Right at Home have supported my mother after a stay in hospital following an operation and continue to support my father who has advanced Dementia. I cannot praise them enough - nothing is too much trouble and without a doubt it is enabling my father to stay at home for as long as possible. The carers
are kind, compassionate, supportive and genuinely support us as a family enormously. Care visits are well thought out to take into account my Dad's interests and likes and stimulate him both mentally and physically. Carers treat him with dignity and respect and make him feel listened to. They also work to help Mum in the home with household tasks and to enable her to have a break. They are incredibly flexible and always manage to accommodate any additional needs we may have. We were recommended Right at Home by a friend who used them for her parents and I'm so glad we found them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Right at Home is one of the best at home care that I have come across. The staff are incredibly friendly and management are so easy to contact. Tessa and Veronica have been really helpful and so supportive for my dad, but also for us as well. I honestly could not have asked for better carers to look
after my dad, and we can breathe easy knowing he has the best support out their.

Right at Home supported us for about a year, initially with daily care for my father, and for the past four months with live-in care. Throughout this time, I have been really pleased and impressed by the standard of care provided. The team always thinks from my father's perspective, focusing on what
will make him comfortable and safe rather than simply what is most convenient. They adapt sensitively and professionally as his needs change, offering day to day support and guidance to help us plan ahead. Every carer we have met has been capable, compassionate and genuinely empathetic to my father's needs.

Right at Home were very professional and really listened to what my friends needs were. There was consistency throughout. The manager was always contactable and nothing was too much trouble. Right at home is not like other agency's with a personal approach to their care and they do truly care and the
manager was very passionate about making sure the service she provided suited my friends needs throughout.

It came to a point where my friend needed help at home to live a comfortable life in his own home. He's 86 and getting to the point where help was needed so we engaged 'Right At Home' to start slowly a couple of days a week but now he's completely happy with the service and has visits twice a day every
day for the foreseeable future. The carers are very knowledgeable and kind and have suggestions that we hadn't thought of. His main carer has been so helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

I have reached out to Right at Home Harrogate after a friend of mine recommended them when I was looking for some help for my husband.
I was feeling overwhelmed with the amount of things I needed to do for him, that I felt I couldn't cope. This was taking away the quality of time I used to have with
him.
From the first interaction, the manager was very helpful, offering me a lot of vital information and made me feel reassured that they know what they are doing.
The team is so helpful, treating me and my husband with dignity. All the ladies are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble to them.
If you are looking for help at home, I definitely recommend this company.

It's such a concern looking for an in-home care company for an elderly parent, especially for the first time and in an extremely short notice circumstance.
I was recommended Right at Home by a friend and have to say it's been the best recommendation I could have hoped for
The Harrogate franchise
is run by a wonderful manager who is amazing.
She listened to everything that Mum needed and all conversations with her made her feel listened to and also respected, which is so important.
We only gave the manager six days' notice to help provide care for Mum at home after a situation changed.
It honestly felt like an impossible task but incredibly not only did the manager make the time to meet, assess, and get to know Mum a few days later, but she had the care schedule all planned out and set to go exactly when was
The Harrogate Right at Home team has so much experience (one was a nurse for many decades) and are so caring and genuine that I can highly recommend them!
