caring for my sister I have made. The office staff are amazing , the manager and owner are amazing. Since moving to this company they have gone out of their way to provide the right carers for my sister who is disabled as well as my father who is end of life. They always keep me informed, always answer an email or always answer a call. Not like any previous care company who just send in anybody to do care. They make sure the carers are fully trained, kept up to date with training and pick the carers specifically to meet the full needs of the service user. If anyone who reads this review wants to contact me if they want to change care providers please feel free to do so. They are amazing

my mam when I opened the front door I found a very smart lady smart uniform fresh and pressed hair tied back.
First thing I said was were have you been this was exactly what I was looking for not like some young kid false eye lashes full make up chewing gum.
Any she came in and chatted to myself and mam we done all the forms.
But what stood out above all other care companies, they asked about my mom's childhood right up to the present day. It was explained that they do this with every client so they have a subject to talk about with the service user.
I felt like I could have cried the fact that they care about their clients.
And it's not just a job and having brilliant care staff in the company.

The dedicated care team are very friendly and professional and both my parents feel very well looked after and are totally comfortable with the close-knit team of 3 members of staff in particular that were specifically selected by the senior care manager who has continued to "check in" with me as the only child to ensure that as a family we are happy how the service is being provided. I would highly recommend the services of Right at Home as they inherently understand how vitally important it is to deliver home care services in both a compassionate and respectful manner when individual family members are potentially at their most vulnerable.

the freezer. This in itself was a massive concern.
There were too many instances where they said they couldn’t make visits and in the end, we had quite a lot of stress trying to get someone there to care for my mam.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my personal experience with testimony from my mam.
I’ll also add that my mam did get along with some of the staff and would have been happy with one member of the team staying.
RAH decided to withdraw their services giving only 3 days' notice to us (apparently agency staff costing too much) which left us in a desperate situation. We asked the carer if they wanted to stay on for continuity purposes, but this was declined.
