I cannot begin to tell you what a difference having Saroj as a carer for mum makes. Not just to mum, but for me as a daughter living 420 miles away. She is such a kind person and shows compassion and understanding at all times. She is excellent at her job.
Her twice daily visits enables mum to remain
in her own house and mum looks forward to seeing her.

We contacted Right at Home at short notice asking for support for my father as we wanted to bring him home from hospital, as he was end of life. The office team were very understanding and supportive. They put together a very personalised care plan to make my dad's last few days as comfortable as possible.
Right at home chose an amazing carer who not only provided exceptional care for my father but went above and beyond to make it as easy for us as a family. We truly appreciate the care and support received from all of the team.

The care is good, wide range of expertise and had to deal with difficult patient. The provided a bespoke service and on special occasions were able to provide additional care to meet extended demands.
They rotated staff around a few favourites to ensure a fresh approach whilst keeping familiarity.
On the whole they were flexible if given sufficient notice.
They were reliable and one could have confidence that they would manage finances and care equally professionally.
They were approachable with concerns.
On the whole I'd use them again

We are so thankful that we found your care agency and we will make sure to recommend it warmly to anyone looking for top quality care in central London. We appreciated how personalised it was, how sensitive you were to our needs. You listened, you truly cared, you supported us and advised us when we
were trying to navigate the NHS and Social care system, and when we were finding it hard to access palliative care services. You also helped to coordinate the different services when we couldn't figure it out. You were always available on message. Your carers are great human beings and when we didn't hit it off with a couple, you followed up the issues without making a big deal over it and made sure not to book them again for us. I'm extremely happy with the care provided by Right at Home. The carers were kind, professional, and truly compassionate, and they treated my loved one with dignity and respect at all times.
The level of care and attention was exceptional, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing they were in such
capable hands. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout, and it was obvious that the team genuinely cared.

Right at Home are providing daily personal care to support my elderly relative, who has dementia and sustained an injury due to a fall. Her husband also needs support. From the initial contact, RAH have provided a very professional service - the telephone enquiry, the home assessment visit and the
carers.
The carer is very professional, caring and supportive and has established a positive and warm relationship with both of them. She goes over and above, e.g. ringing to remind about medication. RAH states that there will be 'no strangers' and they have been true to their word. They also suggested reducing their input from twice to once daily which has worked well.
My relatives are very pleased with the care provided and for me it is a great comfort to know they are so well supported and I will be contacted should there be cause for concern.
My hope is that as my cousin's conditions worsen we will be able to increase RAH's input to support her and her husband,

I was so impressed with Right At home and the care they gave my relative who had developed Alzheimer's. From the very first meeting with Hakeem through to the office staff and all the carers who visited my uncle the level of care and professionalism was so high.
The carers were kind and offered companionship
and daily living support to my uncle ensuring he stayed safe, ate proper meals and had social interaction.
It gave me such peace of mind to know the carers were popping in three times a day .
The communication was great and there was an app where I was able to read the notes to see how things were going. Highly recommend Right At Home. They really care about their clients.

Has been coping well since 23rd but did need initially a lot of help as whilst walking without aids and needed assistance after the fall which dramatically changed things as I was unable to weight bear and manage pain. Found the Right at Home very good and good people to work with. My mental state

We used right at home carers when our elderly mum was living at home but very frail and with dementia.
We needed extra help during the night and the carers who came were brilliant. They were always so gentle and caring and considerate.
We always felt completely confident that our mum was in
good hands.
The company were very professional and always on hand with advise and were able to help us out often at short notice. When mum then had to be looked after in a hospice they came there as well to sit with her in the evenings . We were so pleased to have their support and Id highly recommend their team.

1) We have been most happy with the experience of this firm. First, they looked after my husband who had a back operation and was unable to stand . Then - much physiothotherapy and slow but gradual improvement.
2) At first we had service 6 days a week..Then we continued with Giselle, only (August
- December 2-25 ). All those selected for help were excellent, especially Giselle (who introduced many of the other candidates). From this firm, we had much help with healthcare, cooking, shopping, cleaning, gardening. Especially Giselle no-one could have done better, She was always punctual, always in good humour.
3) Our thanks too to Sarah - a very empathetic carer who was extremely helpful in her guidance on my husband's case.

The team at Right at Home, have been absolutely out of this world in providing the extra care and support my Dad needed. The main carer for my Dad is a legend, kind, careing and has the patience of a saint she certainly lifted my Dads spirtes every time she came to visit. I can not thank you guys enough

While looking for carers for my dad I stumbled across this company.
I was able to arrange a meeting at my convenience within a few days fitting into my schedule.
We were given respect and support straight away and arranged carers for the following week.
The carer has been wonderful for my dad
as he was feeling very low, she is so helpful and friendly and makes the grumpy old man smile and sometimes even laugh which is wonderful to hear from my dad. I am able to see the notes of the visit on a secure app which gives me peace of mind as well.

I am extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by Right at Home during a very challenging time. Being overseas while supporting my mother was incredibly stressful, and Right at Home stepped in exactly when I needed help the most. They initially began as a companionship service
but quickly recognised that my mother's needs were more complex. They assessed her situation, identified what additional support was required, and acted immediately. They were strong advocates for my mum and ensured she received the appropriate level of care. Tanya and Sarah were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently supportive. They took the time to understand my mother's needs and gave me complete confidence that she was being properly cared for, even while I was managing everything from overseas. Communication was excellent throughout.I would wholeheartedly recommend Right at Home.

Having met Sarah and Tanya in person, who both assessed our needs, my wife and I were expecting something exceptional from Right at Home. Our expectations were met when we were introduced to the delightful Vidaya, a trained nurse from Nepal, who provided empathetic and sensitive care at home for my
wife. Vidaya's medical knowledge was most helpful when we selected a blood pressure meter for home use. We found it most reassuring to receive care from a medically qualified person. We have no reservation in recommending Right at Home to anyone seeking the very best care at home.

My mother is receiving most excellent service and care from everyone involved. Managers, Tanya and Sarah, visit and contact me regularly. Communication is incredible. All carers are lovely, but Marina is on another scale. My mother was recently ill and in hospital and I was away. Marina stayed
with her through the whole process. Tanya and Sarah visited her in hospital and ensured she had the best treatment.
Marina gives my mother confidence, chats to her about current affairs, linguistics and family. She really is the carer one would wish for for a loved one.
