Right at Home South Cheshire provides a minimum of one-hour visits, enabling CareGivers and clients to enjoy a positive care experience that allows for support and social interaction.

CareGivers are handpicked by the management team at Right at Home South Cheshire and they provide extensive training to ensure that every member of staff is trained and suited to their clients.

Introducing the carer, first of all, happened once a week and on a companionship basis which has been very successful. She is inventive and seems to be able to engage Mum in different and inventive ways. Mum looks forward to her visit already and her carer has also been most co-operative when asked
to switch visiting days to suit. I have yet to meet her but have every faith in her value.

Staff at the Nantwich office are very helpful and understanding, always willing to help improve the care my grandmother needs.


All her personal care is met especially when it can be hard with her having dementia. The way the staff are trained to deal with how the carers care for dementia clients

is wonderful. So patient and understanding to reassure the client they are safe and happy. With dementia patients they need routine and that’s what Right at Home offers. Overall Right at Home was the right company for us and is always there when we have problems or questions and always will to go the extra mile so all my grandmother's needs are meet with having her stay at home where she’s the happiest.

We have found the care provided to be of very high standard. Whatever has been asked of the carers has always been carried out. If there is any problem, no matter how small, the carer on duty at the time will make contact and let you know their concerns. My father had a fall whilst I was on holiday
and the carer stayed with him until the ambulance arrived, even packed a bag for him. They waited until the ambulance arrived and took my father to the hospital before they left. I have much admiration for the job they do. A big thank you from my brother and myself for looking after him so well.

My husband suffers greatly from a number of medical problems. To be mobile at all he needs to use crutches but after a recent fall he broke his wrist, therefore, was unable to walk. On being sent home from hospital and told to return the week after we were both in a state of utter panic as to how to
manage and who to ask for help. By an absolute stroke of luck, we contacted the owner and his team at a moments notice he sent help to us over a weekend when it seemed like no one else operated at this time.

We changed to this agency because we had heard good reports about them and they were also better value for money than the agency we previously used.
The owner seems very committed to providing the best care and support possible and genuinely concerned about his clients well being.
Very pleased with
the overall service and it was such a lovely touch at Christmas when they provided surprise Christmas presents for all their clients.

The carers are excellent - very caring and are able to encourage her to wash and get dressed etc, even when she is being difficult.
The carers are consistent and there doesn't seem to be a high turnover of staff, which is very helpful as they get to know the client, especially for clients with dementia

After a small stroke in early 2017, I was two months in Crewe at Leighton Hospital followed by respite in a care home. After returning to live alone in my home, altered to a ground floor flat, I was visited for 16 weeks - first by members of the stroke team, then by the community team mainly by physiotherapists.
My daughter arranged my 2 hours a day, 2 days weekly 'caring' with Right at Home and is more than satisfied with the financial aspects - on which I can not comment as I am unaware of them. I am very happy with my pleasant and very helpful carers.

I am extremely pleased with the care that is being provided by all the staff at Right at Home. From the management staff to the individual carers, they are marvellous at allocating regular carers to that my parents are now very serene and feel comfortable and safe.
They communicate really well between
themselves and me, they adjust the routines and timings frequently to ensure the best care for my parents. Super.

Very good from what I've seen although only there every 3 weeks - month. Carers seem very nice, the only downside is they do not wear a uniform

Right at Home Crewe are a very professional care company who have taken a lot off my shoulders and made my dads life better especially after the recent passing of my mum and his wife of 65 years.


They also helped with my mum and made her very comfortable when she came home from the hospital to pass.

The service I have received to date has been excellent. The carers have arrived as scheduled, or if there has been an unavoidable delay ( i.e another client needed extra attention) they have phoned me to advise of the delay. The personal care has been tailor made to meet my needs.
I have been particularly
pleased with the way the carers have balanced meeting my care needs alongside encouraging me to maintain as much independence as possible.
My previous experience was one of feeling disempowered, this has not been the case with this organisation.


The carers have been very personable, nothing has been too much trouble for them. I have always been treated with respect and my dignity maintained at all times.
There is a genuine commitment in wanting to make the quality of my life as good as it possibly can be.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Highly recommended.

I cannot thank Right at Home enough for the support they provided to my late grandfather and to our family during an exceptionally difficult time.
I'd had contact with the Managing Director several months before we came to use Right at Home and from the outset, nothing was too much to ask. When we
came to use Right at Home, my grandfather was treated with dignity and respect and the staff were sensitive and compassionate in our most difficult moments.
The staff who we met were exceptional and provided a level of support to our family along with ensuring my grandfather's wishes to remain at home became a reality.
I cannot thank Right at Home enough for the support they provided to us. From first contact with the Managing Director through to the staff who visited were all fantastic and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home to anyone or using them again in the future.

As a new service user, I am very happy with the service Right At Home are providing for my disabled husband - the care giver is lovely and upbeat with a nice caring personality, and always endeavours to try and be useful. Her standards are good - her time keeping is very good, and her attention to detail
is valued.


Yes of course I would recommend them as a new care provider in the area, because what you are buying as a care product - is a generous package or combination of reliability and thoughtfulness, respect, friendship served up with a good portion of empathy and understanding... which enables me to go to work for that I am grateful.

We have used Right at Home since earlier this year and have been delighted with the support that my parents have received. Last week my sister got married and we needed additional support for my parents before, during and after the wedding. The carer provided exceptional support, anticipating our
needs, fitting into the day with ease. She was well presented, chatted to guests and made the day so much easier for everybody. We would definitely recommend her for similar types of special events.

It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.


I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.


My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.
