They communicate really well between themselves and me, they adjust the routines and timings frequently to ensure the best care for my parents. Super.
Thank you for your lovely comments
Caring intelligent workers with a friendly atmosphere. Communication is good, well done.
We have been using Right at Home since March 2017. Their support is enabling my mum to stay at home for as long as possible and for me to have some life outside the home at the same time. They are great, very happy to recommend.
Very good from what I've seen although only there every 3 weeks - month. Carers seem very nice, the only downside is they do not wear a uniform
Thank you Caroline for your kind review. You are correct that we don't wear uniforms as standard and this is something we do purposefully, to break down the barriers between us and our clients. We can arrange a uniform if it is a client preference or there is another benefit so please do get in touch on 01270 257347 if you would like us to look into this.
Right at Home Crewe are a very professional care company who have taken a lot off my shoulders and made my dads life better especially after the recent passing of my mum and his wife of 65 years.
Care givers as a small team are excellent.
A big thank you from me.
I have been particularly pleased with the way the carers have balanced meeting my care needs alongside encouraging me to maintain as much independence as possible.
My previous experience was one of feeling disempowered, this has not been the case with this organisation.
There is a genuine commitment in wanting to make the quality of my life as good as it possibly can be.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Highly recommended.
Thank you for your kind words.
I'd had contact with the Managing Director several months before we came to use Right at Home and from the outset, nothing was too much to ask. When we came to use Right at Home, my grandfather was treated with dignity and respect and the staff were sensitive and compassionate in our most difficult moments.
The staff who we met were exceptional and provided a level of support to our family along with ensuring my grandfather's wishes to remain at home became a reality.
I cannot thank Right at Home enough for the support they provided to us. From first contact with the Managing Director through to the staff who visited were all fantastic and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home to anyone or using them again in the future.
Thank you Rebecca for your lovely words which we will of course share with all CareGivers who were fortunate enough to to be able to support your Grandad, you and your family.
As a new service user, I am very happy with the service Right At Home are providing for my disabled husband - the care giver is lovely and upbeat with a nice caring personality, and always endeavours to try and be useful. Her standards are good - her time keeping is very good, and her attention to detail is valued.
Yes of course I would recommend them as a new care provider in the area, because what you are buying as a care product - is a generous package or combination of reliability and thoughtfulness, respect, friendship served up with a good portion of empathy and understanding... which enables me to go to work for that I am grateful.
Thank you so much Deb for your kind words, it's a pleasure to be able to support your husband.
We have used Right at Home since earlier this year and have been delighted with the support that my parents have received. Last week my sister got married and we needed additional support for my parents before, during and after the wedding. The carer provided exceptional support, anticipating our needs, fitting into the day with ease. She was well presented, chatted to guests and made the day so much easier for everybody. We would definitely recommend her for similar types of special events.
Thank you very much for your kind words Sue. It's a pleasure to support your parents.
My brother required companionship and support to venues of interest which he would find stimulating and take him out for a nice lunch. Thank you so much to your company and the staff for the companionship service you provide for my brother, we feel it greatly has enriched his life. Long may it continue!
Thanks for your lovely comments - we look forward to continuing to work with your Brother exploring the local area!
I am very satisfied with the service and I couldn't manage without it. Punctual on every visit, always with a smile on their faces. No task is too much trouble and a little banter passes between us on each occasion.
Since employing Right at Home, it has taken a load off my mind. I find the carers are kind and respectful . They have manged to get my wife out of bed most mornings to have a shower and her teeth cleaned although my wife does not remember who they are. Whilst they are helping my wife, I have them in the bedroom or in the shower room having a good old sing along together. It is nice to know that she is enjoying their company. My final words are KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
The lady from Right at Home helps my mum to look after my gran brilliantly. She is very good support to my mum who is gran's full-time carer. Also, my gran is treated with dignity and care by her and the care manager. They are a great team and gran, although has dementia etc seems to enjoy their visits! It's helping mum keep gran at home.
My mother-in-law has many health problems and dementia. My wife is her 24-hour carer. She is supported so well by Right at Home. Staff are pleasant, helpful and supportive. The carer although a very busy person is also always happy to answer any queries or help with any changes we may have to make. All round good treatment - most of all they give excellent care to my mother-in-law.
Services provided have been entirely satisfactory.
An excellent choice on my part to ask for your service. I find all your carers very pleasant and obliging. They are always prepared to do any tasks asked of them and never leave until they have asked if there is anything else needs their attention.
- Attention to detail
- Empathy
- Care and understanding
- Timekeeping
- Willingness to listen and adapt
The manager and care manager have been brilliant. Mum has dementia and other health problems and they have been extremely helpful and are always happy and polite with my mum. They treat her with dignity and are ready to help us further as we need it.

Meet the Team (12)
It has been a life long passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for almost 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management team with a market leading national home care provider.
I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and business' to help create a dementia friendly community.
My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.
"I would just like to give you all a little bit of background about me. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Health and Social Care sector. I have worked within adult services for over 23years. I have a passion for caring for people and ensuring the quality and standards of care are being met is so important to me. I am looking forward to my future with RAH South Cheshire and seeing the business grow and develop, but most importantly fostering what sound like an already amazing team and meet the clients. Once you get to know me I am sure you will all come to realise I’m in care because I care".
