Overall Experience

I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to RAH Salisbury and Andover for taking such great care of my Dad whilst I was on holiday in July 2025. My usual carer let me down at the last minute and RAH Salisbury came out instantly and did a thorough assessment of Dad's complex health needs. My Dad loved seeing

the carer everyday, who took great care to not just do the chores I asked of her, but also spent time getting to know him, spending time with him so that he wasn't lonely whilst I was away. No job was too much trouble, and the carer always got in touch daily to ensure I knew how Dad was - we were abroad with minimal internet access and so at times this was tricky, but they always persevered. The team treated my Dad with such kindness, respect and with great dignity, and he really looked forward to his visits daily. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone the care that RAH Salisbury and Andover provide, and will definitely be using them again this year when we take another holiday!

Overall Experience

After reluctantly accepting we couldn't help my elderly father from a distance of 85 miles he finally agreed to having twice weekly visits, within two weeks due to ill health with less than 24 hours notice they managed to schedule him 3 x day visits to assist with medication. What an amazing service

we have had from Swindon team, no problem is too large, all staff from the carer givers, to office team have been so helpful and friendly. They are true professionals who have shown us great compassion and understanding while we transition through what is a tricky time and we feel confident that this support will continue and most importantly my father can remain in his home which is where he wants to stay

Overall Experience

I felt that within the 3 months of using the company they had really got to know Mum and understand her needs. They offer a flexible approach to be able to to adapt their service to better suit Mums needs. The staff have a sunny disposition with a will do and can do attitude.

Staff that have come to care for my wife have all been very nice, understanding and very genuine. I'm happy with the care that has been provided to my wife and I. It's nice to see such happy and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Overall Experience

Following a needs assessment meeting on 21st Jan we agreed a limited care package with Right at Home starting on 23rd January. But on 22nd January we had a problem with my father which we could not manage alone. I called Right at Home to ask for advice and amazingly they offered to send two people immediately

one of which was the manager. They resolved the situation and gave me a chance to leave the house and recover. It was incredible support. I am so grateful.

Happy with the attitude of most of the carers. They are considerate and helpful. It is easier for Marion that there are regular carers that she is used to.

Overall Experience

We have 24/7 line-in care in place for my 91 year old mother, who very much wanted to remain living in her own home, and this company has made that possible in the best way.
One of the things we value most is the consistency - it is the same carers providing the live-in care, not different people coming

in and out each day. This has made a huge difference to my mother's comfort and wellbeing. She is genuinely happy and feels at ease, and the carer has blended in so well that she feels like part of our family.
Communication has also been excellent. I am kept informed on a daily basis, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my mother is safe, cared for, and content.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Right at Home to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate live-in care that truly respects the person being cared for and their wish to stay at home.

The total quality of care provided by this care company was absolutely first class and each and every care assistant were absolutely amazing and so caring. My mum was initially extremely reluctant to have any carers go into her home but soon came to enjoy their visits and they helped her through a

very difficult and challenging time after a lengthy hospital stay. It gave both my sister and I complete peace of mind and an extremely well needed period of respite after what had been a very difficult and challenging time. I would highly recommend this care company and if my mum's circumstances change in the future and she requires care services again this is definitely the company I would entrust my mum's care to again within out hesitation whatsoever.

Since I've started with right at home they have been very helpful with getting me to my stroke class and taking me out a couple times, they have helped me with my walking, they are all very attentive and caring. I am beyond impressed with the company. They have gone above and beyond when things became harder to make sure I was ok. The carers listen, they ask before doing anything to make sure I'm ok with it. Overall Experience

As a family we were looking for extra support in their home for my elderly parents and we have certainly chosen very well! All the staff from first contact with the office have been very efficient and so understanding of their needs. The carer assigned has been the same each time and she is amazing.

She has made dad feel really comfortable with his personal care despite him being unsure of any requirement being needed. The carer is so kind to both mum and dad. Staying in their own home is their priority and we now feel this is possible with the help being provided. Cannot recommend the service provided by Right at Home enough.

Overall Experience

I am very happy with the care my father receives. All carers are friendly and do everything to help my father with his care needs. It takes the pressure off the family so we can spend quality time instead of just his care needs, and it is comforting to know somebody is coming in every morning to him.
