Right at Home have been amazing! For the last couple of years, my nan has been in and out of hospital with infections and fall-related injuries and hasn’t really spent any more than a month or so at home! My nan started receiving care earlier this year and she’s managed to stay out of hospital and I
think Right at Home are a massive part to thank for that. My nan enjoys the carers company and appreciates everything they do for her - she speaks very fondly of them all the time. I particularly want to say thank-you as during this COVID-19 crisis I’ve not been able to visit my nan, it’s been her birthday recently and Right at Home agreed to help me arrange a birthday surprise!
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for taking the time to review the care and support we have provided your Nan. We are so pleased to be able to help your Nan and provide her with quality care at home, and I'm happy that it's had such a positive impact on your Nan's overall wellbeing.

Since October 2019 my mother had been in hospital twice and was getting very confused and upset as she has dementia and had received care from various nurses and the local enablement team. However, after coming out of hospital on 6th February, my mother has received outstanding care and kindness from
Right at Home and is very content and happy with her carers. As her only daughter, I am content and kept informed of any problems. If I have any queries they are only too happy to help. I cannot speak too highly of this company. I now have my life back again and my mother is well looked after and content.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for your kind review, we are so glad to be able to support your Mum. Quality care does not just support one individual but should support the whole family, so we are really happy that both you and your Mum are pleased with how we work and keep you informed.

Excellent standard of care provided for my father over a four-month period following a stay in hospital. Carers were always punctual and provided a very professional and friendly service, providing emotional reassurance to my mother too. Excellent communication systems in place and always went out of
their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again if required.

  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
