At Right at Home Maidstone, the team provides care tailored to each client's individual needs, preferences, routines, and goals. As a family-run care provider, the organisation recognises the importance of trust, consistency, and treating every client with the same compassion and respect given to loved ones.
The team believes that great care starts with truly understanding the person behind the care plan. By getting to know clients and their families, support is provided that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing while helping people remain comfortable in their own homes.
To provide continuity and build meaningful relationships, small, dedicated care teams are prioritised wherever possible. Carers are introduced before care begins, allowing clients and their families to meet those supporting them and helping everyone feel comfortable and confident from day one, providing reassurance and peace of mind.
Whether providing companionship, personal care, or help around the home, highly trained carers are committed to delivering reliable, compassionate care that makes a positive difference every day.

Growing up in a close-knit family, caring for loved ones was simply part of everyday life. Those experiences shaped my understanding of what truly matters when supporting others: kindness, patience, dignity and the reassurance of knowing someone is there when you need them.
Family has always been incredibly important to me, and it's also the standard I bring to my work every day. I believe every person deserves to be treated with the same warmth, respect and attentiveness that we would want for our own loved ones.
Building relationships, listening to people and helping them feel heard has always been something I'm passionate about. That's why creating a service where people feel valued, respected and supported from the very first conversation is so important to me.
We take the time to understand each person's wishes, routines and preferences so that the support they receive feels personal, dignified and centred around them. My goal is simple: to build a service that families trust, carers are proud to be part of, and clients feel completely comfortable welcoming into their homes.

People have always been at the heart of everything I do. Through my work and involvement in the local community, I've had the opportunity to build strong relationships with families, businesses and community groups across Maidstone, giving me a real appreciation for what matters to people in our area.
As a family-run provider, we understand that inviting someone into your home and trusting them to care for a loved one is one of the most important decisions a family can make. Every person we support is someone's parent, grandparent, partner, sibling, friend or neighbour, and we never lose sight of the trust that families place in us.
My focus is on building a service that families can rely on, where high-quality care, compassion and respect go hand in hand. I am proud to be part of a team that helps people remain independent in the place they know best: home, while providing families with reassurance and peace of mind.

Supporting people has been at the heart of my life and career for more than 40 years.
Throughout that time, I've worked across voluntary organisations, local government and social care services, supporting children, young people, adults and their families. I've also held senior leadership roles within care, giving me lots of experience in delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
What I love most about working in care is getting to know people. Every individual has their own story, preferences and routines, and they deserve to be treated with kindness, dignity and respect. I've always believed that great care starts with understanding the person behind the care plan and recognising that no two people are the same.
As a parent and grandparent myself, I understand how important it is to know that someone you love is being cared for by people you can trust. Every person we support is someone's loved one, and I never lose sight of the responsibility that comes with that trust.
I am passionate about ensuring every client receives compassionate, high-quality care that promotes independence while respecting their privacy, dignity and choices. Helping people live well in the place they know best is what makes this work so rewarding.
