exceptionally good. Carers professional at all times. Communicate well. Very supportive allowing person having care to be themselves. Not lose their dignity and show them respect. Management are exceptional assisting family where neccessary. I strongly recommend this care at home to anyone

I am more than pleased with the quality of care received from Right at Home . Wonderful communication from the start from the coordinator , we were grateful for all of the help and advice and so pleased with our allocated carer ,she is a lovely, friendly lady that was punctual on all visits and helpful
with whatever task was requested of her . She is ,self reliant and capable and gave helpful suggestions for Mum and I was grateful for this .

To date I have been very happy with the service provided to my Mum which has enabled me to go on holiday safe in the knowledge Mum is being properly cared for. As an example, there was a couple of items I had not ordered enough of for the time I was away, and Mum's care giver went to the supermarket
and bought them for her.
In addition, Right at Home have been very responsive to all my requests, some at very short notice when Mum has fallen and extra help was needed.

Cannot fault the carers, always professional, courteous, and above do a thorough and great job.

We had carer in to help my mother for 2 weeks. From the staff in the office to the carers that helped my mother. I cannot thank them enough. The service was excellent.

My husband was treated with dignity and they worked really hard they made him clean and comfortable. My husband looked forward to his wash in the morning. I cannot thank the staff enough; they were absolutely brilliant, advising me how to turn him and getting the right equipment. They respected his
opinion and if he needed a break, they would stop until he was ready. Thank you so so much. The team were absolutely brilliant.
