They kept my wife calm and content with their good humour, and they always seemed to manage to produce a lovely smile from her. All the carers, without exception were simply marvellous.
I found the management at Right at Home to be sympathetic but efficient, with lots of help available at all times.
I am so pleased that my wife was able to spend the last few months of her life in comfort and in the surroundings of her own home. In spite of some stressful times, I have many good memories of all the staff at RAH, for which I am so grateful. To anyone considering care at home for an elderly relative, I have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home.

However, the carers worked with her to make her meals appetising and healthy, to enable her to go and sit outside on warm days, and to ask her about her life prior to her illness. It was lovely to have a carer take her to a meal with friends.
The carers also worked with me so that I could get necessary supplies or order medication. The manager did some shifts so that they were familiar with my mum's situation.
The same carers were quickly back in place after my mother had spells in hospital.
