The total quality of care provided by this care company was absolutely first class and each and every care assistant were absolutely amazing and so caring. My mum was initially extremely reluctant to have any carers go into her home but soon came to enjoy their visits and they helped her through a
very difficult and challenging time after a lengthy hospital stay. It gave both my sister and I complete peace of mind and an extremely well needed period of respite after what had been a very difficult and challenging time. I would highly recommend this care company and if my mum's circumstances change in the future and she requires care services again this is definitely the company I would entrust my mum's care to again within out hesitation whatsoever.

All the carers go above and beyond for their clients I like the carers coming in I also like to make them laugh everyone is friendly and polite they are all like family to me they treat their clients with respect

Since I've started with right at home they have been very helpful with getting me to my stroke class and taking me out a couple times, they have helped me with my walking, they are all very attentive and caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending Right at home to people who need assistance.

I am beyond impressed with the company. They have gone above and beyond when things became harder to make sure I was ok. The carers listen, they ask before doing anything to make sure I'm ok with it. They accommodate my autism, they are friendly, happy to help, encouraging and helping me reach goals

My husband has four specific carers who are consistently excellent. They are efficient, compassionate friendly and we feel so lucky to have their support. Thank you all for your wonderful care. I feel relaxed when I have to be away from home because I know that my husband is being well looked

I am very happy with the care my father receives. All carers are friendly and do everything to help my father with his care needs. It takes the pressure off the family so we can spend quality time instead of just his care needs, and it is comforting to know somebody is coming in every morning to
him.

I have been with Right at Home for Three years now, any changes I've needed has been changed immediately this could relate to timings, helping with my pet, people coming to see me, my needs are always met. I am treat with kindness and dignity always, even the new care givers are amazing.

I have been with Right at Home for 7 months, since having the care givers all my needs are met, the care givers are kind and helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond by asking if I need anything else.

Right at home have been caring for my mum since about Feb and have been doing a brilliant job caring for her, she has build up trust and the carers and staff have given her the full confidence of their professionalism.

I've been having Right at Home for 6 months now, and all the staff who come to see me are very good, I am treated very well, very kind, and they are very helpful, I look forward to the care staff coming into see me daily and I see them four times a day, all my needs are met.

Right at Home first started to care for my Mum in May following a stroke in May and diagnosis of Vascular Dementia.. The team have been amazing throughout, the deputy service manager has been extremely helpful with arranging the ongoing care and the team of carers looking after Mum have all been
brilliant showing real empathy and understanding of her needs. When it came to choosing an ongoing care team, there was only one choice. Thank you.

Always punctual; most obliging; nothing is too much trouble for carers. Takes a weight off my mind I must say. Heartily recommend. They've been attending for nearly one month now & very successful

Carers are very nice, they are all respectful and very caring. They always ask if there is anything else they can support me with. I am very happy with the support I receive from them and everything is perfect. No complaints at all.

Excellent service all round, carers are all very nice and great for mum . They are very patient and understanding Office staff are also very helpful and respond quickly to any requests or issues raised. Overall a great service and mum and the family are very happy mum is being looked after well

Generally speaking Right at Home has been efficient and kind, attendance is reliable but times slip on occasion. They are kind to my wife and not rushed.
