I had my knee replacement surgery and needed the services of Right at Home twice a day. The ladies always arrived on time with a cheery face. They helped me particularly with taking my shower which is very difficult after that surgery and putting on my surgical stockings. Nothing was too much and
whatever I needed was carried out in a very friendly manner. Also they kept my morale up and I really appreciated the friendly chats we had. I would always ask for Right at Home again any time

The carer is doing an excellent job and has built up a very good relationship with my wife. She is professional and caring in looking after my wife and is always happy
to discuss any issues that may have arisen with me and advise me whom I should talk to further , be it the district nurse , doctors, etc.
I am fully confident that my wife is being well looked after by the carer.

They are all so competent, cheerful, kind and gentle, always mindful of my dignity, what a splendid "team" of

We used Right at Home to provide live-in care for my elderly mother while we were away on holiday, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
Naturally, leaving an elderly parent at home while travelling is a source of anxiety, but Right at Home made the whole experience reassuring and stress-free.
The live-in carer followed our instructions diligently and ensured that all of my mother's individual needs and routines were fully met. It was clear from the outset that great care had been taken to match her with someone appropriate, and this showed in the quality of care and companionship provided.
All meals were prepared to a consistently high standard, taking into account my mother's preferences, and the house was kept clean, tidy, and well organised throughout. It was very reassuring to return home to find everything exactly as it should be, with my mother comfortable, settled, and well cared for.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home.

Outstanding care given to my Mum over an 18 month period coming to her 3 or 4 times a day.She loved all her different carers who were all kindness itself.
Not once over that time did anybody not turn up when they said they would and any short notice changes to the schedule were accommodated without
any fuss.
Thank you all for everything you did for Mum we as her family are very grateful.

A couple of years ago, Right at Home cared for my late mum for a short period and she was so thrilled with the care and support she received from her carer. Mum was only 70 and her young carer was so thoughtful and chatty with her - helping style her hair and painting her nails, which made her feel
so upbeat and positive.


When my dad needed support this winter after a long stint in hospital and respite care, we didn't hesitate to come back to Right at Home. His carers are fabulous - using their own initiative as they have got to know him better and his likes and dislikes.


We have already recommended Right at Home to a neighbour and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for kind, thoughtful and professional care at home.

We have received excellent service and care from all the staff at Right at Home Reigate and Crawley. Following my mother's hospitalisation Kirsty and the team were available quickly to arrange care as soon as she came home. They have been very attentive and provided excellent care as well as general

My sisters and I approached Right at Home about help for our parents aged 96 and 87 in January. Initially the visits were just for two hours a day but we soon increased them to three hours a day including weekends as we were so impressed by the care provided. Before my father went into hospital we also
trialled overnight care which was excellent.
It was a so helpful that we were able to change the level of care and hours at fairly short notice. Everyone in the Redhill office was so friendly and accommodating on the phone. Emails were also always answered very promptly.
As for the carers who visited our parents' home I cannot praise them highly enough. They completed all the household tasks to a high level and many would take the initiative to do tasks not listed but which they saw needed doing. As for the companionship provided, it has been first class and both my parents have enjoyed their daily chats.
I would definitely recommend the services of Right at Home.

I cannot praise the team enough for their dedication and kindness. Initially my mum was quite resistant to the idea of having help at home but once the carer started she enjoyed each visit. I highly recommend Right at Home, especially the care manager for anyone trying to navigate the process of setting up home care for a loved one. Although my fathers health deteriorated so quickly that we didn't actually start. She was fantastic in helping us and her support was appreciated at a difficult

After experiencing a physically and medically disastrous year in 2024, I realised that most of the things which I'd previously taken for granted were either no longer possible or severely restricted, e.g., shopping, preparing and eating meals, maintaining personal care, mobilizing inside and outside
the home, carrying out regular tasks, socializing, exercising, etc. Due to my previous working life, I already knew about Right at Home and the services they offered to those of us who wanted to retain the ability to live as Having retained Right at Home's services for personal care; I was also offered the opportunity to try out the company's physiotherapy sessions with the aim of becoming more independent and less reliant on others.The combination of personal care and physiotherapy has greatly relieved much of the additional burdens which my medical conditions had placed on my family and we are all very grateful for the time, care and attention which Right at Home have devoted to us.

I started using Right at Home Care Agency in January 2025 for my 90 year old mother who was lonely after the death of her husband the previous year. She was very reluctant to have anyone come into her home as likes to be in total control of her house. We started with an initial 6 week stint and I told
her she could give 2 weeks notice after that.
The agency have been brilliant in trying to find suitable companions to visit her twice a week for 2 hours at a time.
She now enjoys their visits and chats to them as they help her make meals, change the sheets on the bed and is happy to let them do the jobs she doesn't enjoy like washing the kitchen floor or cleaning the bathrooms. The two companions she sees cover for each other if one is busy elsewhere so she continually has people she knows - not a string of strangers.
I can read about the visits on their app so know what they have done and talk to mum about it. The office are extremely helpful and I would highly recommend the agency.

Since our first interaction with Right at Home we have been incredibly impressed with the service and attention given. From the head office to the care team, everyone genuinely cares and has the wellbeing our my parents at heart.
We are so grateful for the kindness shown and the efforts to go the
extra mile. I know my parents value the companionship offered and have genuine affection for the carers who live-in and who do the daily visits. They are professional, empathetic, kind and thoughtful.
We know that the team are always available on the phone to offer advice and address any concerns.

A pre discussed care rota was set up really efficiently for my dad at quite short notice when mum had to go into hospital for an emergency admission. All the carers turned up promptly as expected, and not only worked well but also had time to check on dad's social wellbeing. It greatly eased my, my
sister and mum's worries. Write ups about each visit were detailed. It was easy to contact the main office by phone or email and they were happy to adjust to add any additional care areas I wanted adding. Highly recommend.

Right at Home have been amazing in supporting us throughout the past 12 months, with my mother-in-law, who has declined rapidly throughout the year when her dementia and fragility worsened. The lovely ladies who visited pitched the content of their visits just right, and the management of the team was
