As soon as I made the first contact with Right At Home I felt a sense of relief. They reacted incredibly quickly to our situation which enabled my mum to leave the hospital. From the get-go, I found the communication, reliability, kindness and commitment to my mum, and to us as a family, exceptional. The carer team treated her like she was their only client and she loved them!

Although it wasn't Right at Home's responsibility she went around to check on her, called the ambulance and stayed with her for several hours, updating family who are 60 miles away. It was so reassuring. The regular carer looks for things to do even though my aunt isn't very good at asking for assistance. Nothing is too much trouble.

The company always try to accommodate changes to visit times due to hospital visits, sometimes at short notice, and we always know in advance which carers will be visiting, something mum finds really useful. Right at Home give the family confidence that her needs are being met with respect and professionalism.
