I have been constantly impressed with Right at Home's care and support for our elderly friend from the very start. Their team go above and beyond and were proactive and really accommodating in the period up to and around Easter. Communication is clear and effective and nothing ever appears to be too much trouble.

Right at Home Bromley have been outstanding from day one . Mum's two carers are wondeful and relate to her really well, which is so important Right at Home matched them to her needs wonderfully well They really look after her ,as well as giving her companionship at the same time. The managers and staff are excellent, checking up regularly on their service and also on Mum's safety. I know she is in good hands with them and they also help me by being friendly and approachable and professional whatever the question whenever I contact them.

Very helpful, would recommend service. Good relationships with carers. All caring and friendly.

I spent my life helping others and it feels weird to have to depend on people now but I am so grateful that I have them. This review applies to Right at Home for all of 2025 thru to present date. Right at Home provide care visits for my elderly mother and help her maintain a qualitive lifestyle at 95+ in her own home. All the team at RaH are caring, knowlegable and ever so friendly - they are both patient and driven to ensure each visit is special. My mother is so impressed and looks forward to their visits with great enthuisisam which is completley replicated by RaH! I can throughly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Right at Home. My carer was fantastic (I am not allowed to share names, but I hope she is acknowledged). She was knowledgeable, experienced and definitely made sure I accomplished what was needed even when I did not want to... kindly, of course! I found the communication to be by far the best I have seen from other care groups and with a unique illness and needs, they were able to tailor to me as I needed. Right at Home is a professional home care group that will advocate, support and handle so many medical communications and needs, that I would have been at a loss without them. I would highly recommend them!

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service. It's of great comfort to me knowing my elderly uncle is being so well looked after and happy. Nothing has been too much trouble for the team and they are always there to step in and go beyond when needed. I'd definitely recommend them.

Right at Home have been helping my mother to maintain her independence, to get out and enjoy life, despite her limitations. The service has been excellent. Communication from management with me has been clear and helpful at all times, and the carer made my mother feel at home from the outset.

As a family we have had a very positive experience with RAH Wimbledon, Putney & Kingston. I have found them to be very professional whenever I have been in touch with the team who provide such excellent care for my 90 year old mother who is living on her own. They have worked hard over the last couple of years to find the right match for my mother. Her current caregiver is outstanding, we are all really pleased with how well she looks after mum, cheerful and friendly and a genuine help. The team have listened to any feedback we had and responded well, they have also been quick and reliable when we have needed to ask for extra help eg when mum was unwell or needs to be taken to appointments. Overall RAH are delivering well on our priority which is that our mum has the best care.

I have always found the care managers both empathetic and understanding in dealing with a problem. They are reassuring and supportive and are alert to heading off a crisis before it occurs. The care workers themselves are reliable, conscientious, polite, punctual and a pleasure to work with, and my daughter (the client) is confident and relaxed in their company. Great teamwork!

My uncle has been very well cared for, everything is taken care of and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. Knowing that he is happy at a difficult time in his life means the world. Choosing care for my dad, who is living with dementia, was one of the hardest decisions I have had to make, but Right at Home (Hillingdon & Uxbridge) have been really very helpful and their carers are extremely understanding.

From the very beginning, they showed genuine understanding of dementia and the challenges that come with it-not just for my Dad, but for me as his Daughter too. The carers are patient, kind, and take the time to really connect with him, even on days when he is confused or unsettled. They never rush him and always treat him with dignity and respect.

What means the most to me is that they have built a relationship with him. They know how to support him in a calm and reassuring way. It's made a huge difference to his wellbeing.

I would recommend the team at Right at Home and they have also helped keeping me informed of external factors that could make Dads life even easier.
