In her role, Caroline oversees compliance across the service, including internal audits, policies, and procedures, while also managing the financial performance of the business. She plays a key role in driving sustainable growth, ensuring that the quality of care remains at the heart of everything we do.
Caroline leads and supports both the office and care teams, ensuring our people receive the training, guidance, and development they need to thrive. This strong focus on workforce support enables our clients to consistently receive the very best standard of homecare.

Amy Purps is our Registered Manager, dedicated to overseeing the overall client compliance, onboarding new clients and quality assurance, ensuring the highest quality of support, and providing leadership to our client relationship managers, building a stronger team within the office and also out in the field with our clients.
She joined us as a Client Care Manager. Initially, she became the Deputy Service Manager, bringing her eight years of experience in the care industry. Throughout her career, she has continuously expanded her skills and expertise, becoming a true professional in homecare management. Her deep passion for delivering exceptional support and communication to our clients is evident in everything she does.
Amy is a finalist for both the Frontline Leader Award at the Great British Care Awards 2025 and the Rising Star Award at The Women in Achieving Greatness in Social Care 2025.
She has completed the “Train the Trainer” programme. This course equips managers with the skills and knowledge to train their teams. We're also thrilled that the programme has been honoured with the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award.

“I joined the care industry after discovering a keen passion for making a difference in individuals' lives. A family illness opened my eyes to the importance of quality care, which led me to enrol in a college course, and the rest is history! Blanca joined our team as the Marketing Manager, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and a well-rounded skill set in marketing.
She is responsible for promoting our services to a wider community through a range of marketing activities, both online and offline, to ensure local people understand how we can support them, with a focus on building awareness and connecting with our Clients and the community. Blanca also works on circulating updates to our Clients and network partners.
Over the course of her career, she has honed her abilities in branding, communications, digital marketing, and event management, making her a dynamic and versatile professional.

She was inspired to join the sector after growing up around care, her mum, gran, and grampy all worked in residential care, and she spent much of her childhood at the home helping with activity clubs, fetes, and fundraisers.
