All the carers provided an excellent service for my mother in law, especially towards the end. They were always caring, thoughtful and efficient. The company is very good, always checking in to make sure you're happy with the service. They are able to tailor to specific needs and requirements and it's nice to have the familiarity with the same regular carers.

I cannot recommend Right at Home London highly enough. They are currently looking after my 97-year-old father, and the level of service they provide is nothing short of outstanding.Finding the right care for an elderly parent is always a daunting and emotional process, but the team made the transition seamless. From our very first contact, their professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind.The caregivers are incredible. They treat my father with the utmost dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. I used the service on August 2026. I was collected by Right at Home Harrow from my home in Moss Lane at 10:30am and taken to the Right at Home and given lunch and care (including playing Bingo). There were 5 of us and a carer and I felt it was very well run and very enjoyable. I was taken back to my home at 2:30pm and I was very thankful for a happy morning at a very good lunch.

Very happy with home help

Very pleased with the service. The carers came in 4 times a day, to look after our aunt. She had Dementia and could be very difficult and stubborn at times, but they accepted it. The only reason we had to cancel the service, was she started to wander on her own. She is now in a care home

Right at Home have looked after my mother in her home for many months. The carers were reliable, kind and accommodated my mothers wishes. On occasion they stayed longer and liaised with ambulance staff to ensure she received the care she needed. They also kept us informed of any issues or concerns.

Completely charming, willing a very capable carer, nothing too much trouble. Very efficient and gets through a good number of tasks each visit. Very cheerful and helpful nature. Will miss her! From the initial review of my needs, to the last day of my care package, I was treated with kindness, care, and so well looked after. My carer was exceptionally kind and attentive, the manager of the team was flexible with a package tailored to my needs, and the staff at the end of the phone and email were supportive and ready to help. I would like to give special thanks to my lovely carer who brightened up my recovery from surgery, and who truly understood the challenges of recovery and made sure I did not do too much. Right at Home, I can't thank you enough!

We have been very happy with the standard of care provided by Right at Home. Recently my wife had an infection and the carers really excelled during this difficult time. They were proactive in their approach, and their skill and experience was apparent. Nothing was too much trouble and thanks to their efforts my wife could stay at home and recover.
