We had been using Right at Home for 89 year old Mum for six weeks when Mum became unwell and was admitted to Medway Hospital. She was discharged after just a few days later on a Friday evening with a catheter that had been inserted just hours before. On Saturday morning, Mum's carer arrived before me and found mum soaking wet and very distressed as her catheter had leaked. The carer calmed Mum, washed her, sorted the problem with the catheter, stripped Mum's bed and got her breakfast. It had been a very stressful week and that morning was the final straw for me. When the Duty Manager called to check I was ok, I burst into tears. She promised to get a district nurse round to help me sort Mum's medication (including her insulin injection) which I had never given and also came herself to offer me support. Both the nurse and manager were with me within 40minutes. I know this is a business but the kindness, compassion and humanity of the staff was beyond my expectations.

They were very quick to respond when my mum had a sharp decline and I needed carers to come in starting immediately. Caroline came that same afternoon to do the assessment and a care plan was implemented straight away. They showed care and compassion and were completely trustworthy.

The team of carers have been professional, respectful and shown great kindness and compassion in caring for my husband as he approaches the end of his life. It has been a pleasure to welcome them into our home at this very difficult time.

With the better weather around the corner I am hopeful that advantage can be taken of the garden or the odd trip out to stimulate her mind. I do find that having the carer gives me a little time to sort other matter and prepare meals etc.

The care for my mother has been exemplary. The team are providing quality individualised care at home. They are responsive and easy to communicate with. The carers are caring and supportive. Mum and Dad have been supported through a difficult time. The team have reacted to any changes in care needs quickly. The team are professional and this comes across through reviews and care planning tailored to Mum. I would strongly recommend them to support independent living.

The Office, management and carers are all very caring, efficient, empathetic and knowledgeable with any request I have had has been dealt with in a very swift manner and all of my sister's & Mother's needs have been taken into consideration and met. They work very closely with me and openly invite me to discuss any issues I may have. Myself, family, mother and sister are very happy with the care provided. Carers are generally on time always very helpful asking if there's anything else they can help with nothing is ever rushed or too much trouble, they are very responsive and always interacting with my sister who has a learning disability treating her with great care & dignity, always encouraging her independence. I would not hesitate in recommending this company if you're seeking care for a loved one, whatever their needs may be . It is very important to get the right care and I believe we have struck lucky.

Caroline was brilliant & very help from the first phone call, she took time to talk to my dad to find out about he & he's interests & what we were looking for, for the care of my dad as a family & match him with the perfect cares & my dad feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend

Caroline was absolutely lovely and very easy to talk to which made my mum really at ease. She made sure to find out exactly what my mum will need by way of care and is conscious of how to make the provision as suitable and trouble free as possible. She also explained the procedure so we know what to expect and how to change anything as and when necessary.

Have been using Right at Home for my husband who has terminal cancer for the past few weeks. Everyone is so very caring, understanding, helpful and professional.

We used Right at Home for daily breakfast and dinner visits for my father who had dementia. The staff were friendly and always on time. They always took time with my father, who could be quite challenging at times. Unfortunately his dementia progressed quite quickly, so he had to be placed into residential care, but I would definitely recommend Right at Home. I found them very easy to deal with.

Has made my life totally changed. Had considerate carers, helping when needed. Overall a excellent experience.

They have been amazing for me. The communication between myself and the team has been great which makes me feel comfortable. My care worker has been wonderful and given me quality service. They always treat me with dignity and give me the same person so I and my family have built up a great rapport. I would definitely recommend them.

The three ladies who care for my wife are truly exceptional - always kind, compassionate and respectful, as she nears the end of her life. They support her with great tenderness and dignity. A small suggestion - a uniform or name badge could add more professionalism, though it in no way takes away from the outstanding care they provide.

My mum's carer is excellent with her. He knows just how she likes her coffee and tea. He always encourages mum to try and eat well. He is always polite and caring, and takes so much time to chat with mum, he makes her laugh all the time. He really helps mum around the house and goes above and beyond to fulfil her needs and requirements. He is very professional and we are so thankful he is here to help mum when we are not able.

Have a brilliant support worker. Tts not just care but partnership that genuinely lights up my sons world.

The care is exceptionally good. Carers professional at all times. Communicate well. Very supportive allowing person having care to be themselves. Not lose their dignity and show them respect. Management are exceptional assisting family where neccessary. I strongly recommend this care at home to anyone needing it.

I am more than pleased with the quality of care received from Right at Home . Wonderful communication from the start from the coordinator , we were grateful for all of the help and advice and so pleased with our allocated carer ,she is a lovely, friendly lady that was punctual on all visits and helpful with whatever task was requested of her . She is ,self reliant and capable and gave helpful suggestions for Mum and I was grateful for this .
