Overall Experience

My sisters and I approached Right at Home about help for our parents aged 96 and 87 in January. Initially the visits were just for two hours a day but we soon increased them to three hours a day including weekends as we were so impressed by the care provided. Before my father went into hospital we also

trialled overnight care which was excellent.
It was a so helpful that we were able to change the level of care and hours at fairly short notice. Everyone in the Redhill office was so friendly and accommodating on the phone. Emails were also always answered very promptly.
As for the carers who visited our parents' home I cannot praise them highly enough. They completed all the household tasks to a high level and many would take the initiative to do tasks not listed but which they saw needed doing. As for the companionship provided, it has been first class and both my parents have enjoyed their daily chats.
I would definitely recommend the services of Right at Home.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise the team enough for their dedication and kindness. Initially my mum was quite resistant to the idea of having help at home but once the carer started she enjoyed each visit. The care manager was excellent and kept me constantly updated and gave both myself and mum so much support. The

entire team goes above and beyond in their care, and we are deeply grateful for their help.

Overall Experience

I highly recommend Right at Home, especially the care manager for anyone trying to navigate the process of setting up home care for a loved one. Although my fathers health deteriorated so quickly that we didn't actually start. She was fantastic in helping us and her support was appreciated at a difficult

time.

Overall Experience

After experiencing a physically and medically disastrous year in 2024, I realised that most of the things which I'd previously taken for granted were either no longer possible or severely restricted, e.g., shopping, preparing and eating meals, maintaining personal care, mobilizing inside and outside

the home, carrying out regular tasks, socializing, exercising, etc. Due to my previous working life, I already knew about Right at Home and the services they offered to those of us who wanted to retain the ability to live as Having retained Right at Home's services for personal care; I was also offered the opportunity to try out the company's physiotherapy sessions with the aim of becoming more independent and less reliant on others.The combination of personal care and physiotherapy has greatly relieved much of the additional burdens which my medical conditions had placed on my family and we are all very grateful for the time, care and attention which Right at Home have devoted to us.

Overall Experience

I started using Right at Home Care Agency in January 2025 for my 90 year old mother who was lonely after the death of her husband the previous year. She was very reluctant to have anyone come into her home as likes to be in total control of her house. We started with an initial 6 week stint and I told

her she could give 2 weeks notice after that.
The agency have been brilliant in trying to find suitable companions to visit her twice a week for 2 hours at a time.
She now enjoys their visits and chats to them as they help her make meals, change the sheets on the bed and is happy to let them do the jobs she doesn't enjoy like washing the kitchen floor or cleaning the bathrooms. The two companions she sees cover for each other if one is busy elsewhere so she continually has people she knows - not a string of strangers.
I can read about the visits on their app so know what they have done and talk to mum about it. The office are extremely helpful and I would highly recommend the agency.

Overall Experience

Since our first interaction with Right at Home we have been incredibly impressed with the service and attention given. From the head office to the care team, everyone genuinely cares and has the wellbeing our my parents at heart.
We are so grateful for the kindness shown and the efforts to go the

extra mile. I know my parents value the companionship offered and have genuine affection for the carers who live-in and who do the daily visits. They are professional, empathetic, kind and thoughtful.
We know that the team are always available on the phone to offer advice and address any concerns.
Right at Home have given my brother and me a real sense of comfort that our parents are looked after and well cared for, and for that we are incredibly grateful

A pre discussed care rota was set up really efficiently for my dad at quite short notice when mum had to go into hospital for an emergency admission. All the carers turned up promptly as expected, and not only worked well but also had time to check on dad's social wellbeing. It greatly eased my, my

sister and mum's worries. Write ups about each visit were detailed. It was easy to contact the main office by phone or email and they were happy to adjust to add any additional care areas I wanted adding. Highly recommend.

