The standard of care provided by Right at Home is second to none. All the carers are pleasant friendly and go out of their way to help my mum which gives me assurances that she is being taken care of. Thank you so much for everything you do.
Right at Home South Cheshire provide home help and companionship for my mother. She really likes her carers and looks forward to their visits. The structure and communication via the app is very useful as she has early stage dementia. Communication with the office is also good and it is easy to speak to someone. Her well-being has improved since we have been supported by Right at Home South Cheshire.
Thank you very much for the kind words, it's great to know that the experience of both you and your mother has been positive.
I would highly recommend Right at Home Day Care after a reluctant start. Mum loved the first day but took a while to get her to go again. Once she did, she loved it and goes every day she can. It is a lovely friendly atmosphere and time is spent reminiscing, singing, playing games, and just enjoying the company of others. Giving her a better standard of life/activities and some well-deserved respite for my husband and I. Thank you!
I wasn't sure my husband would go or settle at a Day Centre, he absolutely loves it and looks forward to seeing his friends, and joining in all the activities. He gets so much from this time at Right at Home and gives me the time for myself and to rest. The manager who looks after the Day Centre is so approachable and knowledgeable my husband is so happy to go and is more relaxed. This Day Centre has been a godsend for both my husband and myself.
My mum received support from Right at Home carers over a ten-month period to December 2021. The support enabled my mum to stay in her own home and to be able to have support three times per day.
My mum appreciated the care support and regular punctual contact. The carers were positive, friendly, and professional in all they did and undertook many tasks to enable my mum to live as good a life as possible at home and to help support my sister and myself as I lived away and my sister was in full-time work. This meant we could have helped ourselves to support our mum and keep her at the home she loved.
I found the support package to be excellent and would recommend the service to help those who need care .
Thank you for this lovely review. It's great to hear that you, your family, and your Mum were happy with the care our team provided, we certainly aim to deliver a 5* service and so it's incredibly rewarding to receive this. We will share the review with the CareGivers who visited.
We would highly recommend the Right at Home team, and send our thanks to them all for their support.
It's so great for me and the team to receive this review. Thank you so much for your very kind words and it means everything to hear how happy you and your aunt have been with the service our team of great CareGivers have provided.
This is therefore a review after my Grandparents have been receiving care for several months with Right at Home.
Recently their needs changed suddenly for medical reasons, and Right at Home were tremendous and instrumental in helping us both to realise and organise our long-term plans of (unfortunately) a care home and a hospice.
The carers have all been fantastic, and I know I'm missing others who have been equally as helpful. The staff seem to genuinely care what happens and frequently go above and beyond what they are paid for. It is not possible to speak highly enough of the support they were able to give at very short notice, nor the professionalism and expert advice offered at every stage, even with issues outside of their scope such as care homes.
I hope every company aspires to be as good as Right at Home. They have done more to enrich my grandparents' lives than anything else.
Thank you so much for this beautifully written review. It's so pleasing for me and the team to get this kind of feedback.
I chose them deliberately, knowing they weren't the cheapest but what I wanted was a company I could rely on, who can cover any caregivers holidays and absence and who stay the entire length of the visit time, if not a little longer occasionally. The app the caregivers use is also invaluable to me and my sister, so we can sign in and check how each visit has gone.
As important, Mum is happy with all the team that cover her visits and looks forward to them being around to help her. Without a doubt, we made the right choice.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It's an absolute pleasure to be able to support your Mum and it's great to hear that you and your family have benefitted from the service. We will make sure this message gets passed on to everyone involved in your Mum's support.
The whole team at Right At Home South Cheshire have been fantastic supporting Dad. For a few years he's had a couple of visits a week, and his carers have been very supportive, enabling him to manage alone at home. Due to an infection Dad (94) was hospitalised earlier this year and needed daily care when he came home. I can't praise Right at Home enough for their support and flexibility in arranging things, helping me understand what was needed, and changing rota's to suit his changing needs. The carers and companions have all been great and very caring with Dad, and very professional when they've had concerns about his health. The staff in the office are also great, managing to be both friendly and professional. Dad's needed to go back to hospital a few times (infections that needed hospital treatment), and they've been really amazing at ensuring he's always got someone with him, even when long ambulance waits. Right at Home were recommended by friends, who also had a good experience.
They were knowledgeable and were able to advise on local services such as prescription delivery. They loaned equipment and recommended items that would help. Their understanding of medical needs and strict protocols over prescription medicine made us feel safe.
They also spent time talking with him. He enjoyed chatting about birds in the garden, or television programmes they watched. The ladies who looked after him were not just professionals they really did care.
