It's such a comfort to know we have Right At Home when we need them. Excellent service. Would highly recommend it.
Thank you for this lovely review of the care-at-home services we've provided to your elderly relative. It's a real pleasure to receive this feedback and we will be sure to share this with the team of care assistants and other staff members involved.
I had a heart operation in May and needed care support for the first month at home. I had several care support assistants but they all on my behalf carried heavy things, laundry, hoovering and preparation of meals. They were all excellent and completed all tasks.
It is often hard for an older person to accept care after being independent for the majority of their lives.
The staff at Right at Home have treated my mum with sensitivity, respect and dignity. Little by little they have gone from being carers to friends that care and that Mum looks forward to seeing. I highly recommend this company.
My dad has two carers from Right at Home twice a day. Both Mum and Dad have found them to be an enormous help. Without exception, all the carers are extremely thoughtful, caring, friendly and approachable. They are well-informed and professional, I feel confident that Dad is in the best hands possible. He enjoys a laugh with them and Mum is always happy to be able to have a chat because they are all so easy to talk to. We would 100% recommend Right at Home.
Thank you for such a lovey review of our services. We are so pleased that you and your family have had such a positive experience.
The service is overall excellent. There are a few 'super' carers and others that are good. I am treated with dignity. Most carers are excellent at seeing my needs and carry out the care with little to no prompting. My carer has always been prompt and has good social skills which means my experience is good.
The carers have been kind, considerate and respectful. They always greet us with a smile and bring a sense of happiness into the house. They are efficient and thorough in helping my husband to shower and dress each morning. The administration staff have been equally caring and efficient.
We are so pleased that you have had such a positive experience with us.
Really easy to set up a one-off care at relatively short notice. Very helpful people setting it up and my father was impressed with the lady who came to look after him, very friendly and attentive to his needs.
Thank you for your lovely review! We are so pleased your father has been impressed with the services provided.
We are very happy with the carers and how they are caring for Mum. Each carer has been friendly, professional and thoughtful. Mum's individual needs are being met to the highest standard.
Thank you, Annette, for this wonderful review; we will be sure to share this with the whole Care Team in Nantwich and Crewe!
The carers have been very understanding and responsive. We feel that my sister's issues have been understood and will be acted upon in a very supportive way. Very pleased with the flexible service.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We are so pleased that you and your family have had such a positive experience with us.
The carers are very respectful and caring for my father. I am reassured he is well cared for.
Thank you for your kind comments, Sally! We will be sure to share these with the team.
The carers provide a wonderful service, supporting Dad to stay at home. They are very caring and friendly and go the extra mile.
Our dad can be a little tricky at times but the carers were fantastic in dealing with him and putting him at ease.
I would recommend the care quality co-ordinator and her wonderful team to anyone looking to arrange home care for a loved one.
Thank you for this very kind review. It's so pleasing to hear about the great care being provided by our caregivers and the support of the office team.
My husband is in his 90s and has Alzheimer’s. I wanted to care for him at home for as long as I could, but I recognised that if I was to do that I would need help and some respite. I contacted Right at Home in the autumn of 2021 and I have received excellent help and support since then. The carers provided by this agency combine a professional approach at the same time as being very human, patient and caring. All of them have a way of giving my husband excellent care, as well as engaging with him with cheerful banter and humour. He enjoys their visits, which usually lift his spirits too. They are scrupulous about safety and hygiene and have never let us down. The care managers and administrators of Right at Home also give a professional and friendly service. Whenever I have contacted them I have received prompt and helpful responses. Both carers and managers have offered me helpful advice and ideas as to how to best manage in this situation and I feel well supported by them.
Thank you for this lovely review of your experiences since choosing Right at Home. I will share this with the teams involved.
It was lovely to see some of the "old girls" again.
As before, they were kind, caring, courteous and very helpful.
I look forward to seeing them again in the future.
Thank you very much for this kid review. We will be sure to share these comments with your regular CareGivers.
The Carers who come to us are trained to the highest standard and are professional, compassionate, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and caring. We are very happy with all aspects of the care we receive from Right at Home.
Thank you for this review. It's great to hear that your experience has always been positive through the last few years, as we always aim to give every client that experience. We will share your view with the who team and once again, thank you!
Excellent service. Carers are prompt, friendly and reliable.
The supervisor visited us in response to a care requirement. It was a very difficult time when private care was in very short supply. They were able to offer help as having recruited extra carers and we worked together to get a mutual plan that worked for us all. They provided an excellent service, going the extra mile when more time was needed and communication between us was straightforward and concise. A real pleasure to work with such a company after trying other options that may have been cheaper on face value.
Can't say how happy I am with the service Right at Home provides for my mother. Everyone from the carers to the management team are friendly, caring, understanding and excellent at their jobs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for the same for their loved ones.
.
With mum having cancer and loosing her mobility, we discussed the options that were available to us for mum’s care going forward, which were either going to a hospital, hospice or receiving care at home. Mum agreed to have “Right at Home” provide the care that she needed. At first, we were all apprehensive about having carers coming to look after mum, but after the first few visits, we all realised this was going to be the perfect care solution. The care that was provided was exceptional and this was due to the instant bonds mum formed with all the carers, she always looked forward to their next visit. Nothing was too much trouble, from the professionalism of the office getting mum everything she needed to the carers that went above and beyond to make sure mum was comfortable and happy, this enabled her to remain at home throughout her illness. We highly recommend “Right at Home” to anyone who is looking for a home care provider for their loved one.

Meet the Team (11)

It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.
I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.
My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.
