Right at Home have been for the past few years, and continue to be, such an amazing service, which provide caring, observant staff, who really care about their clients. Their communication is excellent, the carers report for each visit is detailed and provide us with information that is vital to constantly review and assess what he needs to keep being independent and safe in his own home, with his needs being met. The office staff are also so lovely and communication is excellent. They really care about my uncle and it shows in their reports. They do so many little things that without them it would be impossible for my uncle to be in his own home. We highly recommend Right at Home!

We've been very happy to use Right at Home's services for almost two years and have been very happy with all elements of the service provided. My experience with Right at Home so far has honestly been an incredibly positive one. The support workers i have are so lovely and friendly and give me a real boost in confidence when out & and about. I have had reviews with the office to make sure everything is going well and when needing additional visits on top of my regular visits, these have been sorted out for me with no issue - communication has been so brilliant! i am honestly, very happy with this service :-)

I would highly recommend Right at Home, they are experienced in caring for people with dementia and ensure that my mum has a small team going in to see her so that she has become familiar with those providing care.

I was impressed from the beginning by the way the company's representative approached us as new clients, especially with my husband, who has early-stage dementia. The arrangements made were carried through. The chosen carer was obviously used to dealing with people and slotted into our routines. She was punctual, did not waste time and got on very well with my husband, who had rejected the idea of a carer. No complaints whatsoever.

I find it extremely difficult to normally provide reviews and feedback. Particularly on websites and various online platforms. But on this occasion I very much feel that it is necessary, to provide a review and offer feedback. When an individual needs to arrange their own care and support services, it is very important that the individual tries to choose a care provider that they feel is able to deliver the care and support that meets their own needs and requirements. There are a number of different care providers, that offer the same if not very similar services. It can be challenging and also cause an individual anxiety and worry, when trying to choose a care provider. I would highly recommend right at home all of the staff are very friendly and also very helpful. The company delivers a high level of care and support to their clients. Nothing is too much trouble.

I found your charges reasonable with none of the hidden add-on's and extra's, that I discovered with other providers but at the end of the day peace of mind is priceless! I would not hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to others, in fact Mum has already mentioned you to a neighbour.

After coming home from Hospital my mum had follow up care provided by others, which overall was very poor, however, I then contacted Right at Home, who had previously given my Mum care at home. They couldn't of been more helpful and got care in place for exactly when we needed it. The ladies that coordinate the carers are excellent and each Carer has been so good and helpful and they've given my Mum more confidence to help her stay at home.
