You have been my carers for 1 year plus and I am satisfied with the service I receive. The carers are all respectful and kind to me, and we have good chats about life. I feel happy with them. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for care. Always respectful to my husband as well. They do their work always with respect to me.

I came to this company after a recommendation by word of mouth. I only sat down and completed my assessment at the end of last week and had my carer allocated by the Wednesday. I've had 2 different carers so far and both have surpassed what I could've expected. Both girls have been such a pleasure to have in my home and for the first time in my life I have been able to fully trust people I have only just met. This is because the girls who work for this company take their job seriously but know how to have fun. Both days I have been laughing and been more proactive in my home. The level of independence is second to none, to which I would only describe the care as professional but personal. I feel I have made the best decision to have "Right at home" as my carers and I look forward to everyday I have with them. I can't thank Debby and the team enough, you have all changed my life for the better and have given me my independence back, so thank you!

Debby came to visit for the first initial set up of care and it was so easy and and by the next week a carer was in place, the whole team are very understanding, non judgemental and come with a smile and the care that any patient/ clients deserves, only great things about this company and team, would highly recommend to anyone needing care !

The carers have established caring and professional relationships with my mum and I am very happy that mum is able to rely on them. They are excellent at promoting her independence whilst also maintaining her safety in her own home. They are always respectful of her and of her home. Thank you for everything you do.

ive had the team come visit me for a while now, eveyone is lovely and always happy to help they always care and go the extra mile for me, the team support me to be able to look after my dog independently, this is a great help for me. i look forward to the team coming to visit me, i would definitely reccomend the company to others

Since then we have experienced an excellent service, management & more recently a review of the service being provided to ensure no changes to services being provided was required. My family are so very grateful for the lovely carers that go in three days a week to help with housework & to provide companionship. I have nothing but praise for all the lovely people that have assisted and helped make the family feel reassured that they are receiving the best care possible & I have certainly recommended them to others. Courtney and Debra have been supportive from the very start with arranging care for my Nan who was extremely reluctant to care services at the beginning. They both understood all needs and have supported all the way through as well as myself as a family member also felt supported. I've have Right at home come to support me with my shopping weekly, they are always very prompt and very helpful with everything I need. I always look forward to the visit. But unfortunately I'm not allowed to tip her :) overall a very helpful experience, I would highly recommend this company

I'd like to say a HUGE thank you to RAH Salisbury and Andover for taking such great care of my Dad whilst I was on holiday in July 2025. My usual carer let me down at the last minute and RAH Salisbury came out instantly and did a thorough assessment of Dad's complex health needs. My Dad loved seeing the carer everyday, who took great care to not just do the chores I asked of her, but also spent time getting to know him, spending time with him so that he wasn't lonely whilst I was away. No job was too much trouble, and the carer always got in touch daily to ensure I knew how Dad was - we were abroad with minimal internet access and so at times this was tricky, but they always persevered. The team treated my Dad with such kindness, respect and with great dignity, and he really looked forward to his visits daily. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone the care that RAH Salisbury and Andover provide, and will definitely be using them again this year when we take another holiday!

After reluctantly accepting we couldn't help my elderly father from a distance of 85 miles he finally agreed to having twice weekly visits, within two weeks due to ill health with less than 24 hours notice they managed to schedule him 3 x day visits to assist with medication. What an amazing service we have had from Swindon team, no problem is too large, all staff from the carer givers, to office team have been so helpful and friendly. They are true professionals who have shown us great compassion and understanding while we transition through what is a tricky time and we feel confident that this support will continue and most importantly my father can remain in his home which is where he wants to stay

I felt that within the 3 months of using the company they had really got to know Mum and understand her needs. They offer a flexible approach to be able to to adapt their service to better suit Mums needs. The staff have a sunny disposition with a will do and can do attitude.

Staff that have come to care for my wife have all been very nice, understanding and very genuine. I'm happy with the care that has been provided to my wife and I. It's nice to see such happy and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

My husband has been with right at home for some time now and really enjoys the team coming to visits, he's got good continuity and gets on really well with the team that visits him daily. We would recommend this company to others

Following a needs assessment meeting on 21st Jan we agreed a limited care package with Right at Home starting on 23rd January. But on 22nd January we had a problem with my father which we could not manage alone. I called Right at Home to ask for advice and amazingly they offered to send two people immediately one of which was the manager. They resolved the situation and gave me a chance to leave the house and recover. It was incredible support. I am so grateful.

Happy with the attitude of most of the carers. They are considerate and helpful. It is easier for Marion that there are regular carers that she is used to.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Right at Home to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate live-in care that truly respects the person being cared for and their wish to stay at home.

The total quality of care provided by this care company was absolutely first class and each and every care assistant were absolutely amazing and so caring. My mum was initially extremely reluctant to have any carers go into her home but soon came to enjoy their visits and they helped her through a very difficult and challenging time after a lengthy hospital stay. It gave both my sister and I complete peace of mind and an extremely well needed period of respite after what had been a very difficult and challenging time. I would highly recommend this care company and if my mum's circumstances change in the future and she requires care services again this is definitely the company I would entrust my mum's care to again within out hesitation whatsoever.

The carers are very polite and kind, they are very nice and most are chatty. They really look after the client and make her feel very good and comfortable.