Right at Home provided significant care to my late Father in the last stages of his life and also to my Mother who has been suffering from Dementia for several years - the care package was complex and needed to be flexible ranging from domestic support (meals and shopping) to complex personal care (moving and handling). The team Right at Home provided were all absolute professionals, fully trained and experienced. Wonderful people supported by an excellent office team and care management. Over the years we worked together, we developed clear communications and an agility in service that was second to none. I highly recommend the team, if you need any form of care for a loved one and especially if the needs are complex and where you need that understanding rather rigid terms of business.
Right at Home (South Cheshire) have been providing daily care for my mum for some time now and I can honestly say that having experienced two previous care agencies, Right at Home is the gold standard. The team that provide Mum's care persevere under very difficult circumstances sometimes but always with respect and kindness. They are lead by a wonderful lady supervisor who goes above and beyond her call of duty. I feel able to contact her at any time if I have a concern and nothing is ever too much trouble, she is very professional but has so much empathy and understanding. Any issues are addressed immediately, discussed with the family and resolved. In summary, I cannot recommend Right at Home (South Cheshire) highly enough, they are an amazing care team and I would advise anyone looking for a care provider to give them a call.
Thank you very much for this kind review. It’s always great to hear how well our caregivers and managers are supporting our clients and their families.
The carers seemed concerned about our general wellbeing. They are always friendly, considerate and concerned to be helpful and to do what is asked. Their help is appreciated.
We have found them reliable and dependable. They go out of their way to make my mother as happy as possible. The office staff communicate regularly and are always friendly. They never make you feel as if you are imposing. It is reassuring for me to know I can trust Right at Home.
Thank you very much for your kind words, it's great for our team to know when clients and family members are happy with the service we provide. Thank you for choosing Right at Home.
Carers were wonderful, extremely respectful, prompt, communicated well and did a fantastic job with social and emotional support. Thank you.
Having heard numerous stories about poor care received at home I was quite anxious to begin with when engaged Right at Home. However, very soon I realised I needn't have worried; as a result, my Aunt will stay at home for as long as its possible, so that she continues to receive the dedication, commitment and a high standard of care from the Right at Home staff.
Thank you, Gillian, for this very kind review. It's a real pleasure to support your Aunt, and with your background in care, this is a review I know the team will be extremely proud to receive. I will share this with everyone, both in the management team and the CareGivers who support your Aunt.
The service provided is excellent. My Uncle is a very proud and discrete person. However, the carers have made him feel very comfortable and relaxed about receiving care and support in his own home. I would like to say that it has been a great comfort and relief to have such a wonderful service. Thanks.
It’s really lovely to receive your review and to know that you and your uncle are very happy with the care service from us. We will share these comments with his regular caregivers.
I arranged for 'Right at Home' to provide a daily care visit of 45 minutes for my elderly father, aged nearly 92 years old. He is widowed and lives alone in a small bungalow. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about how he would react to having such visits daily. However, since they commenced, one month ago, his physical and mental health have improved significantly. He actually looks forward to the visits, even if he may not admit it... The professionalism of the staff who assessed his needs and make the daily visits is exemplary. It is also helpful that, although it is not the same individual visiting every day, I think there is a maximum of three carers involved in his visits. Therefore, he gets to know them individually, which is helpful. I have regular email exchanges with the supervisor so am informed of any issues. In summary, I am very pleased with the way this has worked out.
Thank you very much for this kind review. We will make sure that this is shared with the regular CareGivers visiting your father.
Mum has used Right at Home since my father passed away nearly two years ago. Mum has dementia but is very independent and wants to stay in her own home. Right at Home has made that possible. We have worked together to build the care up as her needs have changed and she now has carers twice every day. They have been vital during lockdown, doing Mum's shopping, making sure she eats properly, taking her out for walks and being company for her. Her main carer emails us every week and sends us photos from Mum and gave us her number so we can video chat with her. That has made such a difference to us all as we have not been able to see Mum for weeks. They are a lifeline and I can't praise them enough for their care and commitment.
Thank you so much. It's a real pleasure to read this review and know that the service we are providing your Mum is having a positive impact on her and also to you and your family.
Despite being in very difficult times the service has remained the same, exceptional. The office staff are super-efficient and very quick to respond to any requests or queries.
A huge thank you and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Thank you so much for your review and kind words, and thank you for choosing RaH.

Meet the Team (12)
It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.
I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.
My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.
"I would just like to give you all a little bit of background about me. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Health and Social Care sector. I have worked within adult services for over 23years. I have a passion for caring for people and ensuring the quality and standards of care are being met is so important to me. I am looking forward to my future with RAH South Cheshire and seeing the business grow and develop, but most importantly fostering what sound like an already amazing team and meet the clients. Once you get to know me I am sure you will all come to realise I’m in care because I care".
