My brother has improved by leaps and bounds since the cover from Right at Home have been going in three times Mon-Frid and four times at weekend. If there is a problem at my brothers they will always ring me so that it can be sorted out. The carers are always kind and helpful, I would certainly recommend
them to anyone who needed assistance.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)We're so pleased to hear how positive about our communication with yourself & how much your brother has progressed since we began caring for him. Our team love supporting him & always enjoy their time they spend together each day.

We are very happy with the service from all the caregivers. They are all friendly, and very caring. I have to admit I was a bit wary at first with different people coming into our home but actually, everyone is lovely and makes it easier. The caregivers provide excellent support.

The carers who visit my wife are pleasant, friendly and respectful. I delight to hear the laughter coming from the bathroom when my wife is being helped in the shower. This interaction between carer and client does my wife a lot of good and I am pleased to have the help of Right at Home carers.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for your kind review; we feel so fortunate to be able to support your wife and our caregivers enjoy the time they spend together. Thank you for trusting us to care for her, and we look forward to supporting her moving forward. I shall share this kind of feedback with her regular caregivers now. Have a great day.

I have nothing but praise for this care company. They are professional and caring, they keep you fully informed and are so approachable, nothing is too much trouble for them. I felt totally supported throughout the time they were caring for my mum. The carers themselves were absolutely amazing! So caring
and friendly, we felt like they were an extension of our own family. I have only praise and thanks for these wonderful people. It seems wrong to have to talk about the cost of care these days but this company and their wonderful carers are truly worth every single penny. Thank you so much.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you so much for your kind review, our community and office team were so pleased to be able to care for Mum to keep her safe at home. Should you need us in future, don't hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Jack.

It is good to start the day with seeing a friendly face at the door (the carer). Whatever task needs to be undertaken is tackled with understanding and where necessary explanation and skill. 'Is there anything more I can do for you?' is a question usually asked before the carer departs. Conversation
is welcome - usually about common interests and comments as to how well the client is progressing is a topic of interest. Management is not up to scratch, as weekly schedule of carers visiting and time of visits arrive late or sometimes not at all, even via email! Contract was late in being signed and incorrect invoice was issued on one occasion.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for your feedback about the positivity that has been brought to your wife from her regular CareGivers. I do apologise for the incidents you had about getting a roster via email, we have now resolved the system issue that we previously faced and are pleased that these are now going out each week successfully. Wishing you both a great year ahead.

Right at Home have been very helpful and quick to adapt to the need of a family member. Despite caring for my aunt for nearly 18 months for companionship and home assistance, they have been very responsive and caring with recent needs to be able to provide the same carer to spend all day with my aunt.
This has allowed her to stay at home and improve her mood and also health. This has given us such peace of mind and reassurance.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for your kind feedback about our care services & also our ability to support your aunt's increased care needs. I'm pleased to hear how well your aunt is getting on with her dedicated care giver and that this provides the wider family with reassurance. Kind regards.

We have been using Right at Home for about a month to get my husband up, showered and dressed. He is almost ninety, blind and deaf and has trouble with his balance and walking. We have had several different carers who have all been caring and efficient. He enjoys having a daily shower which I found
it too difficult to give him as I am also getting slow! Carers have arrived promptly and judging by the laughter I hear have related well which is important.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for your kind review of our services. It is lovely to hear our team and your Dad are having such an enjoyable time during the care visits. Providing the highest level of care based around clients' routines and times preferred to clients is imperative, so I am glad both of these are happening so evidently. Thank you once again for your kind review.

Living abroad with ageing parents isn’t easy. During a visit to the UK in February 2020, I realized that my dad could not cope properly anymore by himself in terms of house cleaning, shopping, etc. Then came the COVID lockdowns (I could not travel) but I organized for him to move into a smaller flat.
That's when someone recommended me to get in touch with Right at Home – My first contact with the manager was very friendly, great and reassuring. He immediately considered my request by organizing a care assessment for my dad, and then within a space of 2 weeks, 2 weekly visits were being put in place (4 hours per week) to help him with his shopping and house cleaning activities. We recently increased from 4 hours to 6 hours per week to allow more time for the house cleaning/ironing/bed and, also for my dad to have a bit more company with the carers. I must say my dad is pleased with the level of care he is receiving and that he enjoys the visits.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for your kind words about the service both you and your Dad have received from us at Right at Home Chippenham. We pride ourselves on supporting clients and providing reassurances to their family, no matter how near or far they live. Our office and care teams enjoy supporting your Dad and are pleased to hear how happy you both are.
Kind regards.

When my husband was very ill in 2020 we engage 'Right at Home' to provide care as had been recommended by friends. I would like to emphasise that their care was second to none as we often found them to listen to our requirements were empathetic, pleasant, good fun and generally up for everything. During
my husband's last days they were gentle and very aware of my feelings. The office staff were always so kind and pleasant.
Reply from Jack Miller, Managing Director at Right at Home (Central Wiltshire)Thank you for your kind review of our care services. - which she is. I have found the office staff to be efficient, flexible and easily contactable. Highly recommended.

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Right at Home (Central Wiltshire) is based on 28 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 5
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
