My father received fantastic care from Right at Home. The carers were all great with dad and were punctual. They were friendly, warm and very obliging. They always had a laugh with him which was very much appreciated given he was bed bound for the last 4 months of his life. They made a horrible situation
for mum and dad so much more bearable. Philippe was an absolute star- very kind and caring. He wrote a tribute to my dad which was included in the funeral service. I would highly recommend Right at Home.
Reply from Philippe Rondepierre, Managing Director at Right at Home (Dundee, Angus & North Fife)I (Philippe) am personally very touched by your kind words and the team will also be delighted with your feedback. We genuinely enjoyed caring for your Dad and had a lot of empathy for your Mum who was always lovely to the whole team. Thank you very, very much for your kind recommendation.

My experience i came out of hospital September 2024 i was determined not to have any carers as i thought i would be embarrassed and i didn't need them, but deep down i knew i did. When i started the Manager, Manageress, office staff, and the Carers have all been helpful, considerate, treat u with dignity,
respect, My carers have been amazing and yes u get to know them and form a bond with, they know when im down not feeling myself there like family friends i can't complement on them as words aren't enough. They deserve so much more. The Manager Manageress are always there for advice and any help same as the office staff they listen and fix out if u need to change appointments they make sure that u are OK if carers are running late they let u know keep u informed yes I've got a few carers that are close to me they know who they are, I can totally open up to them i trust them completely overall Right at Home i would recommend to anyone they go above and beyond u won't be disappointed xx

My elderly mother has been receiving care from Philippe and his team for a few months. From our very first contact with them I have been very impressed with their professionalism and dedication to providing the most suitable care package for her. Philippes' team who visit my mother could not be more
kind and caring and she looks forward to their visits, not only for her care, but also for the company and conversation. They always communicate any changes promptly, both in advance and if any unforeseen situation occurs. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company if you are looking for more than 'just' a care package. They truly care about their clients, and clearly understand the needs of people who require their services. Our family can't praise them enough.
Reply from Philippe Rondepierre, Managing Director at Right at Home (Dundee, Angus & North Fife)What a lovely review, which we are very humbled by and grateful for. You and Mum are such a real pleasure to deal with, which makes it so easy for us. Thank you very much!

I can't rate the whole team at Right at Home highly enough. My father needed care really quickly after suffering a few setbacks recently and my mother wasn't coping with caring for him 24 hours a day. Within days we had a care package. Both my parents have said how lovely everyone has been and have
enjoyed their company. They have dealt with my dad with dignity and kindness and they keep telling me how grateful they are to everyone who is coming in.

Not long after the team started caring for my dad, he was taken back into hospital with another set back and within a day of getting out from hospital the care package was increased. This has been a god send to both my parents. I can't thank everyone enough for their quick actions and responses to my dads needs, their understanding and their kindness. It's made the whole experience for my parents so much easier to deal with as they've come to terms with needing help.

Reply from Philippe Rondepierre, Managing Director at Right at Home (Dundee, Angus & North Fife)What a wonderful review! Thank you very, very much for your appreciation, which we will be delighted to share with the team. Your father is lovely and the family is a real pleasure to deal with. Best wishes.

My husband, diagnosed with Alzheimer's 5 years ago, was becoming more severely affected, and as his carer, I was struggling physically, mentally and emotionally. His care manager arranged a meeting with Right at Home, staff visit most morning and night and are so efficient and caring to both husband
and myself.
If there is a problem they either deal with it here, or get the appropriate help to come. Nothing is too much for them, Reviews with his care manager, Right at Home staff are very good checking if all is well and if extra help is needed. One point, it would be good to have some continuity of staff.
Reply from Philippe Rondepierre, Managing Director at Right at Home (Dundee, Angus & North Fife)What a lovely review. Thank you very much for your constructive feedback! We appreciate that staff continuity is a significant and very legitimate requirement for our valued clients. We would love to achieve that consistency all of the time but with staff absence, holidays, new staff and the occasional staff leaving we find it really difficult , particularly in rural areas. We promise, however, that we will continue to try!

I am a relatively new user of care services and have found the team at Right at Home Dundee to be incredibly easy to work with. They have made a difficult transition as easy as possible. All the staff I have met are polite, punctual, respectful, very helpful and they genuinely care about my welfare.
A first-class service provided by lovely people.

The care provided by Right at Home has been fantastic. Mum loves the visits and the level of support/care has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and the carers have the knowledge about Mum's condition to improve her quality of life and ensure all her needs are met. The friendliness and caring
nature shine through and Mum is totally relaxed in their company.

Right at Home care has been such a lovely company from start to finish. They have been involved in supporting my mum to care for my step dad who has Alzheimer’s disease.
The company's ethics are wonderful and very person-centred. Prior to organising care, the owner and manager came and met with the
family to gather information about my stepdad. They ensured the same set of carers came to help. This allowed the opportunity to build rapport and trust.
The carers were always punctual, reliable, kind and caring. Unfortunately, my stepdad requires long-term care now but we would like to take this opportunity to thank the service for all their care, compassion, help and support over the past several months.
Thank you all.

I am in my mid-70s, have Primary Progressive MS, had a cancer operation, been wheelchair bound for about 12 years and rely on my rather special wife for most everything including showering. Since it became increasingly difficult for her to help me from wheelchair to shower chair so our District Nurse
organised an assessment by the Council who made the contact with Right At Home.

Within a short time, a visit was organised to assess me and this was carried out by the Manager who then spent the first couple of visits determining how best she could assist and the experience for me has been transformational. From only having been able to have a weekly shower I now have one 3 days a week and don't have to worry about the stress on my wife having to help move my almost dead weight.

The Manager has been absolutely brilliant and I am incredibly grateful for her expert care and kindness.

Since starting with Right at Home, my care has been excellent and I've felt relaxed and comfortable within my own home. The carers help me keep my dignity under difficult circumstances and enable me to do as much as I can for myself! I would highly recommend this company to others, including my own
family.

My illness is very much good days and bad days. The family member who was originally to help me was very unreliable. I took things into my own hands and now look forward to the visits so I can have a shower.
