This is care the way it should be.
Every carer knows their job inside out,and actually take the time to talk to my uncle.
Attention to detail is 100%.
Any health issues are instantly recognised and dealt with eg specimens sent,GP or pharmacist contacted.
Faulty or missing equipement is dealt with.
Food
is whatever he fancies-either shop bought or made from scratch-they are excellent cooks.
They make sure he drinks enough,eats regularly,clean and tidy the flat,put shopping away.
They communicate with each other and with me.


I really cannot praise the team enough and am overjoyed that we found them-I now never ever worry about my uncle because he is in very safe hands .

We have received excellent responsive service from Right at Home throughout our experience. Our Mum truly appreciates the support, kindness, and dedication shown by every member of the care team, which has made a meaningful difference to their daily life. The company has been consistently flexible
and attentive to changing needs, increasing the level of care support promptly as required. Their help has been invaluable to our family, particularly in navigating the transition from hospital to home. They have provided not only practical support but also reassurance during what has been a very challenging time. The move to home-based care has helped maintain a level of independence that is incredibly important to her. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Right at Home as a compassionate, reliable and professional care provider.

I needed professional cover for my frail husband for three days whilst I was away organising our house removal to London. The live-in cover provided by this company was outstanding. He was bathed, fed, monitored and entertained. The lovely lady they sent at very short notice was very experienced.
She was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also very caring.


I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.

I cannot begin to tell you what a difference having Saroj as a carer for mum makes. Not just to mum, but for me as a daughter living 420 miles away. She is such a kind person and shows compassion and understanding at all times. She is excellent at her job.
Her twice daily visits enables mum to remain

We contacted Right at Home at short notice asking for support for my father as we wanted to bring him home from hospital, as he was end of life. The office team were very understanding and supportive. They put together a very personalised care plan to make my dad's last few days as comfortable as possible.
Right at home chose an amazing carer who not only provided exceptional care for my father but went above and beyond to make it as easy for us as a family. We truly appreciate the care and support received from all of the team.

The care is good, wide range of expertise and had to deal with difficult patient. The provided a bespoke service and on special occasions were able to provide additional care to meet extended demands.
They rotated staff around a few favourites to ensure a fresh approach whilst keeping familiarity.
On the whole they were flexible if given sufficient notice.
They were reliable and one could have confidence that they would manage finances and care equally professionally.
They were approachable with concerns.
On the whole I'd use them again

We appreciated how personalised it was, how sensitive you were to our needs. You listened, you truly cared, you supported us and advised us when we
were trying to navigate the NHS and Social care system, and when we were finding it hard to access palliative care services. You also helped to coordinate the different services when we couldn't figure it out. You were always available on message. Right at Home are providing daily personal care to support my elderly relative, who has dementia and sustained an injury due to a fall. Her husband also needs support. From the initial contact, RAH have provided a very professional service - the telephone enquiry, the home assessment visit and the
carers.
The carer is very professional, caring and supportive and has established a positive and warm relationship with both of them. She goes over and above, e.g. ringing to remind about medication. RAH states that there will be 'no strangers' and they have been true to their word. They also suggested reducing their input from twice to once daily which has worked well.
My relatives are very pleased with the care provided and for me it is a great comfort to know they are so well supported and I will be contacted should there be cause for concern.
My hope is that as my cousin's conditions worsen we will be able to increase RAH's input to support her and her husband,

I was so impressed with Right At home and the care they gave my relative who had developed Alzheimer's. From the very first meeting with Hakeem through to the office staff and all the carers who visited my uncle the level of care and professionalism was so high.
The carers were kind and offered companionship
and daily living support to my uncle ensuring he stayed safe, ate proper meals and had social interaction.
It gave me such peace of mind to know the carers were popping in three times a day .
The communication was great and there was an app where I was able to read the notes to see how things were going. Highly recommend Right At Home. They really care about their clients.

Has been coping well since 23rd but did need initially a lot of help as whilst walking without aids and needed assistance after the fall which dramatically changed things as I was unable to weight bear and manage pain. Found the Right at Home very good and good people to work with. My mental state
has improved a lot and I am not so befuddled.

We needed extra help during the night and the carers who came were brilliant. They were always so gentle and caring and considerate.
We always felt completely confident that our mum was in
good hands.
The company were very professional and always on hand with advise and were able to help us out often at short notice. When mum then had to be looked after in a hospice they came there as well to sit with her in the evenings . We were so pleased to have their support and Id highly recommend their team.
