The ladies that visit three times a day are kind, skilled and industrious towards mothers personal needs. There is a sense that the staff are well trained and attention to detail is important to them. The ability to log in to the notes made by the carers after each visit is particularly useful when the family members are not living locally. Because of various factors there are occasions when the carers are a little late in arriving, but importantly, mother is very pleased to see them each time they visit and meet her needs.
Right at Home, Oxford, is a well run organisation that I fully recommend.

As soon as I made the first contact with Right At Home I felt a sense of relief. They reacted incredibly quickly to our situation which enabled my mum to leave the hospital. From the get-go, I found the communication, reliability, kindness and commitment to my mum, and to us as a family, exceptional. Although it wasn't Right at Home's responsibility she went around to check on her, called the ambulance and stayed with her for several hours, updating family who are 60 miles away. It was so reassuring. The regular carer looks for things to do even though my aunt isn't very good at asking for assistance. Nothing is too much trouble.
