Overall Experience

We began using RAH in June 2025 for mum howe has Vascular dementia and had reached a point where she wasnt really trustworthy to eat or prepare food for herself as she got more absentminded. From the first meeting with Gina, they were brilliant, they never send someone new unless they have previously

shadowed the current care provider, something which was useful for mums condition.
Living 300 miles away it was reassuring to be able to log into the portal and see a summary of each visit and when necessary i received a call if they had concerns.
Mum is now in a residential care home but i couldn't speak highly enough of the team

Overall Experience

I am very pleased with all the carers who come. They are very helpful and give a great service. They arrive on time and nothing is too much trouble. Such friendly staff, including the office staff, too. Couldn't ask for a better care company and carers. You are all amazing. Thank you.

We are very grateful for the support, kindness and care provided by everyone at Right at Home. The Manager, Office Staff and all the carers have been compassionate, empathetic and hugely understanding of the changing needs and care support we have needed for Mum, sometimes at very short notice and in

stressful circumstances. They support us as family as much as they support Mum.

Overall Experience

With the support from Right At Home, I am more independent, which has improved my confidence and self-esteem. The Company listens to and acts on my requests, which didn't happen with the previous care company. I am pleased to have moved to RAH and thank you for the continuing support.

Overall Experience

I wake up between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm and await the friendly call from your ( well, really my carer). Usually, he/she tells me to undress and take a shower, which I do! The carer helps me dry, makes up the bed and chats to me as I have breakfast. Generally, a bit of banter! Always good humoured.

Overall Experience

My wife has Alzheimer's disease and both of us have struggled with its effects. We have had input from Right At Home for the past six months and have been very impressed, both with the thoroughness of the initial assessment and the standard of care provided over time. My wife has one regular carer (for

two hours twice a week), and we have met several other members of staff, all of whom have been kind, reliable and resourceful. When I was seriously ill recently, RAH was able to temporarily increase its input significantly which was extremely helpful in managing the crisis.
I'd be very happy to recommend RAH.

Overall Experience

We had to organise carers very quickly when our Uncle came out of hospital and couldn't have wished for more helpful and caring people to deal with during this stressful time. Since then we simply can not fault how they have cared for him and we certainly feel that he now has terrific support. We definitely

feel that he is able to continue living happily and independently, which is so important to him.

Contacted care service for holiday respite for my 94-year-old father-in-law at quite late notice. They couldn't do enough to offer help. The manager visited with the carer to introduce themselves and discuss the services needed. Everyone was very polite, friendly, caring and extremely helpful. I would

highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again. My father-in-law said everybody was lovely, he was very happy.

I’ve been having Right at Home since August this year; they help with three showers a week due to my health and mobility issues.
They are extremely professional, kind, caring and helpful and make me feel completely at ease when in my house.
They go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met.
I

have two very lovely ladies who help and I have grown a lovely bond with them both.
They know exactly what routine I’d like and are always very friendly.
I was so worried about having help at home because I was a younger person and had no idea what to expect.
But this company and two ladies have really helped with the day-to-day struggles, and so glad I have their help (thank you!)
Management is exceptional and always accommodating when times aren’t quite right understanding, and very approachable.
The company is always on time, and now feel part of our family.

I cannot fault Right at Home, from management down. The carers are excellent, high quality, perceptive and a cut above! Nothing is too much of a problem. They took us on last minute and nothing has been too much trouble. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I am the full-time carer for my husband. I had to go into hospital for an operation and was anxious about his care during my recovery period. I need not have worried. The care given by the staff at Right at Home was excellent; they were all kind and caring. They arrived on time and did everything we

asked of them and more.

Overall Experience

A first-class service. Very competent and capable cares, for whom nothing is too much trouble. Recovering after an operation and being in a wheelchair, I particularly appreciated their help with mobility and personal care. In addition, their cheerful manner helped a lot in the early post-operative days.

Owing to the mobility problems that we were both encountering at the same time, we needed home carers to look after us. In the circumstances, we were delighted to arrange for Right at Home to look after us and to do the necessary visits to give care when needed. We have found them to be an efficient
