The carers who come into me are very well chosen to suit my personality. They are all very hard working and take the initiative to do things that I hadn't thought of. They are happy and cheerful and put me in a good mood for the day. On extremely rare occasions I have had a query or complaint. These are dealt with quickly and efficiently, resolving the problem very satisfactorily. Due to external commitments I often have to change my care call times ,often at short notice. The Co-ordinator always fulfills these requests, changing care times and carers to make sure that my new care times can be accommodated. This means that I can accept invitations and take part in same activities that I did before I was ill.

Very happy with the care provided to my mother over the last 3 years. The proactive communication I receive regarding health and safety issues is hugely reassuring. It is very reassuring to know my mother is in safe hands.

I am very happy with the companionship care I have with my lovely carer Shilah from right at home,we spend two hours on a Friday night going out to my local pub,or a cafe,or just go for a walk,this has helped me to keep in touch with friends and made my life more social since my husband has become housebound,I feel much happier in my self it's also nice to have someone to talk to and confide in she has helped me a lot so I can be my old self thank you so much a very happy client.

RAH have been providing care for a friend for a number of years now culminating in 24/7 care from July 2024.

She has severe dementia, is 94 and therefore requires constant good quality and dignified care and attention 24/7 - which she receives. The most important thing is that she also feels this, despite her disability, which she appears to do.

My mum has had carers visiting for around 6 months. The Agency was and still is extremely helpful and my mum has enjoyed the company of the 3 carers that have visited over that time. Recently, we've been looking at other options for mum and again the agency team have been helpful and I know we can add or change hours should this be necessary.

The carers are very good, they do what I ask and listen to me and what I want. I do as much as I can as possible and they do everything they can to keep me independent.

Shilah and Lynn are my regular carers and are excellent. We have good conversation throughout the visit, they are also very good at knowing what needs doing and where things go.

I look forward to seeing them at each visit.

They have been amazing not only with me but also in how they've integrated so naturally with my family. Having them in our home has been an absolute pleasure, and I feel very lucky to have such wonderful carers from Right at Home.

The care staff were lovely and despite the difficulties with incontinence and depreciation of my brother's mental wellbeing we felt supported. We live remotely to my brother and they were happy to step in and help with doctors appointments reducing our need to travel. I would highly recommend their services.

Right at Home Hemel Hempstead have been looking after my dad since December 2025. My first contact was with the Deputy Manager who was informative, understanding and organised. I was very impressed with how quickly she arranged care and also how helpful she has continued to be with any queries I have had. My dad is very happy with his carers who go out of their way to support him in the community so that he can retain a good degree of independence and they have also responded last-minute, demonstrating excellent flexibility to assist with appointments etc. Having researched may different agencies, I am 100% happy that I chose Right at Home Hemel Hempstead and can not recommend them highly enough. Excellent care provided for my mother, and agency responsive to queries/changing needs. Agency has now provided for my mother for well over a year. Particularly impressed with care given since my mother's recent discharge from hospital with serious illness and complex needs. Live-in care works really well with the family and her care and support of my mother is first class. Relief carers (to enable live in carer to have her daily break) also great, and some of them have built up very good rapport with my mother and have been happy to help her with things she enjoys (like cooking). They have also provided good company for her.
