Generally though the care is good and staff are always helpful.

Completely charming, willing a very capable carer, nothing too much trouble. Very efficient and gets through a good number of tasks each visit. Very cheerful and helpful nature. Will miss her! She is a credit to your organisation. Would seriously recommend her for promotion, has enhanced my day each time!

From the initial review of my needs, to the last day of my care package, I was treated with kindness, care, and so well looked after. My carer was exceptionally kind and attentive, the manager of the team was flexible with a package tailored to my needs, and the staff at the end of the phone and email were supportive and ready to help. I would like to give special thanks to my lovely carer who brightened up my recovery from surgery, and who truly understood the challenges of recovery and made sure I did not do too much. Right at Home, I can't thank you enough!

We have been very happy with the standard of care provided by Right at Home. Recently my wife had an infection and the carers really excelled during this difficult time. They were proactive in their approach, and their skill and experience was apparent. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to their efforts my wife could stay at home and recover.

Every part of dealing with Right at Home in Hounslow has been extermely professional. From the on-boarding process to staff interaction to creating a working routine for my aunt, the team lead by Sanjay (Owner/manager) have been caring, engaging and attentive. Mum has always received excellent care, our main carer has always felt like part of the family. On the occasions when she was unable to attend we were sent, kind, capable and efficient replacements, they were all dedicated and had been introduced to her prior to their visits . The agency has always been communicative, helpful, kind, understanding, supportive and flexible. I could not recommend RAH more highly.

I used Right at Home to provide in home carers for my father between February 2023 and May 2026. Throughout this time they provided a rota of fabulous caregivers, two or three of whom were regulars throughout the entire period. This continuity enabled him to establish proper trusting relationships with them which was crucial as his care needs increased. Communications with carers and the management team were always clear and the latter were extremely helpful with additional issues such as hospital/GP appointments, medication collection etc. I really cannot fault them and would recommend to anyone.

Her professionalism, knowledge, empathy, humour really kept us sane. She went to the hotel within an hour to rescue my mum and daughter when I first touched base with her and sorted all things medical and beyond in the following week - thanks Sarah

I have been constantly impressed with Right at Home's care and support for our elderly friend from the very start. Their team go above and beyond and were proactive and really accommodating in the period up to and around Easter. Communication is clear and effective and nothing ever appears to be too much trouble.

Right at Home Bromley have been outstanding from day one . Mum's two carers are wondeful and relate to her really well, which is so important Right at Home matched them to her needs wonderfully well They really look after her ,as well as giving her companionship at the same time. The managers and staff are excellent, checking up regularly on their service and also on Mum's safety. I know she is in good hands with them and they also help me by being friendly and approachable and professional whatever the question whenever I contact them.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Right at Home Bromley. From the outset, their approach has been thoughtful, professional and genuinely caring. They take the time to understand individual needs and tailor the support accordingly.
