Living abroad with ageing parents isn’t easy. During a visit to the UK in February 2020, I realized that my dad could not cope properly anymore by himself in terms of house cleaning, shopping, etc. Then came the COVID lockdowns (I could not travel) but I organized for him to move into a smaller flat. That's when someone recommended me to get in touch with Right at Home – My first contact with the manager was very friendly, great and reassuring. He immediately considered my request by organizing a care assessment for my dad, and then within a space of 2 weeks, 2 weekly visits were being put in place (4 hours per week) to help him with his shopping and house cleaning activities. We recently increased from 4 hours to 6 hours per week to allow more time for the house cleaning/ironing/bed and, also for my dad to have a bit more company with the carers. I must say my dad is pleased with the level of care he is receiving and that he enjoys the visits.
Kind regards.
My mother-in-law has built a good rapport with all the ladies who care for her. The management team have been extremely supportive and flexible and I have complete confidence that she is being well cared for with dignity and respect.
Thank you for your kind review, it is greatly appreciated and I am so glad that your mother in law has built a good relationship with her CareGivers. I look forward to sharing these kind words with her regular CareGivers.
Only have positive things to say about Right at Home. The level of care they have given my Mum's Aunt has been great and will definitely continue to use them for the foreseeable future. Great staff who are very caring along with management who are very easy to contact.
Thank you for your kind review of our services and the positive impact it has on your relative. I will pass on your kind words and feedback to our wider team to ensure they are aware of the positive impact they have.
When my husband was very ill in 2020 we engage 'Right at Home' to provide care as had been recommended by friends. I would like to emphasise that their care was second to none as we often found them to listen to our requirements were empathetic, pleasant, good fun and generally up for everything. During my husband's last days they were gentle and very aware of my feelings. The office staff were always so kind and pleasant.
Thank you for your kind review of our care services. We were honoured to support your husband and family when needed, and are so pleased to hear you found our care and office team supportive, kind and empathetic. These reviews really help us to recognise our people and the care that they provide to local clients.
My mother has received and is receiving an excellent service from Right at Home (Chippenham). Despite living in quite a remote location, the carers have been reliable, punctual and friendly. Professional at all times. The app works well, and I can check at any time that she is receiving the service - which she is. I have found the office staff to be efficient, flexible and easily contactable. Highly recommended.
Thank you for your kind review of the services we provide to your mother. We are extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated team to care for our wonderful clients. I'm personally so pleased to hear that our app benefits you and it is helping you stay connected to the care and support being provided. I look forward to sharing this positive feedback with the team.

Excellent service, friendly, caring and nothing too much trouble. Willing to assist and care in the most difficult circumstances, extremely trustworthy and competent. Great communication led by the managers and the caring team spent precious time with aunty giving care and companionship when needed. Thank you all for everything you have done.
Thank you for your kind review of our Care and Support provided to your Aunty. Our team have thoroughly enjoyed supporting her and we wish her all the best for the future.
The caregivers and the whole management team have given exceptional advice, support and care to both my parents (and me!) and under difficult circumstances. We are so grateful for everything they are doing. I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.
Thank you for your review and recommendation of the care and support we have provided for your parents as well as yourself. These reviews fill us with pride and it's lovely to see the impact our team make on a daily basis.
Right at Home have been amazing! For the last couple of years, my nan has been in and out of hospital with infections and fall-related injuries and hasn’t really spent any more than a month or so at home! My nan started receiving care earlier this year and she’s managed to stay out of hospital and I think Right at Home are a massive part to thank for that. My nan enjoys the carers company and appreciates everything they do for her - she speaks very fondly of them all the time. I particularly want to say thank-you as during this COVID-19 crisis I’ve not been able to visit my nan, it’s been her birthday recently and Right at Home agreed to help me arrange a birthday surprise!
Thank you for taking the time to review the care and support we have provided your Nan. We are so pleased to be able to help your Nan and provide her with quality care at home, and I'm happy that it's had such a positive impact on your Nan's overall wellbeing.
The manager and staff do an amazing job of looking after my mother. Peace of mind knowing she is being cared for during these difficult times and me living so far away. Thank you all for all you do for her.
Thank you for your kind review of our services and the care my team deliver. We are all so pleased to hear how positively it is received and to hear of the peace of mind it brings to you.
An excellent company who provides a fantastic service. They have a great team of caregivers and management alike, always making sure clients needs are met, and they are an extremely organised company. Cannot praise them enough.
Thank you for your kind words about our care and management team, we really appreciate them. It's a pleasure to support your son and provide him with care and support. He is a pleasure to support and our care team always have a laugh with him during their time together.
The care that is given to my mother from Right at Home (Chippenham) has been amazing, exemplary, caring beyond expectations, always going the extra mile and just totally wonderful. All the staff treat Mum like a member of their own family. The team have also treated my husband, young daughter and me with amazing kindness and helpful support. I’m so grateful to the manager and his phenomenal team, thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
Thank you for your kind review, it is a pleasure to support your Mum and provide her with care and companionship. I'm glad you all find the support reassuring and this helps to provide you with peace of mind that we are always here for you.
Since October 2019 my mother had been in hospital twice and was getting very confused and upset as she has dementia and had received care from various nurses and the local enablement team. However, after coming out of hospital on 6th February, my mother has received outstanding care and kindness from Right at Home and is very content and happy with her carers. As her only daughter, I am content and kept informed of any problems. If I have any queries they are only too happy to help. I cannot speak too highly of this company. I now have my life back again and my mother is well looked after and content.
Thank you for your kind review, we are so glad to be able to support your Mum. Quality care does not just support one individual but should support the whole family, so we are really happy that both you and your Mum are pleased with how we work and keep you informed.
Excellent standard of care provided for my father over a four-month period following a stay in hospital. Carers were always punctual and provided a very professional and friendly service, providing emotional reassurance to my mother too. Excellent communication systems in place and always went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use again if required.
Thank you for your review, it was a pleasure to support your Dad when he needed us and to provide your Mum with support and reassurance.
