The service is essential for my mother with dementia to stay in her own home . The staff support my father by dealing with my mother's personal care needs. The staff seem friendly , professional and kind. The daily reports on the app give good oversight of what is happening. The only issue I would have is with timing. On set up of agreement , I agreed a 9am slot which is actually 10:15-11:15, which is far too late . I would like to have the 9am slot as agreed when we signed up for the service.

Right at home have been excellent all their carers have been great, very efficient and have brightened my Dads days up so much. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

Right at Home have provided the most wonderful care for my Aunt. Her needs have evolved over time and care has adapted seamlessly, increasing as required in a proactive and effective way. Each individual carer has been so kind and capable, we are immensely grateful and have total trust in the care being delivered. We cannot thank Right at Home enough for all that they have done.

I've been with Right At Home (Sefton) since moving into my bungalow independently at the beginning of year. The office staff and management are very professional, supportive, and understanding of my circumstances as I work from home and have an active social life.

The carers I've had are friendly, professional, focused on their tasks, hygienic and wear clean uniforms. Right At Home (Sefton) have really understood that I require consistency because of my job and daily responsibilities meaning that I have the same carers throughout the week. This is so helpful to me as it makes it so much easier for me to go about my day.

The office staff and management are really communcative and if I have a query or concern I can speak directly to them and feel confident that it will be resolved. The Care Planning app is great for knowing who is coming for each call and it helps me to feel reassured.

I'm really satisfied with Right At Home (Sefton's) service and would highly recommend them.

Carers were on time very good company for my wife Sandra and helpful.

Everything is good but I would like a permanent carer for James. No issues at all with carer, all good with James. We would like someone (local) which we have had in the past.

Before jan I had a wide range of people who didn't know what they were doing. The only thing that I have a problem with is that one of the carers called the RCPCA on me which I think is unforgivable.

We have been using right at home now for 3.5 years and highly rate their services.

My mum looks forward to visits. This helps put me at ease knowing she truest the staff.

I find the carers all to be very friendly, kind, considerate and happy to help in any way they can.

Had Right at Home caters in for about 5 weeks now ,,, carers have been very good and always helpful The feedback from the app is good and you always feel the admin staff keep in touch to make sure everything is okay

Generally, the care is excellent. There are two aspects which would really help are -

There is no care plan, apart from making an evening meal, although I have a list. This means I gave to explain it all every time I have a different carer.

If the time If a call is altered by more than, say, 15 minutes, it would be helpful if someone lets me know. Sometimes the timescales with my visitors or when I get out.

Quite honestly my aunt couldn't manage at all without their care. The staff are genuinely caring and that's a great comfort to me when I can't be with her myself

The carers are always prompt in following the time table they are alway friendly on arrival and during my wife's care, they inform me of any issues they may come across during the visit. The cares are very respectful of the property and also the family pet.

The care my husband received from this care provider has been shocking to say the least mainly the office staff, don't think anyone of them knows how to tell the truth, had times when carers not turned up and lost count of how many times they put calls back to back, only 10 minutes apart sometimes the carers just didn't leave and care just rolled over, husband rota stopped been done for the week and was done basically day by day, some of the care received by the carers was so bad if you love your loved ones then I would definitely look somewhere else.

My brother David has been in hospital, I'm very grateful for the concern they have shown, even in contact with the hospital ward, to make sure that on his discharge, his care was put in place straight away. From the office staff to hands-on carers, thank you for the excellent service you give.

Right at home (Sefton) have been providing our mum with excellent care, this has only been since January this year. But I would like to take this opportunity to thank them so much. My mum get's four visits a day to assist with her personal hygiene, assistance with dressing/undressing, meal's & medication. Every single carer that has been is so lovely and extremally caring. Me and my sister work full time and were struggling. I feel so grateful for all the help that mum has been given. Mum loves to engage with the carer's as she loves a good chat. I would highly recommend Right at home (Sefton) to anybody, the staff at the office are always happy to help and accommodate us.
