Right at Home (South Cheshire)

It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.

I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.

My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.

Jane joined the Right at Home team as a Carer, within a few short months, she progressed to Senior, then Care and Finance Coordinator and most recently, General Manager.

Tina is our Care Manager based in Crewe & Nantwich. Starting out as a Carer, Tina has moved her way up the ranks to Senior, and now to Care Manager. She continues to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and maintained, whilst supporting, leading, and mentoring a team of dedicated Care Professionals.

Naomi is one of our Care Managers here at Right at Home South Cheshire. She has her usual day-to-day activities, helping to assist the team and our Registered Manager. Here's what she has to say,

Hi, my name is Naomi, and I am delighted to be joining Right at Home in December as a Care Manager. I am passionate about providing service to clients and their families with a high standard of care, ensuring that we go above and beyond for them. I come from a clinical setting in primary care and district nursing care, so I have lots of knowledge and skills to offer. I look forward to meeting you all soon.

Tilly is our Community Engagement and Marketing Manager here at Right at Home South Cheshire. She is working towards her qualification in Multi-Channel Marketing. Her role consists of a variety of things like community initiatives, networking within our local community, content writing, SEO research and social media management.

Macie is our Care Coordinator for Sandbach and Alsager. Macie has a great deal of experience when it comes to working in the Sandbach area, knowing our clients and staff very well and always wanting what's best for them. Macie has worked her way up from our Care Professional role, delivering care out in the field, to now being our Care Co-Ordinator for Sandbach and Alsager.

Bryony is one of our Field Care Supervisors, based in the Sandbach area. Bryony helps to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and maintained. She supports, leads and mentors our team of Care Professionals.

Helen is our Field Care Supervisor for Crewe and Nantwich. Helen works a mix of office time and time spent within the care field. She has a wealth of experience, which goes hand in hand with her natural caring nature.

Ian is our Care Co-Ordinator for Crewe & Nantwich; he truly has a passion for care and does so professionally. Ian has previously worked for different companies as a Chartered Accountant; however, switched his career to care in 2017 and has progressed from there, from Carer, Field Care Supervisor and now Care Co-Ordinator!

Caroline is one of our Field Care Supervisors for Crewe and Nantwich. Caroline, or Caz, works a mix of office time and time spent within the care field. She has a wealth of experience, and her etiquette with clients is exceptional!