Overall Experience

Right at Home have been amazing in supporting us throughout the past 12 months, with my mother-in-law, who has declined rapidly throughout the year when her dementia and fragility worsened. The lovely ladies who visited pitched the content of their visits just right, and the management of the team was

Overall Experience

I have been delighted with the care my father is receiving from Right at Home. After a stroke last September he needed live in care. He is an active 88 year old , and his greatest wish has always been to stay in his own home if he possibly could. However the stoke has left him with cognitive difficulties,

memory problems and visual impairment. The carers have been kind, supportive and professional. I'm so grateful to them, as I do not live nearby, and it is a huge source of comfort and support to me to know that Dad is safe in his own home and being so well looked after. He has been able to carry on pottering around his garden, he goes on a walk each day and has been on the bus into town, he has the benefit of regular meals, and their companionship. It is invaluable support.

Right at Home Reigate & Crawley have been nothing but top quality suppliers of home care services for my mum. Their staff are very friendly, kind and competent. They perform regular unscheduled checks on their carers whilst they are visiting my mum, which is very reassuring. Staff communication is

excellent and we have been kept updated of any delays or issues which may arise due to unforeseen circumstances in getting to mum at the scheduled visit times. We have only praise for these fantastic carers!!

Overall Experience

Right at Home came highly recommended, so when my Partner came home last May everything was in place and our first live-in carer was ready and waiting to welcome us home and take care of him.
We had no experience of having live in care, and not long afterwards had a night nurse added to our team, so

i could get some sleep, as i was still working. We currently have two live in carers - leaving me time to spend at my home desk!
All the staff have gone over and beyond our expectations, both on the ground and in the office where the girls are extremely helpful - as well as giving me a great deal of emotional support as well.
our family and friends are delighted at how comfortable and happy the atmosphere at home is, and how well my Partner gets on with all the carers.
We would not hesitate to recommend the Company - in fact i actually did that today!

My father has been a client of Right At Home for almost a year now. We feel so lucky to have found them. The attention to detail my dad receives is amazing. Dads care manager has been amazing as a point of contact and all the office team are brilliant. The carers go above and beyond with the support

they give my dad. I am particularity impressed that they pick up if there is anything wrong with my dad health wise. Excellent service.

Overall Experience

I have found joining Right At Home to be a very good for of dealing with the loneliness of bereavement and of preventing or at least delaying the need to go into a care home. I cannot speak too highly of my Right At Home companion. The three hours she is with me are what gives me someone to talk to,

share ideas with and consult about practical matters like the computer. She sis well informed about medical matters and takes great care for my safety when we are out. She is always good-humoured, cheers one up if I am sad and reassures me if I am not well. I have given up driving and depend on her to take me to appointments. She joins in my interests and enthusiasms without ever seeming bored. If she is unable to come, a comparable replacement is sent. I now feel pleased that I do not have to depend on my family, and can face the future with confidence.

I was really impressed by and grateful for the level of care, attention to detail, responsibility and safeguarding, and the supportive and kind way the carers got to know and support my dad, and also supported me. Our carers are brilliant, they support myself and my dear husband with out tasks that I can no longer do. This does help me as I rather anxious at times!! They are a great help to people in the local areas and are willing to do anything. They are always ready to listen to the most trivial things on

my part which is a great help. I can talk about the most embarrassing things without worry. A great help with appts and outings and would not be without them all.

Overall Experience

The care provided is of a (usually) consistently high standard. Any minor complaints are dealt with immediately. The care provided is wide-ranging including emotional/social care as well as physical. Carers are good time keeps, and phone if they're delayed.
Carers are very flexible fitting in around

various lifestyles and family structure. Right at home is much appreciated.

Overall Experience

When we realized that Mum would need a live-in carer, Right at Home was highly recommended to us.
They carried out an assessment and explained the live-in care process thoroughly, which reassured Mum and put her at ease. They were very patient and took their time.
Once the live-in carer started, we

noticed a significant improvement in Mum's overall well-being, particularly in terms of nutrition, as she was able to enjoy freshly prepared meals more frequently.
For us as a family, it was a great comfort knowing that someone was there to support Mum around the clock.
Right at Home were great through the whole process and I would happily recommend them going forward.
