Right at Home (South Cheshire)

It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.

I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.

My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.

Tina is our Head of care (Registered Manager).

Jane joined the Right at home team as a CareGiver, within a few short months she progressed to Senior CareGiver, then Care and Finance Coordinator and most recently, General Manager.

Zoe is our Recruitment and Community Engagement Manager here at Right at Home South Cheshire.

Zoe joined Right at Home in 2022 as the Deputy Manager. Then, in 2024, Zoe was asked if she would like to work more on Recruitment and Community Engagement, something that she is very passionate about.
Zoe's role is to help raise our profile in our local communities, engaging with different services and activities, whilst helping to build strong partnerships and ultimately help us all make a difference!

With over 20 years of care experience, Zoe is a great addition to the team, and she still helps out with the care side of things where she can!

Tilly is our digital marketing apprentice here at Right at Home South Cheshire, she is working towards her qualification in Multi-Channel Marketing. Her role consists of a variety of things like content writing, SEO research, social media management and working along side Zoe with Community engagement projects.

Naomi is one of our Care Managers here at Right at Home South Cheshire, she has her usual day to day activities helping to assist the team and our Registered Manager. Here's what she has to say,

'Hi, my name is Naomi and I am delighted to be joining Right at Home in December as Care Manager. I am passionate about providing service to clients and their families with a high standard of care ensuring that we go above and beyond for them. I come from a clinical setting in primary care and district nursing care so I have lots of knowledge and skills to offer. I look forward to meeting you all soon.'

Macie is one of our Care Team Leaders, based in and around Sandbach. Macie was previously a CareGiver and has now been promoted to Care Team Leader!

Tina is our Interim Care Manager based in Crewe & Nantwich. Starting out as a CareGiver, Tina has moved her way up the ranks to Senior CareGiver, and now to Interim care manager continues to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and maintained, whilst supporting, leading, and mentoring a team of dedicated CareGivers.

Helen is one of our Care Team Leaders, based in and around the Nantwich and Crewe area. Helen was previously a CareGiver and has now been promoted to Care Co-Ordinator

Ian is one of our Field Care Supervisors, he truly has a passion for care and does so professionally. Ian has previously worked for different companies as a Chartered Accountant however, switched his career to care in 2017 and has progressed from there, from CareGiver all the way to Field Care Supervisor!

Tazmin is one of our Care Team Leaders, based in the Nantwich area, she originally join as a CareGiver, however has progressed within less than a year to be promoted to Care Team Leader.

Taz helps to ensure the highest levels of care are delivered and maintained, she supports, leads and mentors our team of CareGivers.

Tazmin's key responsibilities include:
