John needed assistance mainly to shower and dress. These needs were met very well by RAH. He also enjoyed their company whilst I could do other things away from home.

At a very difficult time in our lives, the last few months of my husband's life your carers gave me invaluable, kind and expert help to enable me to care for him. I know I could not have managed without them and for that I am most grateful.

Right at Home have provided care for my husband for nearly 6 years. More recently his physical and cognitive needs have worsened significantly. I am so happy with the care provided, not only for my husband but also the genuine care afforded to me. Last week I became ill and was unable to assist as normal. Immediatley they were able to arrange double handed calls and an extra call during the day as requested, so I was able to rest and get better. Also the office staff were regularly in touch with me to see how I was, and how my husband was in this different situation. They offered to provide additional care if needed, and were very flexible. I would also comment that the carers are without exception compassionate and understanding of my husband's needs, and seem able to manage his often difficult behaviour with skill. Also, they come on time, and stay for the agreed time. I have no reservations in recommending this company,

From the initial assessment to 4 weeks in on of weekly care for my mother Right at Home found the best combination of being extremely professional, understanding and empathic towards both mine and my mother's needs. They listened to both mine and my mothers needs with great understanding.

From start to finish Right at Home High Wycombe have been brilliant. We have had such good service from all concerned. The person who stands out most is Nichola who we first met on my dads induction. Pleasant, kind and very helpful. The whole care team did a fantastic job in keeping my dad comfortable for the last few months of his life. He liked all he carers that came round. But he did have a soft spot for ( Nichola) I can't Thank the whole team enough for there hardwork and dedication in looking after my dad. On a side note and only for information. We originally had some other carers supplied by the council and you can tell the difference between the Private care system and the council care system, they are world's apart. RAH provided lunchtime care for my mother who is in her nineties. From the initial visit RAH took time to understand her care needs and were particularly attentive to her communication needs. The care givers were efficient, kind and cheerful and provided good company as well as attentive care. The office staff were always helpful and responsive. Overall a good company to deal with and some lovely people who provided excellent care.

I was getting desperate for help with care for my lovely mum. We were visited by Giles and his deputy Kelly. They were both so calming and informative I felt confident that their services were just what we needed. We organised overnight care at weekends to give me a break. Mum had regular carers Kelly and Vanessa. They built a relationship very quickly with mum and she enjoyed having them stay with her. Her relationship with Kelly particularly made her feel safe and I felt safe and could relax knowing mum was in their care. The compassion and kind nature of mums two wonderful carers made me feel I was leaving her with someone who would care as I did. Giles was very understanding of how caring for a loved one is and even at short notice would best sort out help when extra was needed. I couldn't recommend them more and words cannot describe my appreciation for their help well enough. I thank you all at Right at Home for helping me through the last few months of my mums life.

Very short notice of increased carer cover requirement, after a long period of fairly limited requirement. This was provided almost seamlessly and to our entire satisfaction. This follows a long period of mainly limited, but again, very satisfactory all-around support. We would have no hesitation in recommending Right at Home for caring needs.

We have received an outstanding service. Right from the very start, the Managing Director personally responded to my enquiry and it was a relief to speak with someone who truly understood not just what I was having to deal with but also how the rest of my family and in particular my parents were feeling as we were taking on care for the very first time. He and the rest of his team went out of their way to understand our needs and help us to feel comfortable with our care arrangements. We were so impressed by the service from Right at Home (Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern). The management team, especially the manager, were very good to deal with and all of the carers were friendly and supportive. Although my father was the one having the care (due to dementia and mobility issues following a fall), the carers were a great support for my mother too as she felt quite isolated due to my father's dementia. The carers all recognised this and ensured they chatted to my mum. We were all so pleased with the service and would recommend Right at Home to anyone.

Only joined Right at Home at the beginning of May 2025 following cessation of previous care provider. Experience generally good but various communication issues as to service times took a while is settle down. Service provision satisfactory and a nice group of care staff.

We were very happy with the service. RAH provided carers for mum for a short time as her mobility deteriorated and the requirement changed frequently. The carer was always very responsive and flexible, and mum found the carers to be generally very good.
