Overall Experience

Right at Home have provided excellent care for my mum over the past few years. The care support has enabled mum to remain in her own home, keeping to a routine she feels comfortable with. It is re-assuring to know I can call the friendly office team with any updates or to book additional care visits.

I can't thank Right At Home enough for the care they are proving for my mum as she is receiving palliative care at home . Not only do they provide dignified care for my Mum, they also check in on my Dad who is obviously struggling at this difficult time. Always friendly with smiles and a positive outlook

Overall Experience

I have been really impressed with the care and service I have had from Right at Home. Helping me navigate my mums dementia diagnosis and having the flexibility to add appointments, other concerns and put the night support in fir my mum has been very reassuring.

Overall Experience

I am extremely happy with the care my husband receives from Right at Home. The caregivers are kind, caring and very patient and treat with real respect and compassion. They make an effort to keep him active by taking him shopping and out to interesting places which he truly enjoys and looks forward

to. The office staff also deserve a special mention. They are always very accommodating and understanding should I ever need to change times or adjust the schedule. Their flexibility and support give me great peace of mind I highly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate and professional support for a loved one.

Overall Experience

I just wanted to give some positive feedback for one of dad's carers.
Chrissy over the last few months has been helping dad to fill in a book I gave him called "Dad what's your story "
I bought this book so that he could look back on his life and capture lots of his memories which very often get

lost. It has really helped to make him think and stimulate his brain and he has looked forward to Chrissy's visits.
Chrissy has gone above and beyond, taking him to where he used to live as a child and writing his story, capturing lots of lovely memories for me and my family.
When dad gave the book back to me at Christmas it was such a joy, I laughed and I cried and it will be forever treasured by us all.
I felt I needed to let everyone know what a fantastic carer Chrissy is.
In fact all the carers that visit dad are absolutely wonderful and we are so grateful for a lovely team.

Overall Experience

Right at home carers helped look after my Dad up to the end of his life. He was treated with respect, dignity and extreme kindness by all the carers who visited him. When it was clear he was nearing the end of his life the administration staff sorted out everything with the NHS to make it possible for

him to remain at home and guided us, the family, as what to expect. We will always be extremely grateful to everyone involved in his care.

There's not enough words to say how 'Right at Home' carers have helped me at a most difficult time with my husbands health issues, they have been carers in every way, taking a personal interest in his welfare and doing their job at the highest level. They are to me 'special people' doing a difficult

job. I thank them wholeheartedly and much gratitude and respect. and I thank god for them.

Carers helped my wife during her last weeks. They always held her hand when my wife was in pain. Spoke kindly and cared for her. They were lovely, my wifes face lit up when the carers came to visit.

Overall Experience

My son had a severe stroke a few years ago which left him with difficult condition which ruined his life as he was just 29 years old at the time which made worse because it was the first day of covid. He has been pushed from pillar to post. But now we have been able to bring him home after years in

hospital and in a nursing home which was not suitable for him. So Right at Home managed to bring home for good with carers 4 times a day because of his disabilities. Right at Home staff have been exceptional and my son is more than happy with the care provided.

Without a shadow of a doubt, we as a family couldn't have functioned without the help of the carers. Over the 12 months, Right at Home cared for my mum, they did so with the utmost respect. I would recommend them without any hesitation!

Overall Experience

I approached Right at Home for companionship for my mum who gets lonely and struggles with her mobility. They have been fantastic with her, taking her out shopping and for coffee's. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anymore, they adapt their care giving and make my mum very happy.

Overall Experience

For someone who has never had to leave their dad for a week or more, I will admit I was worried! Why on earth would I be when the team at right at home who are above and beyond what we expected. My dad, who can be stubborn, loves the team coming in to see him, and they accept him for what he is! They

stay longer than needed when necessary, totally above and beyond expectations. There is no other team I would rather care for my dad. I also love the audit that I can view when I need to. Nothing is ever a problem, even when I ask for care at the last minute, they accommodate with no compromise. I have nothing but praise for this team of experts. There is massive comfort in this team of genuinely good people/carers, and you can tell they care. I wouldn't have anyone else caring for my dad. Makes me laugh when dad asks when we are going away again, just so he can see the 'Crew' again. Leaving an elderly parent is hard, and comfort is what we need, and this team give comfort in bucket loads
