Has been coping well since 23rd but did need initially a lot of help as whilst walking without aids and needed assistance after the fall which dramatically changed things as I was unable to weight bear and manage pain. Found the Right at Home very good and good people to work with. My mental state
has improved a lot and I am not so befuddled.

We used right at home carers when our elderly mum was living at home but very frail and with dementia.
We needed extra help during the night and the carers who came were brilliant. They were always so gentle and caring and considerate.
We always felt completely confident that our mum was in
good hands.
The company were very professional and always on hand with advise and were able to help us out often at short notice. When mum then had to be looked after in a hospice they came there as well to sit with her in the evenings . We were so pleased to have their support and Id highly recommend their team.

1) We have been most happy with the experience of this firm. First, they looked after my husband who had a back operation and was unable to stand . Then - much physiothotherapy and slow but gradual improvement.
2) At first we had service 6 days a week..Then we continued with Giselle, only (August
- December 2-25 ). All those selected for help were excellent, especially Giselle (who introduced many of the other candidates). From this firm, we had much help with healthcare, cooking, shopping, cleaning, gardening. Especially Giselle no-one could have done better, She was always punctual, always in good humour.
3) Our thanks too to Sarah - a very empathetic carer who was extremely helpful in her guidance on my husband's case.

The team at Right at Home, have been absolutely out of this world in providing the extra care and support my Dad needed. The main carer for my Dad is a legend, kind, careing and has the patience of a saint she certainly lifted my Dads spirtes every time she came to visit. I can not thank you guys enough

While looking for carers for my dad I stumbled across this company.
I was able to arrange a meeting at my convenience within a few days fitting into my schedule.
We were given respect and support straight away and arranged carers for the following week.
The carer has been wonderful for my dad
as he was feeling very low, she is so helpful and friendly and makes the grumpy old man smile and sometimes even laugh which is wonderful to hear from my dad. I am able to see the notes of the visit on a secure app which gives me peace of mind as well.
Top class caring and as a family we are very grateful.

I am extremely grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion shown by Right at Home during a very challenging time. Being overseas while supporting my mother was incredibly stressful, and Right at Home stepped in exactly when I needed help the most. They initially began as a companionship service
but quickly recognised that my mother's needs were more complex. They assessed her situation, identified what additional support was required, and acted immediately. They were strong advocates for my mum and ensured she received the appropriate level of care. Tanya and Sarah were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently supportive. They took the time to understand my mother's needs and gave me complete confidence that she was being properly cared for, even while I was managing everything from overseas. Communication was excellent throughout.I would wholeheartedly recommend Right at Home.

Having met Sarah and Tanya in person, who both assessed our needs, my wife and I were expecting something exceptional from Right at Home. Our expectations were met when we were introduced to the delightful Vidaya, a trained nurse from Nepal, who provided empathetic and sensitive care at home for my
wife. Vidaya's medical knowledge was most helpful when we selected a blood pressure meter for home use. We found it most reassuring to receive care from a medically qualified person. We have no reservation in recommending Right at Home to anyone seeking the very best care at home.

My mother is receiving most excellent service and care from everyone involved. Managers, Tanya and Sarah, visit and contact me regularly. Communication is incredible. All carers are lovely, but Marina is on another scale. My mother was recently ill and in hospital and I was away. Marina stayed
with her through the whole process. Tanya and Sarah visited her in hospital and ensured she had the best treatment.
Marina gives my mother confidence, chats to her about current affairs, linguistics and family. She really is the carer one would wish for for a loved one.

1)All carers arrive at the expected time (unless there is an unexpected emergency).
They are pleasant and patient with my mother, despite being told off by her now and then!
2)Communication is good, and most issues can be resolved as both carers and management seem to be committed to providing a
high standard of care.
Overall, I would say we have tried two or three care agencies, and this one is easily the best of them. They were recommended to me by someone who had experience of their care for their mother, and I, in turn, have also recently given a word of mouth recommendation to a friend seeking care for their mother.
We have had them coming to mum for about 2 years now, and increased their hours as our needs increased. Currently very happy with the care they give and their approach to care provision.

We previously had a service provider for our mum, who has Alzheimer's and is bed bound. The service the last providers provided was really terrible so we left them.
When accidentally coming across Right At home on the internet, we had an initial discussion with them and they sounded really professional
and caring. We initiated a contract for them to care for our mum twice a week. Since Right At Home started caring for our mum the relationship they have built has been very positive and enjoyable for her. They have always been on time and do actually conduct regular reviews to see how they can add to mum's wellbeing. They talk to the family about support and medication suggestions like we are equal and not like we don't have a clue. They have communicated any changes to carer's regularly. They share a lot of laughter with my mum whilst delivering a second to none experience of support. I am so pleased that we came across them when we did.

We believe in continuity of care as work hard to make sure each clients see the same one or two carers every week. We have had carers in the past but none of them have shown the level of professionalism that Right At Home offer. They certainly have exceeded my expectations,

I want to keep this short, as our ending is painful and tied to my wife's illness. My wife was an independent woman who always wanted to do everything for herself. She was intelligent, had a beautiful sense of humour, and could light up any room she walked into.


Her illness progressed rapidly, taking

away much of her independence. She began to feel she was becoming a burden on the family. That's when Sanjay stepped in. He was empathetic to our situation, and the support from the carer was second to none. With their help, my wife began to feel like herself again-cared for, valued, and truly herself.


Sadly, our story ended differently. But I know that if she were still here, with Sanjay and his team supporting her, she would have received the best personal care.


Writing this is painful, so I will end it here.

Right from the outset RAH gave us confidence that our 89 year old father was in the best hands. The carers were punctual, efficient, expert and very kind. I would recommend RAH without hesitation.

When my husband developed Alzheimer's, after sixty five years together, I wanted to care for him at home. With the help of Right at Home I was able to do this until his death this year. Right at Home provided expert and compassionate care for my husbands changing needs, and supported me when I needed
it most.
I will always be grateful for their kindness friendship and practical help at te most difficult time of my life.

All my visiting carers aid, assist, encourage and let me enjoy giving my opinions, observations with written comments as well. They all closely monitor my required diet, medications, and cleanliness from morning to negative. I relax at night with peace of mind: that permits sleep, in spite of my occupation
induced applications and disabilities. I am very happy with the ladies and their generosity of particular, consideration and times my dignity is assured.
