Our carer was a delight. Sge arrived promptly and immediately gave us confidence that we, my wife in particular, were in good hands. My wife spoke very well of her on my return saying that she was very helpful and kind and caring. I was so relieved as despite carers assurances that everything would
be taken care of I was a little anxious - it was our first experience of having a carer in. I will certainly book her for my nest away from home engagement. Brilliant service.

I was told about RAH by a service user and have been very satisfied with the service I have received. I have found the staff kind and empathetic.They are well selected and trained. l especially appreciate their ability to get me to focus without bullying as I am inclined to want to talk rather than
to concentrate on the things I need help with ie on line shopping and managing the mobile phone and iPad updating as I don't have access to any young experts!
The organisation is reliable with information about the next week's service arriving regularly. I also appreciate that my care is provided by 3 carers enabling me to better use their skills as I get to know their strengths.
To conclude this service is well designed to be both flexible and user friendly and I am very pleased to be benefiting from the services it provides.

We used Right at Home for a week to help mum while I was on holiday. All of the carers were lovely and friendly. They helped mum to take her medication and made sure she had had her dinner. They chatted and kept mum company. We also used the time to go for a walk with Mum one afternoon. Mum especially
loved that day and all the company.

I cannot speak highly enough about the healthcare professional and how pleased I am with her care. Her calm presence and professionalism made a huge difference to what could have become very stressful nights. She was punctual, kind, knowledgeable and reassuring without being intrusive. Mother lives with me and has dementia. I was away for 3 nights and normally I am a full time carer to her. I have a farely rigid routine with her as this is the only way things get done and also she has become incontinant over the last 6 months which make it that much more involved. She can go from
sweet old lady to an awkward, sweary non compliant banshee in the blink of an eye. The carer did a good job under the circumstances and gave me the details on my return.
With hindsight, I think if a carer was there to observe while I got her up, showered and dressed before I left, then it would have made things easier going forward.
I have used and would use RaH again as they used the same carer for all 14 visits, which I think gives better understanding and continuity.

I contacted several care providers over the summer looking for help with my elderley aunt who has early stages of dementia together with alcohol and codeine misuse. Right At Home were very different to the others: a) they were happy to take my aunt on as a client and b) I immediately liked the friendliness
and openness of Susanne in the office. The way I see it, appointing a team of carers is like welcoming someone into your family, so you had better get on and be honest, open and friendly from the very start.
Since working with Right At Home (Barnet) for around a month now, the team have consistently gone beyond what I thought they would do . I can always reach someone when I need to; Having refused a care package some months ago with another provider, my aunt adores the current team of 3 and welcomes them with a smile every day (despite not being entirely sure why they are there). Susanne has been wonderfully proactive, even liaising with doctors and pharmacist. Recommended.

Right at Home is a fantastic service! The carers are all wonderful people and all unique. They always make my dad feel so special, talking to him. And they deal with any problems that arise. They're extremely fastidious and professional with medication and go with Dad to appointments when necessary.

From the start we have had a positive experience with Right at Home. The initial meeting to understand our needs was thorough and their diligence resulted in carers who are incredibly compassionate. The carers went above and beyond to support my mother and make a difficult situation much more manageable

The Manager and her team have been extremely supportive and flexible in establishing a carer in my mum's life. They understood my mum's resistance and matched ideal carers who my mum has really connected to. They have gone above and beyond responding to incidents outside of prearranged times to ensure
my mum is safe and taken care of. Including accompanying my mum to the memory cafe voluntarily. It is great to have a local service that I can rely on as the main carer of my mum I can trust that Right at Home will respond if I need to. They quickly understood my mums needs and responded appropriately.

Right at Home has been very supportive and acted professionally, helping mum deal with and cope with dementia. After looking into adding night care, my sisters and I met the team and immediately felt at ease. There was an instant bond with mum, as if they had known each other for years. They were so
kind and gentle with her, listening and understanding what her needs were. Everything was in place till mum had a stroke,
We ended up not going ahead, but we had the support. My family and I haven't had it easy since mum went into the hospital. The agency has made visits and continues to advise us to this day. I would highly recommend them as they don't mind going that extra mile to make their clients happy. They are considerate and continue to take calls at any time. We have this ongoing relationship to which I hope continues once mum comes home. Thank you very much.

The NEXT BEST thing you can do find them IF something happens. My fit 82 year old father had a fall land landing on his face (on concrete)
and we feared the worst. Whilst recovery was well managed in hospital by the NHS, our real worry was how to manage his re-entry into his home where we were worried that things could happen again. This when we were connected to Right at Home who literally swooped in (at the hospital stage) starting with Raunaq who confidently held our hands through the onboarding process to Nusrat who appeared like Florence Nightingale the very next day getting us all harmoniously on the same page as it pertained to his care. At home is where the magic happens. The carers went above and beyond ensuring dad got back on his feet in no time. We just celebrated Dads 83rd I will forever be in their debt!
