Right at Home have provided excellent care for my mum over the past few years. The care support has enabled mum to remain in her own home, keeping to a routine she feels comfortable with. It is re-assuring to know I can call the friendly office team with any updates or to book additional care
visits.

I can't thank Right At Home enough for the care they are proving for my mum as she is receiving palliative care at home . Not only do they provide dignified care for my Mum, they also check in on my Dad who is obviously struggling at this difficult time. Always friendly with smiles and a positive

I have been really impressed with the care and service I have had from Right at Home. Helping me navigate my mums dementia diagnosis and having the flexibility to add appointments, other concerns and put the night support in fir my mum has been very reassuring.

I am extremely happy with the care my husband receives from Right at Home. The caregivers are kind, caring and very patient and treat with real respect and compassion. They make an effort to keep him active by taking him shopping and out to interesting places which he truly enjoys and looks forward
to. The office staff also deserve a special mention. They are always very accommodating and understanding should I ever need to change times or adjust the schedule. Their flexibility and support give me great peace of mind I highly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate and professional support for a loved one.

My son had a severe stroke a few years ago which left him with difficult condition which ruined his life as he was just 29 years old at the time which made worse because it was the first day of covid. He has been pushed from pillar to post. But now we have been able to bring him home after years in
hospital and in a nursing home which was not suitable for him. So Right at Home managed to bring home for good with carers 4 times a day because of his disabilities. Right at Home staff have been exceptional and my son is more than happy with the care provided.

Mums main carers are very good and do what is required and more. They are very friendly with mum and cheer her up. I would recommend Right at Home to others. Thank you.

I am very happy with the care I receive from the staff and in particular one lady who has been very supportive following a spell when I was recovering from sepsis. I am happy that I made a full recovery and the support from your company has been part of this.

I have been using Right at Home South Cheshire to look after my son for a number of years and they just keep improving, as a family who has had different issues in the last 12 months. The caregivers who support my son have stepped up and gone beyond expectations of care to keep him at home, in a
safe environment and well in himself.

The team from Right at Home have made a real difference to our lives, helping my wife and I with daily tasks that were becoming increasingly difficult, such as dressing, showering, washing and helping into bed. Because most of the team come regularly we have built up a good relationship, they are
always kind and considerate, trained and understand her specific needs. Overall nothing is too much trouble and they are always willing to help.

We have used Right At Home twice now. It's peace of mind when my Dad's away. I happened to be visiting my Nan ( as it was her 95th birthday ) when one of the carers arrived. She was so lovely & friendly. So warm. My Nan said all the carers had been lovely.
It's such a comfort to know we have Right
At Home when we need them. Excellent service. Would highly recommend it.

I had a heart operation in May and needed care support for the first month at home. I had several care support assistants but they all on my behalf carried heavy things, laundry, hoovering and preparation of meals. They were all excellent and completed all tasks.

Right at Home have been supporting my mum over the last year and I cannot fault the service they provide.
It is often hard for an older person to accept care after being independent for the majority of their lives.
The staff at Right at Home have treated my mum with sensitivity, respect and
dignity. Little by little they have gone from being carers to friends that care and that Mum looks forward to seeing. I highly recommend this company.
