I was initially very hesitant about having carers come into my home, but Becks and Anna B have completely changed my perspective.
From the very beginning, they both made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are kind, professional, and genuinely caring in everything they do. It's clear they truly care
about the people they support, and that makes such a difference.
They have been amazing not only with me but also in how they've integrated so naturally with my family. Having them in our home has been an absolute pleasure, and I feel very lucky to have such wonderful carers from Right at Home.

So happy I found this little gem! From the original assessment for my mum, and all subsequent visits from the lovely carers, our experience has been very good. You can tell that the carers really care about their clients and the job they do. As my mum's primary carer, I already feel like I have a reliable
and supportive team to back me up. They are always reassuring, friendly and cheerful, giving mum a great start to the day. Thanks so much!

After my brother was suffering with dementia and no longer able to care for himself. We contacted Right at Home and from the offset we were impressed by their efficiency.
The care staff were lovely and despite the difficulties with incontinence and depreciation of my brother's mental wellbeing we
felt supported. We live remotely to my brother and they were happy to step in and help with doctors appointments reducing our need to travel. I would highly recommend their services.

The care received is excellent. All carers are kind and professional. Nothing seems too much trouble and the family are kept well informed. The service not only includes care in the home but communication is kept with the GP practice and they will help with making appointments and even transport to
appointments. A personalised care plan will be negotiated thoroughly including individual needs and updated when necessary. The administration team are always available and go well beyond to accommodate need.
I have no hesitation in recommending this group to care for a loved one.

Right at Home Hemel Hempstead have been looking after my Mum in her home for almost a year. The care they have given her has been excellent. The carers are professional and caring and very good at communicating any concerns or changes in Mum's health. Communication from the office staff is also very
good. They are easy to contact and always pass on any concerns from the carers to me immediately. I am very happy to recommend Right at Home.

Right at Home Hemel Hempstead have been looking after my dad since December 2025. My first contact was with the Deputy Manager who was informative, understanding and organised. I was very impressed with how quickly she arranged care and also how helpful she has continued to be with any queries I have
had. My dad is very happy with his carers who go out of their way to support him in the community so that he can retain a good degree of independence and they have also responded last-minute, demonstrating excellent flexibility to assist with appointments etc. Having researched may different agencies, I am 100% happy that I chose Right at Home Hemel Hempstead and can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Excellent care provided for my mother, and agency responsive to queries/changing needs. Agency has now provided for my mother for well over a year. Particularly impressed with care given since my mother's recent discharge from hospital with serious illness and complex needs. Live-in care works really
well with the family and her care and support of my mother is first class. Relief carers (to enable live in carer to have her daily break) also great, and some of them have built up very good rapport with my mother and have been happy to help her with things she enjoys (like cooking). They have also provided good company for her.

I found Right at Home Hemel Hempstead on line and their reviews were fantastic and they didn't disappoint. I dealt mainly with the Deputy Care Manager and from my first contact with her their service was impeccable. My mother had recently had a fall and broken her arm and needed assistance for an
hour every morning to get up washed, dressed and items prepped for her meals for the day and other house chores. All the carers that came to visit her were really friendly and kind and got on really well with my mum and did a great job looking after her.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

Right at home Hemel Hempstead have been looking after my mother in her home for the past few months. I'm extremely happy with the care my mum has been receiving. The office team deal with any queries promptly and are super friendly and professional. The carers themselves are very kind and understanding
when dealing with my mother. I feel very confident that she's being looked after well. I would definitely recommend this company to others in the local area.

The Managers were excellent and always there to help with any problems that arose. Also, all the carers went above and beyond with their care for my Mum and Dad. I would definitely recommend Right at Home to anyone needing care in the home.

The team carers have been great. They have supported both my parents to stay at home. They are professional and hardworking, and have offered practical and emotional support to my mum, who is the full-time carer for my dad.

My wife needed care following hospitalisation for the implanting of a heart pacemaker. The arrangements were made by the manager and her team and they could not have been more helpful. The carer chosen was just excellent; the care she provides for my wife is of the highest standard and greatly appreciated
- she is a lovely person and nothing is too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend Right at Home.

My father needed care set in place urgently and this was accommodated within 5 days, excellent service, fantastic care so far, the same carer each time as much as possible building a rappor with my dad who is late stages of dementia

Right at Home has provided excellent care for my mum since last October until now when she moved in to sheltered accommodation. All of the carers that mum came in to contact with have looked after her with compassion and professionalism. The communication flow between the management team, the carers
and myself was excellent. It helped so much to know, sometimes each day, how the visit had gone and how mum was. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone looking for professional and compassionate support for themselves or their relative.

We have been using Right at Home since December 2024 and are truly delighted with the service we have been receiving. We have a carer come to our home for two hours a day, four times a week and the two individuals allocated to us on rotation are both charming people whose company we enjoy. Nothing is
ever too much trouble for either of them to take on and complete in the most helpful and efficient manner. The Manager is also excellent and extremely helpful and clearly has the respect of all her carers.
