My wife and I both worked for Devon Social Services for 35 years and are delighted to see a new care agency grow and become so proficient.

All the carers are very capable & say how much they appreciate the way the managers work as part of the team covering shifts when necessary.

Right at Home Exeter and Exmouth have been providing excellent care for my uncle with their friendly, helpful, reliable, kind, patient and efficient team, right from our first meeting a few months ago. The daily visits ensure that my uncle has whatever help he needs with personal care, household tasks and shopping, varying day to day as required. At one point he had a difficult period of illness lasting several weeks and the team stepped up without hesitation to look after him, providing the extra care and support he needed. Communication with me as the main point of contact is excellent and knowing that my uncle is well cared for has given the family great peace of mind. Thank you to all the team.

We are very grateful for the support, kindness and care provided by everyone at Right at Home. The Manager, Office Staff and all the carers have been compassionate, empathetic and hugely understanding of the changing needs and care support we have needed for Mum, sometimes at very short notice and in stressful circumstances. They support us as family as much as they support Mum.

I wake up between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm and await the friendly call from your ( well, really my carer). Usually, he/she tells me to undress and take a shower, which I do! The carer helps me dry, makes up the bed and chats to me as I have breakfast. Generally, a bit of banter! Always good humoured.

In a difficult situation the staff supported us very well in particular senior staff were helpful. Everyone did their very best to help us through the last few weeks of my husband's life.

We had to organise carers very quickly when our Uncle came out of hospital and couldn't have wished for more helpful and caring people to deal with during this stressful time. Since then we simply can not fault how they have cared for him and we certainly feel that he now has terrific support. We definitely feel that he is able to continue living happily and independently, which is so important to him.

Contacted care service for holiday respite for my 94-year-old father-in-law at quite late notice. They couldn't do enough to offer help. The manager visited with the carer to introduce themselves and discuss the services needed. Everyone was very polite, friendly, caring and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again. My father-in-law said everybody was lovely, he was very happy.

We have had a wonderful, kind and caring experience with both the carers and management. They are incredibly thoughtful and understanding and provide a fantastic service to my mum. They have been a fantastic support, and we couldn't ask for better.

Sometimes, there are people you meet in life that make a real difference to you and those you love most. From the very start, Right at Home listened to the needs of my aunt and subsequently acted accordingly. My aunt was shown great understanding, wonderful care and friendship. Every need was met. For me, in her final week, the support we received was incredible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did. You really are 'angels'.

I cannot fault Right at Home, from management down. The carers are excellent, high quality, perceptive and a cut above! Nothing is too much of a problem. They took us on last minute and nothing has been too much trouble. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
