Over time the carers have develop a trust relationship with my mum and we now have a good care plan in place, which reduces my mums risk, with her being pleased to have 'new friends' visiting. The team continue to respond to my mum's developing care needs and I have daily access to the records of every visit. When I have provided feedback to the team, they have quickly responded to it. The team are caring, practical and proactive, responding to situations which have arisen immediately to ensure my mum is safe.

which I joined. This visit was so lovely, we had a cuppa and Mum showed the carer around the house and spoke to Dad too to make sure he was happy. Mum and Dad weren't rushed at all and we all had a good chit chat about all sorts. Within two weeks the care had started. Mum isn't great with anything online - she rings and pays over the phone and gets an invoice through the post which is perfect. The two ladies that alternate the care are just great and Mum has settled into the routine of being able to leave Dad alone whilst Dads carer is there. We've just booked extra care for a day so I can take Mum on a trip to London! Thank you RatH :)

Just a word about the Admin with Right at Home. Everything is laid out clearly. You know when calls are due in the next week and who will be doing them. If anything doesn't work for you as a client they try their hardest to make it right

This has been my first and only experience of home care so I can't say anything about value for money, but I am very satisfied with the care and service that I receive. The only reason I've rated management with 4 stars is because communication has sometimes not been as good as it could be (e.g. between the office and my daughter). However, the carers have been very willing to contact the office on my behalf to check arrangements, etc.
