My husband is disabled and I am suffering from arthritis and cannot do everything he needs. I also go away for a break and leave him alone. The service we get is exemplary. They turn up on time do an excellent job and go beyond what's needed. We are both very happy.

I have dealt with lots of care agencies during my career and when caring for my own mum. I have been and continue to be extremely impressed by the services that Right at Home provide. Time keeping is excellent, everyone I have met treats my partners mum with such care compassion and dignity. It is a marvel to watch them work with mum to encourage her to do tasks that we sometimes struggle with. They support us and educate us on how to encourage mum to mobilise, eat, keep us informed of any changes in medication or concerns. I have never come across another agency that goes above and beyond to enable us to support mum at home. They are truly remarkable people who work quietly and politely in the background on family gatherings and Christmas. The team are very trustworthy, with a good work ethic demonstrating commitment and flexibility every day of the year. Thanks to everyone at Right at Home Reading and Wokingham.

Right at Home (Reading and Wokingham District) have been caring for our Mum for years and from the beginning have been a godsend for the family. Each one of the care staff I have met over the years has been bright, cheerful, friendly, extremely caring, observant and competent, uncomplaining, punctual and good natured. The management team have always been responsive, helpful and engaging and have often gone 'above and beyond' to provide a level of assistance that has both delighted and amazed us in our hour of greatest need. Quite frankly the whole package delivered by Right at Home is second to none in my opinion and I am so thankful that they were able to take on our Mum's care - she is in very good hands - hands that we know care deeply about her wellbeing and which deliver excellence each and every day.

The staff are really friendly and help my mum with a really wide variety of tasks. The management are courteous, responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

We initially contacted RAH for professional advice and care for our Mum who is still living independently. Mum and I met her companion in her home with Georgia. I could tell immediately how caring and warm she was and most importantly, Mum seemed to bond with her straightaway. This was such a relief for me, as we were going away and I was riddled with guilt and worry about leaving Mum. Mum's companion visited a couple of times before our holiday, which enabled me to relax a little and Mum to get to know her more, and I could gently ask Mum if she was happy. Whilst away, Mum and her companion phoned me twice a week via a messaging app, which was amazing. I thought this was so kind and thoughtful and it reassured me so much. Mum's carer is a true professional who obviously is gifted in caring for people. She is so aware of Mum's situation and makes her feel safe and happy. Occasionally Mum wears the same jumper etc., which her carer notices. In a lovely manner together they choose a different outfit. She brushes her hair, massages her hands, and makes sure she looks lovely. She makes Mum feel special. She also prepares her lunch and they sit together with a cup of tea... the perfect friend! Mum's companion also works so hard in cleaning her bathrooms, kitchen, hoovering etc. She fills her bird feeders and takes her shopping for a few items. She will accompany Mum to the senior group if Mum doesn't have her keep fit class. Mum's carer is so professional and genuinely kind. I feel we are blessed to have her looking after our mum. Mum has completely bonded with her and looks forward to her visits. Mum has a new friend now... which is the very best compliment. Thank you for sharing her with us, as we are so lucky to have her in our lives.

The carers are professional and very attentive and cheer me up every day. They deal with all the little jobs I need as they arrive.

All of this adds up to our Dad being able to continue living in his home of more than 50 years with as much comfort and dignity as possible.

For me, the key advantage of having a small company involved is that you get a consistent service, which is totally tailored to the needs of your loved one (and at times yourself). Kevin, Leisa and the team have always gone above and beyond; to meet my expectations whilst listening to and maintaining my mother-in-law's dignity, and therefore they have managed to bring joy and happiness into her daily life. We were just so lucky to find them.

The team are truly amazing, consistently providing the highest standard of care and going above and beyond on a regular basis. They care for my parents with professionalism, compassion and understanding. As family members we are also cared for and given invaluable advice and support. We have been using Right at Home for the last few years for my mum who is suffering with dementia. I have to say that the whole team have been fantastic and I really don't know how we would cope without them. They look after my mum so well and are always ready to go the extra mile to help out. Leisa and Kevin are always on hand to give expert advice and the ladies who visit mum are without exception total stars. I can thoroughly recommend the team to anyone who is looking for a first class service.

I can not praise the reading and Wokingham district team enough. My mother has daily visits from various members of the team and has done for the last year. She really enjoys their company and looks forward to seeing them daily. The team have been a huge help since my father died in supporting my mother with companionship and work around the house. I couldn't recommend them enough.

The RaH Team are really quite exceptional! They have been providing regular care visits to my (increasingly frail) 95 year-old Dad - and also to my Mum, who has Dementia - for several years now (up to three times daily), and the reliability, adaptability, empathy and kindness of both the Carers themselves, and the Management Team, are pretty much faultless.

Would recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for high-quality Home Care for their nearest and dearest.

I have had a really great experience with Right at Home from the first contact and assessment. I was very reassured and relieved that there would be tailored support on leaving the hospital. Once home, the care and support was just what I needed, and the people with me were lovely, listening to what I needed and helping wherever needed. I can't fault the service I have received.
