The result was that both Mum and the family could develop a trusting and understanding relationship. RAH was always approachable and responsive as needs changed or if the situation required it. For example, Mum became upset about the approach an individual carer had taken with her and RAH involved the family in a review which improved practice. RAH instigated regular and comprehensive care reviews which all parties found very helpful. Mum made good connections with her caregivers and we are pleased we chose RAH.
