My husband received excellent personal care at home, which was his wish. The carers had an abundance of experience, they were kind, polite and looked after him with exceptional compassion.

I was very pleased with the service. The carer was waiting at my home when I came out of hospital. Was very friendly and helpful and my old dog no complaints at all. Well done everyone.

Care is always outstanding, team always work together to make sure that Mum always receives the utmost care, they are respectful, and Mum's dignity is maintained to the utmost degree. Clare and team are also so supportive, not just to Mum but to me and Dad too. Thank you.

We used Right At Home North Cheshire and Leigh to help us care for our Mum from Jan 2025 to Feb 2026. For the first 6 months, the care was good, with reasonable consistency and some very good carers, to whom we are indebted for the care and attention they gave to Mum. In June 2025, the company was taken over by new owners. Over the following 6 months, the quality of care declined considerably, with much less continuity of staff and involvement of some newly recruited staff who seemed to have little experience or training in caring for an elderly lady with dementia. We found communication with the office staff increasingly difficult, both by email and phone. At the end of the year, with Mum's care needs increasing and no apparent prospect of improvement, we changed care company. We have not looked back.

The company provides a first class service covering all the needs of my totally disabled wife. Our needs are very specific and situations can change daily.These are managed by caring and well trained staff.

My mum really looks forward to her weekly visits from her companion. They always have a good chat and a laugh which raises mum's spirits. Sometimes they go out for a coffee or to the garden centre. Mum really enjoys the company and being able to go out without needing me to take her. I am also able to book the companion to take mum shopping when I have other commitments. Mum's companion goes above & beyond in her shift and is very caring. Not only has she changed mum's life for the better, she helps me to be able to live my life.

I was so relieved when I met the staff here......both the management & individual carers are exceptionally kind, understanding and wise. I feel very lucky to have found them and know my dad is in safe hands.

Having been retired for may years, we find the service fees take up a significant part of our disposable income, however we understand your running costs and overheads all have to be covered and everything these days is expensive! Thank you again for a super service#!

I very much enjoy visits from my caregiver. I was reluctant to have any help but am so glad I do. They help me with anything I need and we laugh a lot. I also enjoy outings and look forward to seeing her.

We are very happy with the service we are receiving. The carers are very kind, helpful and this has enabled my father to improve in health. A team of lovely carers from Right at Home have recently been working with my daughter. They've been getting her up in the morning, showering and dressing her and attending to all her early morning needs. All this has been done with care and a sense of fun which appeals exactly to her personality, meaning she really looks forward to their visits.

Right at Home Lymm look after my nan. She looks forward to their visits and they help her around the house. They do a great job and make my nan happy. The staff and team are all friendly and helpful. They do a great job, are kind and caring. Would highly recommend.

The service provided by Right at Home is first-class. The team visit my mother twice a day, providing assistance with hygiene, medication and preparing meals. RAH are professional and reliable. Mother can be a challenge, she is strong-willed and suffers from memory issues. The care team are kind, patient and help Mum in so many ways. They maintain her dignity, make her laugh, and she enjoys her visits.

Excellent care - no visit feels rushed. Feel like each carer has gone above and beyond. We get calls if running late and we like that the care team are small so not too many new people.

Right at Home have provided excellent care for my mum over the past few years. The care support has enabled mum to remain in her own home, keeping to a routine she feels comfortable with. It is re-assuring to know I can call the friendly office team with any updates or to book additional care visits.

I can't thank Right At Home enough for the care they are proving for my mum as she is receiving palliative care at home . Not only do they provide dignified care for my Mum, they also check in on my Dad who is obviously struggling at this difficult time.
